I find that the room design is a bit outdated. It was spacious and the terrace is a nice touch. The air conditioning wasn't working very well and it was hot in the room. The bathroom is clean and the water is hot and has good pressure.
The breakfast is plentiful but the need to order the hot plates and it takes a while to come. I would suggest making them available on the hot trays. Another thing that was weird was the custom tongs each table had, then we had to use them to get the food. I would much rather have one tong on each tray so everyone uses them, I believe it's much more hygienic and practical.

Service was amazing, we were able to check in half an hour before. Outside swimming was open in april.
The experience at the spa was amazing. Many different options i the main pool, 3 saunas and outside jacuzzi
Food was delicious and great variety. We will definitely repeat!

The hotel had a great location and was only a 1km walk to the cathedral. The front desk staff were very helpful.
Just beware of the airport taxis. It was only a 5-6 min ride, but the price was 16 euros. I asked the front desk about this and they said it’s the standard rate. But if you use Cabify it’s only 5 euros.

El alojamiento es muy bonito, decorado con mucho gusto. La limpieza es impecable. El personal es muy amable y te ayuda y da consejos de que visitar. El desayuno es delicioso, además con varios postres caseros y diferentes tipos de café. Volveremos seguro .
El único pero, quizás es que sería mejor poner mampara en la bañera, ya que las cortinas son menos higiénicas y además tremendamente largas y dan poco de mal aspecto al darse la ducha, pero nada gave.

ゲゲストアパートからは野原の素晴らしい景色を眺めることができます。とても静かで清潔です。大きなキングサイズのベッドはとても快適です。専用ジャグジーは素晴らしいです。ただし、メインホテルとは完全に隔離されているため、朝食、レストラン、チェックアウトのために屋外に行く必要があります。チェックアウト時に大雨が降っていたので、少し混雑しています。すべての荷物、ビンバッグ、傘を同時に管理するのは難しいです。アパートの宿泊料金はホテルスパヴィラよりもはるかに高いですが、サービスとアメニティは少なくなりました。例えば、ハウスキーピングは含まれていなかったので、私たちは自分で屋外の収集ポイントにビンバッグを投げる必要があります。したがって、温泉プールはスパヴィラよりもはるかに小さく、特に家族や子供がたくさんいた週末には、公共プールよりも混雑していました。すべての子供たちは、子供のプールではなく、大人用のプールを使用するのが好きでした!お金の価値はありません。早朝のフライトだったので、チェックアウトの日の午前7時に朝食をリクエストしました。スタッフの一人が拒否し、8-11amであるレストランのタイムテーブルに従わなければならないと言いました。翌日、別の女性、レイチェルに尋ねました。彼女はとても親切で親切で、カフェとコミュニケーションを取り、午前7時に卵、コーヒー、水、果物で朝食を手配してくれました。レイチェルは素晴らしく、ホテルには最高のカスタマーサービスを提供してくれた彼女のようなより多くのスタッフが必要です。

El servicio de restaurante deja que desear, camareros lentos y la comida (cena: o Buffet o carta) escasa y no te dejan cambiar 1 ingrediente por otro. El servicio del buffet muy amables. El desayuno buffet normalito tirando a escaso para ser un 4 estrellas. El spa una maravilla, mejor de lo esperado. 4 estrellas escaso a mi parecer, siendo el norte de España

ゲゲストこれは素晴らしいホテルでした!とてもきれいで、場所は素晴らしかったです。文字通りビーチにあり、とても清潔で人気のあるビーチです。レストランは限られた食べ物を提供しましたが、私たちが注文したものは美味しかったです。朝食は良かったが、朝食で働いていた女性は非常に突然で、不快に感じた。私も私の部屋にやかんを好むでしょうが、もちろんレストランに行くのにかかることは理解しています。シャワーはドアやカーテンがなく、シャワーを接続するオプションがないため奇妙だったので、それを保持しなければなりませんでした。天気は涼しく、24度を超えませんでしたが、夜は暖かいので、夏の高さでは不快になると思います。

ゲゲストA fantastic hotel in a fantastic location. The foyer to the hotel is large and inviting, the rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean and all of the staff were very helpful and friendly. It is just a 1 minute walk to the beach/sea front and there are lots of restaurants & bars very close by. The walk from the bay to the city centre is amazing along the beautifully clean and scenic promenade. All in all a VERY enjoyable stay. I will be back!!

MMan Wahホテルは市内中心部の近くに位置し、海辺まで約13分ととても便利です。ホテルは独特のデザインと斬新な外観を持っています。住宅に位置し、周囲の環境はそれほど良くありません。ビーチエリアまでは遠いですが、公共バスがありますが、運賃はもっと高いです。車は1.3ユーロ、サンタンデールのタクシーはホテルから空港まで少なくとも25ユーロで高価です。ホテルの朝食は質が高く、お勧めする価値があります。私は2日間滞在し、毎日市内中心部の海辺に行き、シーフードランチとディナーを食べました。とても快適で便利でした。

素晴らしい
AAntonyLovely family run hotel situated in the outskirts of Santander , in a rural location with stunning views. Javier the host was warm and welcoming and extremely helpful. The rooms are beautiful , clean and the shower is superb. Breakfast was perfect, with delicious Spanish offerings. We want to come back to stay longer, as so much to do in surrounding areas and this is a great place to stay. The only thing that could be improved would be to provide a fan or air conditioning unit .

ゲゲストJust the most beautiful hotel in the most outstanding location. The views were breathtaking. Alex and Rocio were so welcoming and warm. Rocio made us a vegan cake and Alex went out of his way to buy veggie burgers for us when we found out we were vegetarians. I would 100% recommend this magical place. About a 20 minute drive to Potes, the historical, Muy bonito town.
