Overall, this was a very mixed experience. There were so many things I genuinely loved about this place, but unfortunately one major issue completely changed our stay. The hotel is a family-run property in the middle of the grasslands, and from the moment we arrived we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality. The owners were incredibly kind, making us feel at home right away. My son even spent time playing with the owner's child, sharing toys and feeding the goats on their small farm. It was a lovely, authentic experience that made our stay feel very personal. The accommodation itself is made up of traditional yurt-style tents, which are charming and full of character. Our tent had a comfortable double bed for my wife and me, plus a single bed for our son. The bed was comfortable, the view was beautiful, and one feature we especially enjoyed was the skylight in the roof. It can be opened and closed with a remote control, allowing you to look up at the stars at night, which creates a truly magical atmosphere. The tent was also equipped with air conditioning and heating, making it comfortable in different weather conditions. The bathroom was relatively new, although it had a few minor plumbing issues, but nothing that significantly affected our stay. The owners also recommended a nearby horse ranch just next to the hotel, where we enjoyed a wonderful horseback riding experience. Since we went in the evening after the busiest hours, we paid only 80 RMB for two horses for our family of three for a 30-minute ride, accompanied by friendly local guides. It was a fantastic experience and one of the highlights of our trip. Another outstanding feature is the restaurant next to the hotel. The food was simply exceptional. We had grilled goat ribs that were honestly the best I've ever eaten. Everything tasted fresh, authentic, and perfectly cooked. The service was fast, the atmosphere was relaxed, and it was a wonderful place to enjoy dinner with my family after a day exploring the grasslands. Unfortunately, the biggest issue with this hotel has nothing to do with the hotel itself—it is the evening entertainment throughout the surrounding area. Every night there are outdoor shows with bonfires, performances, and group activities, which are enjoyable and create a lively atmosphere. Fireworks and other entertainment are also fun for families and children. However, once the shows end, the music becomes unbearably loud. It is so loud that many guests were covering their ears, and even children were uncomfortable standing nearby. The hotel's own entertainment ended around 10:00 p.m., which would have been acceptable. The real problem was that several neighboring hotels continued blasting extremely loud music until around 11:00 p.m. or later. Because these beautiful yurt tents provide very little sound insulation, the noise travels directly inside the rooms. At one point I had to call Ctrip customer service, and the music outside was so loud that we couldn't even hear each other while I was inside the tent. I actually had to move into the bathroom just to have a conversation. After driving more than 500 kilometers that day, we had chosen this destination to relax, enjoy nature, and experience the peace and quiet of the grasslands. Instead, it felt like being next to an outdoor nightclub. We had originally planned to stay for two nights, possibly even three, but after the first night we decided to cancel the remaining night and move to a hotel closer to the city simply so we could get some proper rest. It was disappointing because everything else about this place had exceeded our expectations. I don't believe this is entirely the responsibility of this hotel's owners. They were wonderful hosts, and everything they personally managed was excellent. However, I do think there needs to be better coordination among all the nearby hotels. 夏休みの長距離旅行の最終目的地は、子供たちがずっと行きたがっていた砂漠のディズニーでした。まず、全体的な宿泊の良かった点からお話しします。砂漠の景色は本当に壮観で、ホテルでは親子向けのイベントも多く、子供たちはほとんどすべてを試してとても楽しんでいました。ホテルの入り口で砂掘りや砂滑りをするだけでも、とても嬉しそうでした。砂掘りや砂滑りの道具はホテルの入り口で無料で提供されているので、事前に準備する必要はありません。時間の関係で悦沙島にしか行けませんでしたが、みんな「もっと遊びたかった、本当に楽しかった」と言っていました。ただ、ロータスホテルからだと一度乗り換えてからミニトレインに乗る必要があり、移動に時間がかかりすぎました。加えて、ミニトレインは本当に遅く、歩くよりも遅いほどで、ホテルに戻って火鍋を食べようとしたら、危うく間に合わないところでした。夜のミュージックパーティーや花火もとても美しく、素晴らしかったです。2泊しましたが、歌とダンスのショーは少しずつ異なり、どれも素晴らしく、子供たちは夢中になっていました。星空観察アクティビティも充実していて専門的で面白く、ホテルのリーダーと一緒にたくさんの天文や星座の知識を学びました。3食付きプランでしたが、夕食は豪華でした。火鍋は種類が少なかったですが、味は美味しかったです。朝食は普通で、洋食が少なく、子供は「好きな洋食が少なすぎる」と言っていました。私たちが泊まったのは外景ツインルームで、ベッドサイドテーブルをどかせばベッドをくっつけられるので、狭くなく、3人家族でも比較的快適に眠れました。部屋の設備は古く、間取りも少し変わっていました。テラスは広く、外の景色も悪くなく、夜には花火や星が見えて、とてもリラックスできました。次に、不満な点についてです。ホテルのスタッフは、駐車場のフロントとロータスホテルの入り口の出迎えスタッフを除いて、他のスタッフはプロ意識に欠け、あまり親切ではありませんでした。例えば、突然スタッフにドアをノックされて休憩を邪魔され、ドアを開けたら間違いだったらしく「何もありません」（謝罪すべきではないでしょうか？）とだけ言われました。レストランのスタッフも怠けている感じで、無表情なだけでなく、一緒に立っておしゃべりしていました。この価格帯のホテルのサービスとは到底思えませんでした。繁忙期に3人家族で一泊5000元以上は、やはり高いと感じました。

