The room had an unpleasant smell, but overall the experience was okay. It was good. The room was very nice and pretty, but there was not enough amenities in the lobby area other than that, the day was really good and peaceful

The Room was fine and the building is historical and beautiful. Sadly the spa is nothing great its more like a hotel with a pool and some treatment rooms. The outside pool was not available so it was just a normal size swimming pool with a whirlpool on it. Also they said its open till 8 and then at 18:00 they told us to leave as they gonna close??
The spa was one of the main reason we came and it was disappointing. The rest was fine. Food a bit overpriced.

ゲゲストWe had a fantastic stay, great location for visiting the music festival at Delapre Abbey. The room was spacious and clean, staff friendly and helpful. Lots of parking. The breakfast was an additional charge and not the cheapest but very delicious.

ゲゲストParking is not clearly advertised as an extra £8 and I booked with trip which should include a free upgrade if available. Hotel seemed very quiet on a Sunday night but no upgrade offered or referred to. Ir the 20% discount in good and drinks I was entitled to was not mentioned either. The rooms are nice but the surprise fee for parking and no complimentary upgrade when applicable and available was disappointing as was the mechanical approach if the receptionist at check in.

JJacobJonathanI recently enjoyed a relaxing stay at Barton Hall. The grounds are beautiful, and the spa was a highlight, especially in the sunshine.
However, the breakfast was disappointing. The English breakfast options were too salty, and the juice tasted synthetic, making it poor value for money.
The staff were somewhat strict about the rules for accessing the spa, which felt a bit excessive. Despite this, they were generally helpful and courteous.
Overall, a nice stay with lovely surroundings, but some improvements needed in breakfast quality and staff approach.

ゲゲストVery quiet considering it's right next to the A14, i didn't hear anything from the traffic. Supported by a Starbucks and a Petrol station. The hotel was great the staff were all very helpful and happy to help with any questions i had. Clean towels, tea, coffee, milk refills means that you could stay there without going anywhere if you wanted to just chill out on your own. With a TV and my crime magazine i was happy to chill in the evening. Would be really happy to book this hotel again in the future.

ゲゲストWe were a group of friends and stayed for 1 night. We absolutely enjoyed it. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy, aircon worked very well, breakfast was fantastic and restaurant staff were very friendly and fast, SPA facilities and staff were lovely. Check in and check out was super fast and we even got our rooms earlier than expected. Thank you so much, we will definitely come back!
