Peaceful haven close to the railway station. Lovely large room with view over the town. Booked an executive room which was only a little more and very worthwhile. Just had lunch in the restaurant which was excellent. Veg and non veg options.

A very pleasant stay overall, and for sure will be my stay of choice when I come again. Front desk service The gentle*** on shift is very friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout the process from me considering to book a room to arrival and checking out. He had provided really helpful information, answered WhatsApp messages promptly, and has given helpful advice about local interests spots. With such friendly assistance it has truly made my stay very pleasant and the whole process easy and smooth! Superb and thank you! Room I booked a classic double room which is on the first floor with big windows overseeing the hill. Very clean, very quiet. The electric heater and the extra blanket are very helpful in this time of the year ~! The bed is very comfortable. Provided me a nice, quiet rest. Little settee and table are enough to let me enjoy a comfortable sitting around and do my reading, and a good spot to enjoy the food brought to the room too~ Toilet and bathroom : Very clean. Nice clean and thick towels. Water is very hot when need be, and powerful shower! Restaurant Delighted to have found spare ribs on the menu, not ***y places serve spare ribs. The dish that I tried was really tasty, and delicious and big portion as well! Very reasonably priced. The restaurant serves a wide variety of food. Service was really good. The staff there tried best to serve you the best, speedy, pleasant and friendly. Very good that food can be sent to the room for enjoyment. Complimentary breakfast has a wide variety as well, and it’s very decent! If the restaurant can provide special coffee that would even be more attractive~ Nearby attractions and transportation Within 5-10 minutes leisure walk you can reach very scenic spots overseeing the valley of Kohima. There is a nearby “Where the Food” restaurant right next to the scenic spots, where you can enjoy food overawing the valley. On a good sunny day another pleasant walk 20-25 minutes will take you farther downtown with nice cafes and others. Very convenient. I have enjoyed the stay thoroughly! This hotel is situated at the centre of Kohima, quite close to the war cemetry. We had booked the standard room, which was the only option available in MakeMyTrip; however, the hotel does have other rooms as well. It does not have airconditioning, which is certainly not required at Kohima in normal course. The hotel is clean and the staff is very sincere, knowledged and helpful. Our room had a balcony with a nice view of the town. The room was good for business travellers as well; it had a proper tubelight besides the normal dim yellow lights, and had a snacks tray with food items with only nominal service charge addition to MRP. The restaurant has good ambience and they prepare the food freshly as per guests’ tastes. We were quite happy with their vegetarian preparations and took packed meals from them during our local travels. The hotel does not have a lift, but the staff does brings the luggage of the guests requiring help.

I stayed 2 nights at Superior Room but it was dusty and seemed not in use for a long time. The window lock was broken and couldn't be fully locked. I don't understand what is superior about this room compared to AC queen room, the room structure and the space are the same and the only difference might be the fridge and even the downside floor rooms were better renovated. The hotel itself is very good but if they want to call it ”superior” they should do something different.

Visited Acacia hotel on the 17 July 2023 Acacia hotel is one of the best and finest hotel in Dimapur... Cleanliness is excellent and rooms are well furnished...one more thing is that parking space too is spacious .... Most importantly all staffs are very kind and excellent...hospitality is perfectly excellent... Kitchen department is superb too... Cleanliness is excellent... A big thank you to Team Acacia hotel ... Had a happy stay with all ur great hospitality ... Will definitely refer all my friends .... All the best Acacia Team....

I booked the Zone Luxe Twin room. Very clean, comfortable bed! Clean toilet and bathroom. Powerful shower with hot water. Cold functioning AC which makes it very pleasant in this weather. Really like the spacious suite with separate bedroom and living room. Restaurant is very nice. Nice vibe, nice food, good prices. Breakfast buffet is very comprehensive. Excellent service. Boiled eggs were set up available, but other types of eggs also available upon request, which I was well pleased. Restaurant facing swimming pool which makes breakfast very pleasant. Also a lady helping at the restaurant particularly friendly and took the introduced me to a very local breakfast dish - dosa - very nice indeed. Appreciate her recommendations! Thanks. Swimming pool was also very nice. Nice environment, clean pool, clean changing room and shower. It’s been a very pleasant stay, and thank you very much for the team at all fronts.

Booked a room to accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids. Room provided was not at all livable. The hoteliers took the same amount in cash at which I had already paid at the time of booking. Literally I had to spend double the amount to get a livable room
