フランスグラン・テストで、Wi-Fiのあるホテル

スタッフのサービスは素晴らしかったです。部屋にはエアコンがありませんでした。しかし、スタッフが親切に扇風機を持ってきてくれました。部屋は広々としていて美しく、魅力的でしたが、アメニティは少し少なめでした。朝食は種類は少なめでしたが、まあまあでした。ベッドはとても柔らかく快適で、シャワーの水圧も強かったです。

Plenty of space in the room, easy to open our luggage. Hotel are 20 mins walk from the train station but tram are just outside, easy to get to the center. The couch in the room are quite dirty.

早めに到着したがすぐにチェックインをしてもらた。駅から徒歩15分程度で街や観光スポットまでも徒歩10分程度でいけた。 部屋のアメニティは電子レンジやケトルなどキッキンに関する物は揃っていたがドライヤーだけなぜかなかった。 またシャワーが1人あびたらしばらくお湯がでてこなくなり2人目がすぐに入ることができなかった。

The hotel is conveniently located next to the Reims train station, but reaching it was more challenging than expected. You need to exit the station through a specific platform exit that’s not easy to find, as there is little to no signage. We took the wrong exit, which added an extra 15 minutes to our walk to the hotel. Upon arrival, we were quite surprised by the reception—or rather, the lack of a traditional one. It consists of just a small coffee table with a single computer, where one staff member manages both check-ins and check-outs while constantly running back and forth to assist guests. Initially, I thought this was just a secondary station and that a more formal reception area existed elsewhere, but that wasn't the case. I couldn’t understand how one staff member could handle all the guests with such limited resources, especially during busy periods. I suspect it could easily become chaotic during peak hours. The room itself was quite small, and breakfast was not included in the rate. However, the hotel had an interesting offer: if we opted not to have housekeeping during our stay, they provided two complimentary glasses of champagne. We were happy with this arrangement, as we usually prefer not to have anyone enter our room during a short stay. We did enjoy our two glasses of champagne at the bar after dinner, which was a nice touch. That said, with no breakfast included, there might be better value options available in the area. It's also worth noting that finding a place for breakfast near the hotel wasn’t easy, with limited options within a 5-minute walk.

立地は良いのですが、中心部の道路工事のため、車での移動は大変でした… また、フロントのスタッフは冷淡でした。朝食は味気ないものでしたが、部屋にはキッチン用品に至るまで、アメニティがすべて揃っていました…

這是在法瑞行程遊第一晚，上午到達巴黎機場，租車自駕至酒店，酒店靠近市中心，但門前的道路是單行道，通行的車輛不多並不噪雜，位置很好。停車庫不太大，入口在酒店門面不到一點，開車去別開過了，否則單行線不得不逆行或繞行。到達後詢問尚台車庫進入方法然後提前入住，服務規範，衞生也無可挑剔。

街の中心部に近い新しい素晴らしいホテル。洗練されたデザイン、素晴らしい化粧品(コンディショナーを聞くことに特に感謝します)、十分な広さの部屋、本当においしい朝食、沈黙と快適さ。ストラスブールに行くすべての友人にお勧めします。

The location is the main catch - 7 mins drive to the airport and 1 min walk to the France/Swiss border. Bus stop is right in front of the property and the tram stop is just 4 mins away.The apartment is ok, just basic. The property is a bit old but well maintained but can use some renovations especially the carpet. I perceived a funny smell as I stepped into the room (I think it's from the carpet). The service is fantastic, the staff attends to you with smiles always. There's a private swimming pool . There's a kitchenette in the room with some essentials(fridge, kettle , pots, plates, microwave, cutlery , induction and co)though I didn't get to use them. The room is spacious but the shower room is small.The cleaning can be done better - found some hair strands on the floor, dust/stains on the chair and the barrier at the back door/balcony. I like that the main door is always locked and you are given a code to unlock it from outside, feels safe. There's someone at the front desk 24 Hours. There is a restaurant directly opposite the property, I had dinner there on my first night, not bad and the price is reasonable. More cafes, shops and restaurants down the street about 3/4 minutes walk. The Lady at the front desk assisted me to order a taxi to the airport. New hand towel and sponge in the kitchenette Overall, not bad and it's reasonably priced.

場所は良く、橋を渡ったところにノートルダム大聖堂があります。ただし、ご自身で運転する場合は、ホテル付近のエリアへは許可を受けた車両のみが通行できます。 歴史ある建物をリノベーションした、むき出しの木造建築がとてもユニークで、エレベーターはありませんが、スタッフが率先して階上まで荷物を運んでくれます。 ストラスブールの路上駐車は非常に高価で、1 時間あたり 3.5 ユーロ、ホテルの駐車場は 1 日あたり 30 ユーロ、ホテルは近くの駐車場を導入しました。駐車料金は約 16 時間で、16 ユーロです。

・ドミにカーテンがついてて、布団もあったく、よく寝れた！シーツも清潔！ ・トイレとシャワー室も清潔で使い心地良かった。シャワーが使い方にコツがいる笑、アメニティやドライヤーないから持参で！ ・エレベーターがあって移動は楽で良き ・朝ごはんのビュッフェは、バターの効いたパンオショコラやクロワッサン、キッシュ、チーズ、ヨーグルトとミューズリー、ドリンク色々があり、お腹いっぱい食べた！朝以外もカフェとして利用できるらしい！宿泊者は15％安くなるらしい^-^ ・ホテルや街の治安はよかったからまた機会があれば行きたいです！
