スタッフ、私たちはガレージに駅があり、ホテルは中心部から2歩です。広い部屋にはバルコニー、快適なベッド、さまざまなBSG製品、さらにはブローチ、毛、NSがあり、これは役に立ちます。

Esperienza decisamente eccellente.
Lo staff mi ha accolta col sorriso e con grande cordialità, dimostrandosi pronto a consigliarmi luoghi da visitare o in cui assaggiare prodotti tipici del posto.
Il personale di sala, sia a colazione che a cena, si è mostrato sempre pronto e attento, oltre al servizio rapido e professionale.
Colazione continentale abbondante e variegata, dal dolce al salato ho trovato tutto ottimo!
La mia camera era davvero perfetta: calda, pulita, cuscini e materasso davvero confortevoli, bagno munito di tutto il necessario, dagli asciugamani, al bagnoschiuma alle cuffie per la doccia.
Pulizia, cura per il cliente, disponibilità è ciò che ho trovato, il tutto in una location ben curata, posta a pochi passi dal centro della città e dal Parco delle Terme, a 10 minuti dalla funicolare per Montecatini Alto e con vari spazi per i parcheggi.
Lo consiglio vivamente!

A very comfortable bed, the shower water pressure was weak, and water leaked all over the place. The receptionist was average. The location was convenient for catching a train. There's a huge coop nearby which was awesome. No kettle in the room which was annoying..

絶対に美しくロマンチックで、私たちが望んでいたすべてのもの。自然の中で、トスカーナの美しさに囲まれています。素晴らしいプールとスイムエリア。見事な環境、快適な部屋、素敵な朝食。定期的に、または要求に応じてコルトーナにシャトルします。ただ素敵！私が想像するのは、本物のイタリアの経験でした。ここでもっと時間があればいいのにと思います。ビーガンのゲストのためにもっと多くのオプションを作ってください、しかし私は大豆ミルクカプチーノが絶対に美味しかったと言わなければなりません

女性専用のドミトリーは隣の建物にあります。部屋が3つ、バスルームが2つ、そして広いキッチンがあります。私は自分で材料を揃えて簡単なパスタを作りました。
私が泊まった4人部屋は広々としていました。二段ベッドはなく、各自にワードローブがありました。フロントデスクのスタッフは同じ文化圏の人たちと部屋を分け合おうとしてくれたようで、ルームメイトとコミュニケーションを取りながら、電気を消したり寝たりといったことは問題ありませんでした。各ベッドには明るさを調節できる壁掛けライトが付いていました。私の部屋（写真1枚目）の窓は通りに面していて、かなり騒がしかったです。ぐっすり眠るには耳栓が必要でした。
ドイツ人のフロント係、リサさんはとても親切で、周辺地域の情報も積極的に提供してくれました。

部屋は清潔でしたが、清掃後の洗剤の匂いが残っていたので部屋の変更をお願いしました。
すぐに、同じように眺めの良い素晴らしい部屋に移動させてくれました。
朝食は普通です。お腹いっぱいにはなりますよ。
どこへでも歩いて行けます！

ゲゲスト駅から7分、ウフッツイ美術館まで10分と、とても立地のいい場所にありますが、ホテルの看板があるわけではないので、見つけにくかった！10mそばに立っているのに、行ったり来たりしても分からず、近所のホテルマンに聞いたら「すぐそこだよ」て指差された先に小さなドア。インターホン押して、開けてもらって、3階に上がりようやくチェックイン。部屋は可愛い、朝食も朝早い出発だと言ったら「朝食店に作って前日引き渡しを依頼できる」と臨機応変な対応。シャワーもある、冷蔵庫もある、ベットボトル水も用意してある。部屋を出て一つ上に上がると共用の古都の屋根の風景がみえるテラスがある。チェックインがスムーズにいけばとてもいい宿。

MMarcos 305Villa Tortorelli is a charming mix between a bed-and-breakfast and a hotel. My experience here was mostly positive, and while there were a few minor issues, I could tell that the staff genuinely does their best to run the villa as smoothly as possible.
Check-in & First Impressions
The first thing to note is that the villa is designed to work with automated check-in processes, which is great for most travelers. However, it could be better explained to future guests to avoid any confusion. Not everyone will have a working phone or data plan when they arrive in Italy, and it’s important for the villa to have a backup plan in case guests are unable to connect.
One simple suggestion would be to provide Wi-Fi access at the entrance of the villa and share the network name and password with guests before their arrival. This would make it easier for everyone to access the automated system without any issues.
Room & Comfort
I stayed in the Deluxe Suite, located on the first floor of a three-story villa, right next to the breakfast room. At first, I was concerned about noise, but the thick, heavy door completely blocked any sounds from the breakfast area. I never heard a thing in the morning.
The room has blackout curtains that provide great privacy and darkness, which I really appreciated. The bathroom was newly renovated with luxury finishes, including stone walls that give it a high-end feel. The room was clean, and the daily housekeeping service kept everything spotless, with fresh towels replaced daily.
One of the standout features of Villa Tortorelli is Karen, the person in charge of breakfast service and housekeeping. She is incredibly attentive and hardworking. She ensures that guests are well taken care of, and the breakfast is always well-prepared and served hot. Honestly, if they lose Karen, the villa would lose two stars in reviews. She is one of their greatest assets.
Breakfast Experience
The breakfast service was excellent. The food is prepared fresh every morning, and Karen makes sure there is always a variety of hot and cold options available. The breakfast room is cozy and inviting, with plenty of choices to start your day off right.
The Villa’s Atmosphere & Location
The villa is peaceful and surrounded by greenery, making it a relaxing place to stay. It’s also within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions in Florence, which makes it very convenient for exploring the city.
One Minor Issue
The only negative point during my stay was that the room felt quite cold when I first arrived. However, I reached out to the WhatsApp help service, and the heating system was adjusted quickly. Within a short time, the room felt much warmer and more comfortable.
Final Thoughts
Overall, Villa Tortorelli is a great option for those looking for a peaceful, well-located stay in Florence. The automated check-in system could use some improvement to avoid any potential issues for guests without a data plan, but aside from that, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff is very attentive.
Would I stay here again? Yes, especially for Karen’s service and the peaceful villa atmosphere!

