Very nice place to stay at. Very clean and close to beach. Very friendly staff right through from restaurant to front office and front desk . Made us feel welcomed

到着した瞬間から、素敵なサラさんが100%温かく迎えてくれました。料金も、これまで泊まった他の宿泊施設と比べて本当に良心的でした。値段はもっと高くて、その価値がなかったんです。ビーチもすぐ近く。2回目の滞在でしたが、本当に楽しく、ぐっすり眠ることができました。到着時に牛乳を1本いただけたのも、嬉しい心遣いでした😀

Slightly tired with some maintenance due. Too many emails (I think 9 in total) re the stay. When on holiday I don't want 9 extra emails!. Staff great, rooms really good and quiet considering the location. It would be good to get all the Sky TV channels for the amount charged. I.e it was missing Channel 7,17,21 etc.

Accomodation was satisfactory. However, on our check out day we overslept and past our check out time. Instead of trying to contact us, hotel reception unlocked our doors and woke us up. Although the fault is entirely ours, this striked as a security and safety concern to us.

便利なロケーションは気に入りましたが、アプリで予約すると古い建物になります。部屋のキッチンが小さいような感じです。小さな食器洗い機には驚きました。スマート TV ボックスはエンターテイメントに最適です。唯一の問題はシャワーのときのお湯の温度でした。安定した温度をコントロールするのが難しいです。熱すぎたり冷たすぎたりします。2 日目以降に交換するはずのタオルはバスルームに掲示されていましたが、6 日間のうち 4 日目に交換されました。

部屋で2つの🕷️が見つかりましたが、ニュージーランドも正常です。気になったら注意を払うことができます。場所は良いです、唯一の欠点はガソリンスタンドの隣にあり、夜は少し騒々しいです

このホテルでの素敵な滞在。強くお勧めします 1. チェックインが簡単で、午前11時に早めにチェックインできました。ありがとう 2. 新しい部屋のリノベーション。明るい雰囲気が好きです 3. 素晴らしいロケーション 4. チェックアウト後も無料駐車場 5. スタッフは親切でした

A suberb location close to everything and perfect views out over the bay .  The size of the suite was spacious and also offered cooking facilities.  A few broken things so I think maintenance could be improved, and we didn’t get offered under cover parking which I assumed was for the junior suites. The swimming pool was nice .

滞在するのに最適な場所。ビーチから少し車で行くが、それは素晴らしく、静かで快適です。毛布を持参するか、寝具を支払うことを確実にしてください!

About the hotel itself: certainly it’s no luxury experience, but it is a solid, clean basic hotel perfectly located at the marina if you want to go snorkeling, surfing, scuba diving at poor knights or enjoy (walking at) the beautiful tutukaka coast. The walls of the rooms are a bit thin and you can hear everything through the wall. However, it’s a fair value for money and there are basically no alternatives available.
