私たちは4人家族として、非常に時代遅れで即時の改修が必要なデラックスルームに滞在しました。4つ星評価のホテルですが、ドアを開けるための鍵はまだ操作されており、20年前に古い家具付きのタイルで非常に古いホテルに入るとバスルームのバスタブと時代遅れの部屋。部屋の画像はオンラインサイトに本物に表示されていないので注意してください。ホテルのハイライトは、食欲をそそる食べ物と良い雰囲気のレストランがありますが。

Nice stay, beautiful place and conveniently located. Takes 15-20mins drive to mall road. However, if it snows, tourist rush in and it can take 2 hours to reach Mall Rd due to traffic

Awesome stay, great food. I have travel-led across himachal and north indian food here is the best. This is a repeated stay and as always staff was super helpful and courteous. Rooms are cosy and quite giving restful sleep. Special thanks to sahil for going out of the way and sharing helpful trips and contacts for nearby attractions for a hassle-free blessed trip and darshan at nearby shaktipeeth.

This is a 3-star hotel with a good location. It is just 600 meters from mall road, 800 meters from the railway station, and 200 meters from the old bus stand. The service and staff interaction were satisfactory. The hotel food is tasty and of good quality. The rooms and washrooms are very clean and comfortable. Please note that for room heating (via a blower, there is an additional charge of 590 rupees per day. Hot water is available only at specific times (7 am to 11 am and 6 pm to 10 pm. Since we checked in late at night, they kindly turned on the water heater for one hour upon our request. For a 1-liter bottle of water (mrp 20 rupees, we were charged 60 rupees, which is significantly higher than the mrp. The rate of rs. 2200 per day (during the off-season) for a double room seems reasonable and acceptable. The hotel also assists with cab bookings through their contacts, which was very helpful for us.

The check-in was fast and informative, he confirmed the cab booking to the airport and the price for us by calling to our room, which is very fast too. The bellboy helped us with the luggages and explained the use of hot water, TV and air-conditioning with heater. The room is comfortable and the night views from the balcony was the best. Chairs are provided at the balcony. The room have mini fridge and water boiler, room slippers, clean towels. The bed sheet look worn out but they are clean. The restaurant food are great, we ordered Kadhai Chicken and Gobhi Adraki and we can't help having more serving of Tawa roti to eat with. The mountain view at the restaurant balcony is breathtaking. As our flight was 8.50am, we don't have time for our breakfast, the staff was so wonderful to prepare sandwiches and juices to go. Thank you very much, we had a wonderful stay.

The suite was beautifully designed, offering both luxury and comfort, with stunning views that added to the charm of our stay. The food at the resort was exceptional, with a variety of delicious options that catered to different tastes. Each meal was a delightful experience, showcasing fresh ingredients and expert culinary skills. The lounge area, with its mystical ambiance, was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The serene environment, combined with tasteful decor, made it an ideal spot to enjoy a quiet evening. Overall, bookmark resort exceeded our expectations in every way. AAkaschWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The rooms were immaculate and matched the photos perfectly. The staff provided exceptional service throughout our visit, making us feel welcome and well-cared for.
Our only concern was a safety issue with the air conditioning unit leaking water directly in front of the balcony door. This created a slipping hazard that could potentially cause injury when accessing the balcony. This should be addressed promptly for guest safety.
Despite this single issue, everything else about my experience was excellent, and I would happily recommend this accommodation to others looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-serviced place to stay

PPANCHALI recently stayed at this hotel for a quick getaway, and overall, I was impressed. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great view of the city. The bed was cozy, and the amenities were decent.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. The hotel's location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
We had lunch there,the food was very tasty, and the service was prompt.morning breakfast awesome with lots of verities for kids as well.
Overall, I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. It's a great value for the price.