コストパフォーマンスに優れています。1. 受付係の方は荷物をパオまで運ぶのを快く手伝ってくれ、対応も迅速でした。質問があればすぐに答えてくれました。2. ホテルのアメニティは高品質で、すべてリッツカールトン基準です。3. キャンプ場では夜に焚き火パーティーも用意されていました。4. パオには独立したバスルームがあり、草原のすぐそばにあります。朝起きると羊たちが草を食む様子を見ることができます。レストランの肉まんは特に美味しかったです。

悪いレビューが多いホテルだったので、もっとちゃんと口コミを読んでおくべきでした。急いで選んだので、よく調べなかったのがいけなかったです。 良かった点は、部屋が広々としていて、寝具も快適だったこと、そして様々な種類の枕が用意されていたことです。窓の外には草原の乗馬場があり、実際に馬が走っているのが見えました。レストランのスタッフもとても親切で丁寧でした。 不満だった点は、お湯が十分に熱くなく、寒がりの私にはシャワーが浴びられなかったことです。これは本当に不満です。次に、デポジットがすぐに返金されず、チェックアウトから10時間も経ってから催促しなければならなかったことです。こんなホテルは初めてです。 ホテルのすぐ横で夜にショーがあったため、夕方には多くの車と見物客が集まり、賑やかでしたが、その分騒がしかったです。

幸運なことに、私たち全員が政府関係の仕事をしていることもあり、滞在前から好印象を持っていました！ホテルは美しい自然環境と、管理の行き届いた設備を誇り、市内の観光スポットにも近い便利な立地です。国賓11号館のフロントスタッフは丁寧で、歓迎してくれ、細やかな気配りで、あらゆる要望に応えてくれました。ハウスキーピングマネージャーの張延安さんは、私たちを部屋まで直接案内し、アメニティの説明をしてくれた後、ウェルカムフルーツを用意してくれました。部屋は広々としており、少し古さはあるものの、よく手入れされており、細部まで行き届いた配慮が行き届いており、まさに家庭的な雰囲気でした。朝食のセットメニューは手頃な価格で美味しかったです。フフホトを訪れる際は、ぜひまた新城ホテルを選びます。

