「We booked a room here on our honeymoon tour around Scotland and it turned out to be the best hotel we stayed at in the country. Not only did the staff work so professionally, they were also so personable. As a treat for our honeymoon, the staff gave us a gift of chocolates in our room when we arrived with a honeymoon card, as well as a dessert when dining in the restaurant. The restaurant was one of our highlights, if you are staying in the hotel do not miss it. The food was delicious, very well seasoned, and presented beautifully. Moreover, the staff in the restaurant were also so helpful, giving suggestions and recommendations and giving attention to us without being overbearing. The room looked out over the lawn with the towns cathedral in the distance. There was both a bath and a shower, the television was modern with a clean image, there were plenty of free coffees, teas and snacks in the room, and the bed was very comfy indeed. Don’t miss breakfast! The great food from the dinner in the restaurant remains during breakfast time too! I will be returning. This is a very special hotel.」

「Great hotel, lovely clean rooms and nice spa area. Extended our initial booking by a further two nights and were able to stay in the same room.」

「Easy to find, free parking, good stay as a stop along our route to Glencoe. Friendly service, decent food. Shower pressure not great though, it's ok. Nice bed.」

「The hotel has an old world charm but does need some updating with more accessible showers for people with mobility issues. One double  room in the whole hotel is hard as it was already taken when we arrived after emailing our request on booking. The waiter, whose name we did not get was great 5 stars to him.」

「Clean room with a good breakfast and polite staff」
