グルガオンの知人に会うため訪れた際に利用させてもらいました。　ホテル横のサウスポイントモールでは日本、韓国食材なども多く扱っており、滞在中は不自由なく、過ごすことができました。　また、この辺りはUberもつかまえ易く良かったです。　またグルガオンを訪れた際は利用させてもらいたいと思います。

Great service, better than expected in room quality and service by hotel staff

私たちの滞在はとても快適で、朝食のスプレッドは素晴らしかったです..彼らは本当においしいスプレッドを持っています。レイトチェックアウトをリクエストしましたが、スタッフはとても協力的で、レイトチェックアウトも許可してくれました。私は滞在のためにこのホテルをお勧めします。

サービスは素晴らしく、とてもきれいな部屋、朝食の素晴らしい食べ物、そしてエアコンのような小さなものが十分に冷たくポンプされていない場合でも、スタッフはすぐに助けるために行動を起こします。 特に2日目には、コーヒーが好きなことをすでに知っている詳細が好きです。

Location is nice good rooms true value for money staff is also very helpful.

Good location, terrible hygene and cleanliness, poor service. In my room lights in the bathroom were designed to always be turned on - the receptionist said that it's required by law. That's a big fat lie, but okay. Main problem was the cleanliness and lack of hygene besides that I couldn't sleep well when light was turned on in the bathroom.

I have stayed 7 nights in this hotel. The hospitalities provided by the staffs are good, warm and kind. The room is clean and well maintained. The only downside is the location is not that convenient. The front gate will always be flooded once raining poured.
