Wir verbrachten 2 Nächte im Oresca Hotel.
Die Besitzer sind herzlich und super freundlich.
Frühstück von 7-9, es war sehr lecker mit Eiern,Speck Waffeln und frischen Früchten.
Es gab überraschend eine kostenlose Massage am ersten Morgen.
Definitiv zu empfehlen wir werden wieder kommen!
It was good value for money. Not hot water (neither that cold, it is caribean weather just not heated) and a bit far from the main hotspots (i use uber motorbike so for me was ok, is around 1/2$ per trip).
The experience was a mix of both positive experiences and areas of opportunity, in the positive aspects the service provided by the staff was great, kudos to the restaurant staff as they were very welcoming and friendly with us. Reception, a couple of things to mention: We had a delay on our check-in due to the room having some issues related to the door, we were requested to wait for 15 minutes after the 15:00 check-in, and we did, after this time I had to reach back to the reception to check if the room was ready, still, had to wait for another 15 minutes. It was a total of 30 minutes out of schedule from the initial check-in due hotel's fault, we arrived with more than an hour of anticipation. There was nothing but an apology, not even a slight interest in offering compensation for the wait time, which could have been a plus in the customer service experience. On the other hand. we had several technical issues entering our room, as everytime we where off the room for a while the card wouldn't work, this was a consistent inconvenience in every single day, at the point that at our last 2 days staying at the hotel we directly reached reception to get the card fixed as we were already tired from previous days to reach the 5th floor for our room and then having to go down to reception to report the issue with the card, reach 5th floor again and AGAIN visit reception because the card wouldn't work, this could have been activelly addressed with either a room change or a technical review, however, it surprised us that instead of the receptionist offering at least an apologize we were told it was because WE used the card on another electreonic device, which never happened, another thing to point out was that at their main elevator someone popped a pimple at the elevator's mirror, and that disgusting pimple stayed there for more than 4 days, which indicates that the facility cleaning is not optimal, following this though at our room the blackout was stained at a corner, and even with having staff cleaning the room that stain remained from day 1 untill we left, probably someone spilled a drink at the balcony and it dropped at the blackout. Positive things: Restaurant service and overall attitude from the staff, ubication was good, close to the beach and with a nice view. AOO: A more customer-oriented thinking, at least showing interest in going the extra mile with their customers, cleaning.
El hotel tiene unas excelentes instalaciones,el Personal muy amable y servicial. Nos gusto mucho la ubicación cerca al aeropuerto. Tienen una oficina donde ofrecen los tour y las diferentes actividades en Cartagena.
Una estancia de lujo con vistas increíbles
El InterContinental Cartagena ofrece todas las comodidades. Las habitaciones son amplias, elegantes y muy limpias, con moqueta y una cama comodísima. El personal es muy amable y atento. El hotel está diseñado para eventos, con un salón de actos enorme y salas de reuniones modernas. Se nota que cuidan la seguridad en todos los detalles. Lo mejor: las vistas desde los pisos altos hacia las playas y su piscina impresionante. El restaurante es excelente y el servicio, impecable. Un detalle que me encantó fue el altavoz Bluetooth en la habitación para poner música desde el móvil, lo que hizo la estancia aún más acogedora.
El hotel fue una de las mejores cosas durante nuestro viaje, todo estuvo perfecto, las instalaciones muy bonitas y el personal fue amable y diligente. Sin duda volveremos
قمت بحجز غرفه لمدة عشر ايام بخيار عدم الغاء وعند اكمال نصف المدة حاولت الغاء الحجز ول يكن هناك تجاوب من ادارة الفندق وهو من ابسط حقوقهم كنت اتمنى لو كان هناك بعض المرونة في التعامل
الفندق جميل والغرفة واسعه ويوجد احتمالة كبيرة في حال زياره المدينة مرة اخرى ساقوم بالحجز فيه مجددا ولكن مع خيار الغاء او تعديل الحجز
وجبة الافطار متنوعه ولذيذة والفندق مريح ومكانه كان ممتاز

ゲゲストEl hotel es precioso! Las instalaciones son excelente. La habitación algo pequeña para un hotel de esta categoría, pero con lo más esencial para estancias cortas. Lo mejor? El desayuno! Es de otro nivel! Croissant de almendra, huevos perfectos y un sabor muy intenso, recomendable!!! El personal muy servicial y atento. Nota 10 por ellos. Está a las puertas de Getsemaní pero no se escucha nada de la fiesta afuera en la calle, a media manzana. Por resaltar algo negativo: la puerta del baño no se cierra del todo y el aire acondicionado no funciona bien en recepción y salón de desayunos. Volveríamos de ojos cerrados a Osh!!! ❤️

CCHILLING$The hotel in nice and the rooms are huge with sea view balcony! This hotel no have private beach so anyone can swim in hotel front beach. When you want to go to front beach and get seats and umbrella you have to pay COL PESO 30.000! In front beach there is a lot of food sellers drink sellers which every 5 min someone gonna come up to bother you that was the only - issue! Rest hotel is great and specially the pools was amazing! Breakfast is good enough! Good for family and group of friends!
