「ウォータールーユースホステルの良い点は、ロケーションが素晴らしいことです。ウェリントン駅とフェリーターミナルのすぐそばに位置し、インターコンチネンタルホテル（写真1）の近くにはスーパーがあり、ケーブルカー駅もインターコンチネンタルホテルの少し先にありました。 私が宿泊したバスルームなしのシングルルームは、実際には他の部屋と洗面所を共用するタイプでした。2部屋の間にはカードキー式のドアがあり、思っていたよりも便利でした。 残念な点としては、設備がやや古めなこと。寝室の壁紙が剥がれている箇所もありましたが、価格を考えれば妥当だと感じました。」

「Wonderful friendly staff. Great location to shopping mall and places to eat. Wonderful to see that The Angus hotel is being updated. Our room was very nice. Would definitely stay here again. Was an easy drive to Lower Hutt Hospital but also there was nearby busses which took you right outside the hospital. Loved the parrot - Pickles!!」

「Seriously lacking in hospitality. Asked for a latte at 5:57am and was told “ we don’t  open until 6am” No newspapers available. Bellhop service virtually nonexistent. Room service was good. Front desk agent untrained and unsupervised. No greeting upon entering the hotel or restaurant. Great mixologist at the bar.  Kudos to Andreas the only friendly person we met not really sure what his position is there but he was great, helpful and kind to two old ladies with multiple bags.  No hand soap in the bathroom and towels were not changed.  $45.00 per day valet car service seems a bit much given that there really isn’t another option. We stayed in a “superior double double “ Not sure what superior meant. One of the beds was hard up against a wall. Less than a meter between end of beds and desk/tv stand. Entertainment system did not offer any pay as you go options just a bunch of sky. No Netflix type options. I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone and most certainly will not be going back!」

「Great location close to the ferry port. Good sized clean room and bathroom with decent shower and comfortable bed. Perfect for a short stay. Parking is advertised as pay at the hotel for off road parking, however it was very expensive and pay per day. We arrived late due to ferry times and it seemed excessive to pay a full days fee for literally one hour. Instead, we were lucky to find parking on the street outside, and it was free on weekends.」

「ホテルの場所はとても良いです、どこにでも行くのはとても便利です、寝具はとても快適です。ホテルの1階のレストランはとても美味しいです。ジェレンの同じレストランshed5まで徒歩5分以内です。サービススタッフはとても親切で、ホテルの砂漠で有名なニュージーランドにとても良いです。」

「入口はわかりにくかったのですが、慣れれば簡単です。立地も良く便利な場所だと思います。ホテルの名前の通り絵画などの芸術品がたくさんあり、とてもおしゃれなフロント、ロビーでした。 お部屋への廊下も高級感がありワクワクしました。お部屋はとても広い角部屋を用意してくださっていました。キッチンには電子レンジや大きな食洗機などが備わっていて、とても便利でした。お風呂にはシャワーとは別にバスタブがあり、とてもリラックスしてお湯に浸かることができました。 何よりも高級感があり、特別感を味わうことができ、娘たちが喜ぶ姿を見て私もとても幸せな気持ちになりました。また利用したいです。ありがとうございました。」

「私は2泊しましたが、場所は素晴らしかったです。駐車場は便利でした。シャワーは完璧でした。スタッフはフレンドリーで親切でした。朝食時にコーヒーマシン、冷蔵庫に感謝しました。お店に近い。」

「Wir wurden nett empfangen und fühlten uns wie VIP Gäste. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer waren sauber und die Betten komfortabel. Das einzige was uns fehlte war ein Tisch und Sessel im Zimmer. Aber ansonsten wirklich top.」

「ホテルとサービスはとても良いです。場所はウェリントンのほとんどすべてに便利です。しかし、trip.comがすでにすべてを支払っているにもかかわらず、宿泊料金を追加で支払うように言われたとき、チェックアウトに問題がありました。私はtrip.comでこれを整理しなければならなかった、そして彼らは料金を落とした。」

「立地が最高でした。朝6時のフライトでしたが、ホテルチェックインの際、空港オープンは3:30で、フライトチェックインは4:00に行けば問題ない言われ、まさにその通りでした。ホテル内から出発ロビーまで直結で、早朝フライトならここに宿泊するのをオススメします。」
