ホテルは空港に直結しており、出発ロビー1番ゲートまで連絡通路があります。部屋は十分な広さで、ベッドリネンやタオルは清潔で真っ白でした。ベッドの硬さも適度でとても快適で、横になった瞬間に眠りにつけました。ダブルシンクの洗面台は特に素晴らしいです。フロントの女性スタッフは親切で、キングルームにアップグレードしてくれました。乗り継ぎの際はまた利用します。

Sheraton is always the best and the name of quality…..however, this time experience was not good and I never had such a bad experience with the help desk staff. Called them two times for many problems in room and they didn’t even cared, at-last have to go down and talk with them…. Sheraton is never been bad but it’s the staff at that moment.

Easy to communicate in English as a foreigner and staff is very friendly and helpful.
The front desk staff are enthusiastic and smiling, especially Sherry and Ivy, who felt warm in a foreign land and helped a lot during their stay.

6月に大理で9月に青島に行くことを決めて以来、シャングリラホテルを予約していました。なぜなら、クマの赤ちゃんがシャングリラホテルの香りが大好きだからです。
シャングリラに来ると、まるで家に帰ってきたような安心感がありました。この5日間の滞在は、本当に家族と過ごすようでした。シャングリラ・キッチンの香宮、カフェラウンジ、コンシェルジュ、ハウスキーピング、フロントデスクのスタッフ全員が、常に最高の笑顔を向けてくれました。
特にBenjaminさんとRinaさんには感謝しています。クマの赤ちゃんの滞在を完璧に手配してくれました。
食事、衣類、宿泊、交通など、あらゆる面でクマの赤ちゃんを気遣ってくれ、どこで写真を撮るかなども教えてくれました。そして、クマの赤ちゃんの「しつこさ」にも、とても忍耐強く対応してくれました（笑）。どんなに忙しくても、決して嫌な顔を見せませんでした。
本当に素晴らしかったです。ホテルを去るときは、名残惜しくてたまりませんでした。

The Pullman Weifang is always my hotel of choice in Weifang, The European menu in the Cafe is a life saver serving anything from German sausages to burger or pizza to steaks. The buffet is equally good in the main restaurant where I enjoyed great lamb chops and drinks are included in the price which is a welcome relief. The hotel is located next door to a nice shopping mall and the rooms are large and spacious. The gym is extremely well kitted and the pool is amazing.

ホテルは高速鉄道の駅から遠くない便利な場所にあり、買い物に便利な大きなショッピングモールがあります。部屋には素晴らしい照明と景色があります。バトラーは事前に特別な要望について問い合わせをし、必要なものを事前に送ってくれました。サービスはとても良かったと感じました。ここに滞在することをお勧めします。

