イタリアリグーリア州で、Wi-Fiのあるホテル

The appearance of the hotel was very good. The reception area was very clean and quiet. Each floor had an automatic air freshener which meant that the hotel smelt very good. The hotel room had a lovely big bed which was very comfortable. There was a fridge and kettle in the room. The hotel was a twenty minute bus ride from the center of Genoa and once we had downloaded the app it was very easy to buy tickets. The number 1 bus is a couple of minutes walk from the hotel and the bus is every 11 minutes. We discovered a lovely area to eat on the day we left. Leave the hotel and turn right. At the traffic lights turn right . After about three minutes you will find a shopping area with restaurants. We were short of time so went to Tumbler. The staff were very friendly and we had lovely panini. On the negative side, we were woken at 6am with a male shouting very loudly in his room. Later that day, the man was shouting again. I went outside our room and the man was shouting very loudly at a lady in his room. There was a very clear domestic abuse situation with the man hitting the woman which I tried to stop and also contacted reception. Reception asked the lady if there was any problem and she said no so the receptionist left. I said to the receptionist that the man was being violent towards the woman and she said there was nothing they could do. I asked if they could put security on the floor in case anything further happened and she said no. I felt the receptionist could have done a lot more in this situation. I imagine that these situations do occur from time to time so the hotel should give staff guidance on the steps to take to safeguard clients. I felt that the staff at the hotel were not very welcoming. I saw at least four receptionist and not one of them smiled or looked happy to be working. Any time I approached them for information they gave the information but without smiling and were very unenthusiastic.. I would stay at the hotel again as it is convenient for the airport and quieter than staying in the centre. It is also very clean and I got a good night's sleep. Be aware, we booked a taxi from the airport which is 1.1 km away and we're charged 18,50 euros.

部屋はとても快適で、4階というロケーションも最高でした。部屋はガーデンビューと記載されていましたが、素敵なテラスからは確かに部分的に海が見渡せました。テーブル、椅子2脚、ラウンジチェア2脚、リモコン付きの日よけが完備されたテラスが気に入りました。必要に応じて日陰を作ることができます。ベッドはとても快適で、バスルームも素敵でした。フロントデスクのスタッフとダイニングエリアのスタッフは皆とてもフレンドリーで親切でした。朝食の選択肢は豊富で美味しかったです。屋上プール、ラウンジチェア、ホットタブは利用しませんでしたが、楽しそうでした。また、泳いだり、プライベートビーチにアクセスしたりしませんでした。ラウンジチェア2脚とパラソルで50ユーロという料金は少し高いように思えました。料金を支払わずに座って飲み物を飲むためだけにそこに行けるかどうかはわかりませんでした。尋ねるべきでした。 場所は駅から歩いて約20分で、ホテルに近づくと小さな区間に歩道がないため、通りの水辺に乗り換えてからまた渡らなければなりません。駅からの市バスはいつも非常に混雑しているようで、荷物を持ってバスに乗るのはほぼ不可能だったでしょう。

Отличный отель за очень скромные деньги! Расположен недалеко от набережной, до вокзала 20 минут неспешным шагом. Жил на 4 этаже - вид хороший, рассветы красивые. Номер прям современный, все есть, даже ванна :) Завтрак норм, голодными не уйдете. Персонал - отдельный пункт. Ребята молодцы, все расскажут, покажут, порекомендуют куда зайти на ужин. Короче, отличные впечатления от отеля ❤️

B&B ホテルについて、良いコメントを書かせていただきます。ホテルのすべてがとても良かったです。清潔で、スタイリッシュで、サービスも最高でした。ホテルは立地が良く、ジェノバ ピアッツァ プリンチペ鉄道と地下鉄の駅からわずか 2 分、バス停もホテルの入り口のすぐ前です。家族と数日過ごしましたが、最高の滞在でした。食事も試しましたが、とてもおいしくて、作りたてでした。部屋自体も設備が整っていて快適でした。

Great place in close proximity to Geneva area good as a place to explore the region Its a B&B but very clean, well priced and professional service. It's run by a family so you get great Italian hospitality.

一番良かったのは、駅からも近く、徒歩2分でチンクエテッレに行くのにとても便利なことです。しかし、幹線道路のすぐそばなので、夜はどうしても車の騒音が聞こえますが、特に敏感でない人なら眠れるでしょう。さらに厄介なのは駐車場です。入り口の公共駐車場は満車になっていることが多いです。待ちたくない場合は車で回るしかありません。駐車スペースを見つけるまで1キロほど運転しました。部屋は狭いです。

Très beau séjour. Hotel très bien situé. Personnels très sympathiques et professionnels. Chambre spacieuse propre et bien équipée. Buffet petit déjeuner très bon et varié

良い経験でしたが、受付係のパオラは少し厳しかったです。マルチタスクはできませんでしたが、それ以外は問題ありませんでした。

Very convenient location, just down the road from the train station. Front desk is not 24-hour, a code is provided for entry after office hours.

Удачное расположение.. близко к набережной и к улице с магазинами. Много ресторанчиков недалеко . Отель находится на втором этаже, на несколько номеров. Есть лифт на 2 человека, дом старый, потолки высокие. На ресепшен были дружелюбные молодые люди.Завтраки не предусмотрены, но мы нашли итальянскую кофейню недалеко ( при выходе налево и через дорогу) там были вкуснейшие круассаны и кофе.