ゲゲストWe stayed at Agriturismo Podere l’Aione during our Tuscany road trip, and overall it was a pleasant stay with warm hospitality, but there is one important point future guests should know.
First, the positives. The property itself is very charming and peaceful, surrounded by beautiful Tuscan countryside. The compound is spacious and relaxing, and the small cottage-style rooms feel cosy and private. The rooms appear fairly new (the property is only about four years old) and have modern amenities with a proper heating system, which made the stay comfortable. Parking inside the compound is also very convenient and safe.
The hospitality was excellent. The owner’s daughter who welcomed us was very friendly, helpful and lovely. The lady attending breakfast was also incredibly warm and attentive, making the morning experience very pleasant. The people running the place truly make guests feel welcome.
However, the main reason for our feedback is that the first photo shown in the listing does not appear to be this property. The image appears twice in the listing and shows a much larger estate with a very big swimming pool and a different compound layout. We booked the stay thinking it was that beautiful estate shown in the photos and were excited to experience that setting.
When we arrived, we realised the accommodation is actually a smaller white cottage-style agriturismo, which is still beautiful, but quite different from the property shown in the first images. The one I uploaded the first two picture does not belong to this property. We were quite disappointed. Some more, it is the first image listed in this property, so we thought it is but if not. Because of this, it felt a little misleading at first as we kept wondering where that particular property in the photos was.
In terms of pricing, similar agriturismo stays in this region with comparable cottage-style rooms can often be found for around SGD150 per night. However, we paid over SGD250+ which is roughly about 40% higher, because we believed we were booking the property shown in the main photo with the large swimming pool and grand compound.
To be clear, the place itself is lovely, cosy, peaceful and well maintained, and the hospitality is wonderful. Our only suggestion would be for the management to update the listing photos so they accurately represent the actual property, which will help future guests have the right expectations.
A small note for guests with mobility concerns: since the compound is quite spread out, you may need to walk a short distance and take a few steps to reach some of the cottages.
Overall, it is still a charming countryside stay with very kind hosts, but the listing photos should better reflect the actual property

ゲゲストホテルは清潔でサービスも良いです。朝に荷物を預けて遊びに出かけました。夜の9時過ぎにチェックインに戻ったところ、荷物はすでに部屋に移してあると言われました。朝食は豊富で、サービススタッフはとてもフレンドリーでした。ホテルもとても静かです。ホテルは鉄道駅やT2駅に非常に近く、サンタ・マリア・ノヴェッラの近くにあり、周辺にはSMN香水ブランドの店もあります。一言で言えば満足です！

NNao family高速鉄道が発着するサンタマリアノッベラ駅から歩いて約5分。ホテルの目の前には路面電車の駅があります。
私たちの部屋は1階だったので騒音が心配でしたが全く問題ありませんでした。バスタブがあるもの高ポイントです。清掃用具入れが近かったせいか、廊下に出るといつも嫌な匂いがしていました。
朝食には自分で絞るオレンジジュースマシンやアイスクリームマシンがあったり、子供も喜ぶようなメニューがありました。生野菜はありませんでしたが、ヨーグルト、ベーコン、ハム、チーズ、ブレッドなどありました。
フロントスタッフは好意的で、私たちが挨拶をするといつも返してくれました。総じて満足のいく滞在でした。

AAlexandraSホテル全体的には 3 つ星にしてはまあまあです。従業員はいつもフレンドリーでした。無料駐車場があり、満車の場合は、その下に私たちが駐車した古いガレージとしてのホテルがあります。朝食も3つ星ホテルにしてはまあまあでした。
正直に言うと、アメニティは何もありませんでした。私たちの部屋には壊れたものもありました…改修が必要です。それに、それはクイーンベッドではなく、2台のシングルベッドが隣り合っていました…トップマットレスは何もありませんでした…

部屋は広くありませんでしたが、十分で設備も整っていました。とても清潔で、きちんと掃除されていました。
フロントのスタッフが朝食、カードキー、主要観光スポットへの行き方など、様々な詳細を熱心に教えてくれて、大変感謝しています！
朝食は本当に素晴らしかったです！朝食チームの素敵な女性スタッフが、笑顔で挨拶し、コーヒーを淹れ、忙しく動き回っていましたが、すべてが手際よく行われていました。素晴らしい！
最終日は荷物をホテルに預け、午後に引き取ってから電車に乗りました。荷物を受け取る際、フロントのおじさんがとても親切で、下の階にトイレがあることを教えてくれました。外でトイレを探すのは確かに大変ですよね？
親切なオウスマンさんが、私の感想を他の人にも共有してみてはどうか、見たままを書けばいい、と言ってくれました。彼が言う通り、他の人も本当の情報を必要としているかもしれません。ホテルを選ぶのに少し時間がかかりましたが、正解だったようです。