ゲゲストベッドを這い上って、血の通ったダニかトコジラミのようなものを見つけました。ホテルはきれいで、別の目的地への乗り継ぎのためにゆっくり休むために贅沢なご褒美として1泊予約しました。残念ながら禁煙をお願いしていたのに、部屋は古いタバコの臭いがしました。朝食のために追加料金を支払ったのに、朝6時に起きて、6時半に朝食を食べて、7時20分に空港に行かなければなりませんでした。部屋にはバスタブがあったので、寝る前にお風呂に入り、真夜中に寝ました。午前1時に起きてランプを消そうとしたら、ベッドの側面を這い上って私のほうに向かってくる虫を見つけました。ダニかトコジラミだと思います。体は血でいっぱいでした。足は6本か8本で、見づらいですが動画を撮りましたがアップロードできません。クモなどの普通の虫なら問題ありませんが、ダニやトコジラミの場合は大問題です。ベッドの中にもっと潜んでいるのではないかと心配になり、フロントに電話して助けを求めました。ガラスのコップで捕まえた虫を見てもらったところ、深く謝罪され、部屋を変更してもらいました。そのため、午前1時半に移動せざるを得ませんでした。私はすでに疲れていて早起きしなければならないと説明しました。新しい部屋では、トコジラミが気になって眠ることができませんでした。何度も起きてベッドを確認しました。また、隣では騒々しいカップルが夜遅くまで大声で話し、私も眠れませんでした。高級ホテルであれば、トコジラミやダニに刺されることを心配して一晩中眠れないようなことはあってはなりません。また、他の宿泊客の声が壁越しに聞こえるようなこともあってはなりません。翌日はひどく疲れていて、食欲もありませんでした。朝食を食べられなかったので、追加料金を返金してもらえないか尋ねましたが、できないと言われました。そこで無理やり*1個と小さなお粥を食べようとしたのですが、食べきれませんでした。朝食に払うお金は本当に高いのにほとんど食べられず、眠れなかったのに朝食代を返金してもらえないのは残念です。5つ星ホテルなのでゆっくり休んで静かに眠りたいのですが、そうはいきませんでした。スタッフはとても親切で助かりました。でも一人でここを旅行するのはそう簡単ではありません。翌朝空港までのタクシーを予約するのは簡単ではなく、40分もかかりました。男性はとても親切で助かりましたが、ホテルは外国人宿泊客がタクシーを予約しやすいシステムをもっと用意すべきです。済南空港に初めて到着したとき、どうやってホテルに着いたらいいのか全く分かりませんでした。ホテル内にATMがないので現金を引き出せず、タクシーを予約するために外国のカードで支払うこともできません。シャングリ・ラのウェブサイトでは公共交通機関に関する詳細は提供されていませんでした。バス乗り換えが利用可能とだけ書かれていて、どの番号のバスかはわかりませんでした。ここで詳細を記載したいのですが、忙しくてとても疲れていたので、路線名とバスの番号を忘れてしまいました。すみません。空港の職員は英語が話せなかったので、助けを求めるのにかなりの時間を無駄にしなければなりませんでした。幸いにも誰かが助けてくれました。バスは20元で、インターコンチネンタルホテルとバスの左側にある大きなショッピングモールがある中心部まで連れて行ってくれます。そこで下車してください。所要時間は1時間です。そこからシャングリラまでは歩いてわずか5分です。大きなホテルなら、ウェブサイトで宿泊客に簡単な説明を提供するべきです。
スタッフはベッドに虫がいたことについて深く謝罪し、客室料金の10％割引を提案してくれました。チェックアウト時に返金はなく、スタッフもそれについては何も言及しませんでしたが、全額を請求されたと思います。個人的には、とにかく10％では十分ではないと思います。ベッドに虫が這っているという理由で、午前1時半に部屋を変更したい人はいません。全く眠れず、虫のことを考え続けて体がかゆくなり、朝食も食べられませんでした。翌日はひどく疲れ果ててしまい、次の目的地では何もできず、さらに1日休むしかありませんでした。残念ながら、シャングリラでの経験は決して楽なものではありませんでした。

ゲゲストホテルの立地は非常に便利で、すぐ下に大型スーパーがあり助かりました。部屋はまずまず清潔でしたが、最終日はトイレットペーパーの補充がなく、バスマットも置かれていませんでした。レストランの朝食時は毎日大変混雑しており、コーヒーメーカーは水切れか豆切れで、なかなか補充が追いついていないようでした。スタッフ一人では手が回っていない様子でした。また、朝食の肉まんが中まで凍っていて、氷の欠片が入っていたのは残念でした。その他の設備や環境は特に問題ありませんでした。一方で、フロントのスタッフは皆とても親切で、対応も素晴らしかったです。

ただ、比較的古い建物なので、シャワーヘッドから水滴が時々落ちるのと、シャンプーやシャワージェルの質が平均的で、洗濯機などがないので、ドライクリーニングしかできないのが難点です。 、少し残念です！ただし、サービス、衛生状態、装飾はすべてOKです。ここに滞在する人はかなり多いので、試してみることをお勧めします。

SSalehbaigiMy wife and I recently stayed at the Hampton by Hilton in Qingdao City and we are so thrilled with our experience that we felt compelled to share. This hotel truly stands out for all the right reasons and provided us with a comfortable, convenient, and genuinely enjoyable getaway.
From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the spotless cleanliness throughout the entire property. The lobby was bright and inviting, the hallways were pristine, and our room was immaculate. It’s clear that the housekeeping team takes great pride in their work, and it made our stay feel both safe and luxurious.
The staff deserves a special mention. Every team member we encountered, from the front desk to the dining area, was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. They greeted us with genuine smiles, were always ready with a local recommendation, and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Their positive attitude really set the tone for our entire trip.
Now, let’s talk about the breakfast – it was excellent! We’ve stayed at many hotels where the complimentary breakfast is a bit of an afterthought, but not here. There was a fantastic variety of selections to choose from. We enjoyed hot items like waffles and scrambled eggs, fresh fruits, pastries, and healthy yogurts. The coffee was always fresh and piping hot, and there was a great selection of teas and chilled juices to start our day right. It’s a real game-changer to begin a day of exploring with such a satisfying and delicious meal.
What truly sealed the deal for us was the incredible value. The price was very reasonable, especially when compared to other hotels in a similar category that we've stayed at in Qingdao. You get so much more for your money here—the excellent breakfast, the modern, clean rooms, and the wonderful service make it a standout choice.
The location was another huge plus for us. The hotel is conveniently located near the metro, making it incredibly easy to get around the city without a car. Furthermore, the surrounding area is vibrant and full of life! We loved being able to step outside and find great restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance. It felt like we were in the heart of the action.
Finally, as non-smokers, we greatly appreciated that the entire hotel, including all rooms, was completely smoke-free. It made the environment so much more pleasant.
In summary, our stay at the Hampton by Hilton in Qingdao was practically perfect. It offers incredible value, combining cleanliness, exceptional service, a delicious breakfast, and a prime location. We wouldn’t hesitate to book here again and will be recommending it to all our friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful stay

