Nice rooms and nice staff Nothing around the hotel as regards shops or restaurants so you need to walk or take tram The gym is big and clean. But it needs dumbbells under 12kg. You can only use the free weights if you are a body builder and can lift 50kg!!

Я останавливалась в Van der Valk Hotel Spa во время сольной поездки, и осталась очень довольна выбором. Отель удобно расположен — прямо в центре города Спа, рядом с термами и зелёным парком, где приятно гулять и отдыхать. Номер был очень уютным, чистым и хорошо оборудованным. Особенно порадовала просторная ванная комната и удобная кровать — всё способствовало комфортному отдыху. В отеле царит спокойная атмосфера, что особенно важно, когда путешествуешь одна. Персонал был внимательным и доброжелательным, всегда готов помочь и ответить на вопросы. Завтрак порадовал разнообразием: свежая выпечка, фрукты, горячие блюда — всё вкусно и аккуратно подано. Для меня это место стало отличной точкой для восстановления и перезагрузки. Если вы путешествуете в одиночку и ищете комфорт и спокойствие — Van der Valk Hotel Spa определённо стоит рассмотреть. С удовольствием вернусь снова!

ホテル ドゥ ラ クロンヌ リエージュは、リエージュ ギユマン駅の目の前、Flixbus 停留所のすぐ隣に位置しているため、リエージュに立ち寄るだけなら、ロケーションは最高です。隣にはカルフール エクスプレスとバーガー キングがあります。リエージュ ギユマン駅とホテルは、美術館や歴史的な場所から少し離れていますが、リエージュの市街地は非常に小さく、移動しやすいため、大きな問題にはなりません。クロンヌ ホテルは、快適な広さの客室を維持している数少ないヨーロッパのブティック ホテルの 1 つです。この価格帯の客室は (ヨーロッパやアジアの新しい 3 つ星ホテルでも) かなり狭いことが多いため、これはプラスです。クロンヌには余計な装飾はありません (コーヒー、紅茶、ミニバーなどはありません) が、ベッドとバスルームは清潔で快適です。さらに、1 階には風通しの良い素敵なサロンがあり、ホテルの宿泊客はそこで座ってくつろぐことができます。揚げ物屋がたくさんあるし、素晴らしい日本食レストラン（名古屋）、そしてアルディも近くにあります。2 日目の夜にひどいアレルギー症状が出たのですが、午前 1 時に泊まったスタッフは、フランス語があまり話せない私でも親切に対応してくれました。私はホテル選びが得意ではありませんが、ホテル ドゥ ラ クーロンヌは 2 泊するには良い選択でした。

We had a good stay at Aux Etangs. The hotel staff were friendly and the room was clean and quiet. It’s a good location to explore the Ardennes region. Acces by car is good but public transport might be challenging. As there are not a lot of eateries nearby we ate at the connected restaurant. The food was good but the waitress for our table was not very helpful. We asked if she could speak slower but she just continued at the same rate. We felt we didn’t get the same level of service compared to the other tables due to our fluency in French. In the end: nice food but upgrade your French first. We would come back for the hotel but not the restaurant.

The hotel is clean and location is good. But the insulation of wall is very poor. First night I can’t sleep until 4am in the morning. I constantly heard the toilet flushing, chair is rolling, walking sound and door slamming above our room. We complained that next morning, but the reception said “why don’t you let us know last night ?” I wished I can but there is no telephone line in the room to call reception, and I didn’t want to get up from my bed and go downstairs to report it. Reception didn’t apologise to us. I found it is very rude. I wouldn’t not recommend this hotel to friends or family.

かなり中央に位置し、私たちが考えることができる唯一の欠点は、乾燥した空気/食べ物の匂いのために頭痛で2回目が覚めたことです。部屋にはすべてが含まれている小さなキッチンがあったので、これは別の部屋から来たと仮定します。それにもかかわらず、良いベッド、素敵なスタイルとフレンドリーなスタッフ。

J'ai aimé le thème de l'hôtel basé sur la bande dessinée, le hasard a fait que je tombe sur une chambre Gaston Lagaffe, top, il y avait même des bandes dessinées à lire et qu'on pouvait acheter à la réception, la réceptionniste et la barman travaillant en fin d'après-midi et le soir du 21 juillet étaient très sympathiques et professionnelles....j'ai apprécié ce court séjour

ロケーションは最高で、部屋も素敵でしたが、シャワーへのドアが透けて見えるのは、カップルで旅行していない場合はちょっと気まずいかもしれません。ドアに半透明のフィルムを貼れば簡単に解決できます。サービスは良かったのですが、荷物は誰でもアクセスできる廊下に保管されており、安全とは思えません。頼んだ後、荷物は閉ざされた奥の部屋に置かれましたが、これが標準だったらもっと良かったと思います。

Helpful reception personnel and overall a pleasant stay. Good shower and nice clean rooms. The sleeping couch was not so fine to sleep on but overall good. Breakfast was outstanding. Unfortunately the swimming pool was not included in the room price. Opening hours 8-22 was in my opinion too late to open in the morning.