Sheyi Tea Culture hotel was an amazing stay, definitely a must stay if visiting Hohhot! Food & Drink 🫖 This hotel is also a tea house and it is a tea drinker’s dream! First the room a booked came with my own tea brewing equipment and a tea brewing table with an excellent view and comfortable seats! But that is just the beginning, as you head down to the main floor a fully stocked, beautiful tea house & cafe awaits you. Daily tea and even delicious milk tea is always available. Private table sets and outdoor seating is available too. The tea masters are skilled and attentive, which made all my tea drinking experiences fun and enjoyable! You can also purchase various tea and tea ware right in the tea house. Location 📍 This hotel is perfectly located close to the near by Ancient Street, with many close by temples and shrines to visit. A craft street is close by and available all day, while a famous local food street opens up for colourful night time snacking in the evening. Many close by restaurants offering authentic local cuisine, I recommend reading the hotel’s recommendations as they were always great. If you need even more tea experience, there is a nearby tea wholesale market and many high end tea house in the area as well. The Room 🛌 The room I stayed in had lots of space, was very clean and had everything you could need to feel comfortable. Daily bathroom necessities are provided. High quality bedding, robes and slippers are waiting for you. High end bathroom equipment is installed, with hot water always available. Premium television is set up and Wifi connection always had high speeds. A beautiful kettle and tea set can be used to make tea with daily water and a welcome tea package provided. Staff 👩⚕️ The staff were very king and helpful right from check in. Actually even before check in they were helping bring my luggage inside! They were patient with communication as I was a foreign visitor. They answered any and all questions I had. They recommended great tea and amazing restaurants! The staff were always available and always smiling! Such great people really made my stay a dream. This was probably the nicest hotel I have stayed in and I definitely would recommend it to anyone visiting Hohhot! I will be back again for sure.

I can’t recommend Stars Pasture (Xingchen Muju) enough. It truly exceeded all our expectations. We took our family to Huitengxile Grassland, and even before we arrived, we felt the owner’s kindness. He personally came out to help with our luggage and asked about our breakfast preferences for the next day. During our chat, he also shared great tips on nearby activities, which made planning much easier. The deluxe room we booked was much more spacious than we expected, with endless grassland right outside the door. Watching horses and cattle graze in front of our window was amazing. The room was very well equipped. The hairdryer worked well, hot water was plentiful, and they even provided disposable towels, which made everything feel extra clean and comfortable. The bed was soft and cozy, and at night, we could see the beautiful starry sky right from the window. The food was absolutely amazing. The lamb tripe soup in the morning was rich, flavorful, and incredibly comforting. I ended up having several bowls! For dinner, we ordered roasted lamb chops and other local specialties, and everything was delicious. My whole family loved it. You definitely don’t have to worry about food here; the quality is excellent. Plus, the Huanghuagou Scenic Area and other attractions are very close by, so there’s plenty to explore. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The place is clean, the food is fantastic, and most importantly, the owner’s genuine hospitality made us feel at home. We’re very grateful for how well he took care of us during our visit, and we would come back again. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the grassland! 这家“星辰牧居”真的给了我太多惊喜，必须狠狠夸一下！ 这次带家人来辉腾锡勒草原，从还没进门就感受到了老板的细心周到。老板不仅主动来帮忙搬行李，还很贴心地问了我们第二天的早餐喜好，聊天的过程中还给我们推荐了附近好玩的项目，处处都安排得很妥当。 我选的精品大床房，出乎意料地大，门口就是一望无际的大草原。放眼望去能看到成群的牛马悠闲地吃草。设施设备齐全，吹风机风量足，热水出水很快，不会出现排队等洗澡的情况。用的还是一次性浴巾和毛巾，干净卫生特别放心。床品软乎乎的，晚上躺在暖暖的被窝里，还能看到漫天璀璨的星空，这种体验太惬意了。 再说说这家的美食，我印象最深的就是早上的羊杂汤，鲜香暖胃，我一口气炫了好几碗。晚餐我们点了烤羊排、手把肉等特色菜，色香味俱全，家人们都赞不绝口。顺便提一句，来这儿玩完全不用担心没好东西吃，餐厅出品水准超级在线。周围还有很多游玩的地方，很近黄花沟景区。 总的来说，这次住宿我们全家都非常满意，酒店设施整洁、人好、食物好，老板的用心经营更是让我们感受到了家一般的温暖，下次有机会一定还会再来！真诚推荐给每一位来草原游玩的朋友们，选这儿准没错！
