Friendly staff the only bad thing I can mention got nothing to do with the hotel but is the taxi drivers who wait outside in front of the street at the hotel. If you use the otaxi app they will respond and tell you you have to pay double price. You better of renting a car or book a taxi with the otaxi app from a location nearby.

商務出差，訂的一廳兩房，有廚房，有陽台，挺不錯的，就是衹有一個洗手間。酒店跟shopping mall一體，是salalah第二大購物中心，裏面有一家不錯的餐廳，有阿拉伯餐和印度餐。入住比較多歐美遊客，就是早餐比較本土化，一般般，但幸虧有印度奶茶彌補。

Very nice hotel in ideal location. It is on the Mwasalat airport bus route. You can easily see the building from outside and there is a mosque almost opposite two minutes walk. There is a restaurant next door selling reasonable price food and bakery items. For Asian food, English tea or burgers and chips there is a very nice coffee shop if you take two rights out of the hotel. Grocery shops are within walking distance as is the Sultan Qaboos mosque. In fact if you like walking like me then it's easy to visit the beach, hafa souq, fruit market, The hotel has a nice exterior, fresh coffee in the lobby and a nice frankincense fragrance. The receptionists are polite and friendly, as are the cleaning staff. The hotel is clean and there is a laundry service too. There is disabled access outside and a lift for ease of daily use for everyone. The room was clean with bathroom and free soap and tissue paper. There was a fridge in the room and tv. Most of the rooms have windows. Mine didn't but the manager offered to swap it. I stayed as it was good for sleep and it has a mini window for light. Anyway I cannot complain as the manager was so helpful. The bed was just right for me and the linen was fresh( I didn't take a photo as my photos was all taken last minute) It was nice and clean overall and the pace of Salalah is just right for me and plenty of walking opportunities. Many Arab people stay here too. It is one of the better hotels due to the bus route and the location. I am glad I found it on this app. The price was good too

Большая зеленая ухоженная территория. Сначала кажется , что все расположено очень далеко друг от друга, но грамотная планировка зданий и их расположения обеспечивает быстрый доступ к любой точке. Единственное НО для людей, не уверенно себя чувствующих в воде- это волны. К услугам отеля это не относится. Чисто, хорошее белье, ни за кем из персонала бегать не надо. Вкусная и свежая еда, приличное вино. Скорее всего еще приеду

Stayed: 3 days during a first visit to discover beautiful Salalah. Overall impression: The hotel was overall less than expected compared to the pictures, which look nicer than the reality. Room: Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Service: Service was correct and professional, without being particularly notable. Breakfast: Breakfast was basic for a 4-star hotel. Instant coffee was served in the morning. When ordering coffee separately, Arabic coffee was served, which was not to my taste and was charged extra. Location: Hotel is centrally located, but taxis are still needed to move around. Overall: An acceptable stay for a first visit to Salalah, but expectations should be set accordingly.

Brilliant, they say there’s no place like home. This was more than home , it was my home away from home. Adeeb was excellent at the service he provided, fantastic customer service and excellent communication throughout. Nacim shouldn’t have been there but was an honour meeting such individuals who provided nothing but exceptional, outstanding hospitality , respectful service and run the business / shift with excellent customer service care and support. Will definitely recommend this hotel, an extraordinary team and overall 10/10 for customer service care, support , security and fantastic hospitality, facilities and communication throughout my stay. Worth the journey.

В отеле очень хорошо работает основной ресторан, Весь персонал от официантов до поваров. Очень старается русскоговорящая девушка на ресепшн Анна. Все остальные службы не оттренированы на работу в отеле 5 звезд. Путают куда что приносить, в каком номере должен быть торт. Отель полупустой, при этом сотрудники на ресепшен просят деньги за поздний выезд.

素晴らしいホテルです。スタッフの皆様に心より感謝申し上げます。 まず、ホテルの立地は最高です。空港に近いのに、静かで快適なエリアにあります。隣にはマクドナルドがあり、ホテルの向かいには大型スーパーマーケットのあるショッピングセンターがあります。ガイドさんがすぐに迎えに来てくれて、場所も分かりやすかったです。 次に、アメニティです。ホテルは伝統的な内装で、とても清潔です。タオル、スリッパ、シャンプー、ヘアドライヤー、水など、必要なものはすべて揃っています。朝食も素晴らしく、料理は新鮮で種類も豊富、そして美味しかったです。シェフに心から感謝申し上げます。 しかし、何よりもスタッフの皆さんの対応が素晴らしいです。どんなことでも喜んで対応してくれます。こんなに親切なスタッフに出会ったのは久しぶりです。 この素晴らしいホテルをありがとうございました。良い一日をお過ごしください。もちろん、皆さんにもお勧めします。