The first room we were checked-in had a broken window that couldn’t be opened and the reception didn’t know about it, although the window was closed with a tape and they should have known that this room had a problem. There were not many guests in the hotel and plenty of rooms to be offered.
In the next room we found out that the show was out of hot water. The problem was with the central supply system and instead of repairing it themselves, the hotel engineer was coming to our room claiming that we should discharge water for 5-10 minutes before hot water starts coming out. This kept going for almost an hour, we were tired and wanted to sleep because it was late evening. The problem didn’t require our assistance because the problem was with the whole hot water supply system, not with our exact room.
Also, they brought us a small heater to the room which I was surprised about, but then I understood that it was because the air-conditioner which had a heater mode, didn’t work well. I doubt that the hotel would have enough heaters for all rooms in case they had more guests. Without the heater it was quite cold in the room.
Next morning the house keeper came at 9-30 am!!!Which is insane. We were sleeping. I’ve never encountered a hotel at which the house keeper came that early and disturbed the guests.
Finally when leaving the hotel, we wanted to take those one-time use sleepers with us to use during the flight and found out to our surprise, that for 4 days we were living in the hotel sleepers were not changed even once. I called the reception, it was early morning (like 6-30 am) and they told me that the house keeper will bring us the sleepers when she comes to work. I told that we were leaving already and the reception promised to bring the sleepers asap. 10 minutes later nobody came and we went to check-out. At the check-out I asked for the sleepers again and told the receptionist that the taxi has almost arrived, so that she could bring us the sleepers first and then proceed with the check-out. She didn’t listen to me, still first processed the check-out and only after it went for the sleepers. So it basically took me half an hour and my nerves to get the sleepers that were supposed to be in my room from the very beginning.
The general manager talked to us after the case with the hot water and the house keeper coming early in the morning. He was very polite, but this doesn’t eliminate the fact that basic services in this hotel leave much to be desired.
On the plus side, very comfortable beds and clean spacious room.

ゲゲストThe best place for a calm vacation on a beach for a affordable price.
This was a nice little hotel standing right in front of a beach. The placement can be seen as perfect as this large beach is wonderful itself and much better then the beaches at the city center. The only inconvenience to consider when choosing this or nearby hotels is lack of cafes and restorans nearby, so you'd better take breakfasts in the hotel, they were not bad, tasty and very filing, with serveral options to choose from. For other places to eat, except for a two nearby costly restorans, you'll have to wark to find one about 1-1,5 km or more. If you want to spend more time in the city center consider also the time to travel to it, about 1,5 hours on a bus, 30-50 minutes on taxi.
The service was decent, even though stuff does not speak english they were very welcome and supportive, helping me and calling taxi a couple of times when I needed it.
The hotel itself is clean. The room was cleaned daily, not perfectly as the floors in the room stayed a bit dusty all the time but that was not too much of an issue. The bedding was always clean, towels were clean as well and changed daily.
I have to say a few words about the beach and the see themselves. The beach is large and clean, there are trash bins which are cleaned daily. It have a sand of very good quality, indeed of a golden color. The beach longs for several kilometers and is from about 150 meters wide to 200+ meters wide depending on the tides. The beach is shallow but no too much, you can easily walk to a place where you can swim freely. It was August and the water was extremely warm and cozy. It was clean with little human made trash coming from the see, but due to temperature the water near the shore start blooming on a second or third day of my stay there. I had to walk 10-15 meters in a 50-80 centimeters deep water full of seaweed before I come to clear waters. I bit unpleasant but not a big deal. There were some jelly fish coming the shore, the see doesn't have dangerous ones though. The beach has some infrastructure, at least there is a place to wash your hands and legs and there are public toilets nearby the beach, but there are no safeguards on it. With an chinese specifics I would say that's a plus as they are too restrictive and protective here.
