The service we got at reception was great. Jonathan was very helpful and advised on where to go, eat, places to visit, etc in Galway We were upgraded to a bigger room on 2nd floor which was huge. .the box of chocolates as welcome gift was a very nice gesture! Ava had our room serviced and cleaned to a great standard The bathroom was big and shower pressure was amazing. Breakfast was good too, with variety but same on all 3 days. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again if ever visit Galway again.

Nice hotel, But I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathtub. When I added hot water to the bathtub, a lot of dust and even a hair came out. I had to wash and rinse the tub several times to get it clean. I understand that hotel service is low in Ireland, but this is a 4-star hotel. The price for rooms is high for Europe. It would be great, at least nice to clean. Breakfast was great, delicious.

I couldn’t ask for anyone better than Amanda to have checked me in.She was beyond helpful,cheerful and very considerate.The hotel is lovely,close to hospitals but has no pool if you need one.It was crazy busy but there wasn’t a sound at night.I would stay again for sure.

ホテルはファミリーホテルで、ロケーションはとても良く、ゴールウェイの中心部まで徒歩数分、ホテルの近くには同じタイプのファミリーホテルがたくさんあります。朝食は良かった、部屋はまあまあだった、そしてバスルームはシンプルだった

2020年の1日にホテルにチェックインしたスタッフは親切でフレンドリーでしたが、このホテルにはまだ賛否両論があります。ホテルは市内中心部からかなり離れていて、徒歩で約20分かかります。歩きたくない人は、2ユーロで約5分かかるバスに乗ることができます。しかし、設備は整っており、ホテルが提供するはずのものを提供します。部屋は広く、ベッドと枕は快適なので、ベッドから降りたくありません。スタッフはとても親切でした。受付係に私のためにいくつかの文書を印刷するように頼みました、そして彼は私のためにそれをジュズウで数秒で印刷しました。全体的に、カップルや車を持っている人、または市内中心部まで20分間歩いてもかまわない人に適したホテルです。

This is my terrible experience during my Ireland trip. No aircondition, double lock out of order, iron doesnt work When we reported those issues to reception, no fixing, no room change arranged. 10mins later, they sent me an iron 😔 As viewed, the hotel lobby is nice & good beakfast. Hope they have improvement in future. 🙏
