ニュージーランドノースランド地方で、駐車場のあるホテル

良い点と悪い点がありました。チェックインの20分前に到着したのですが、大丈夫だろうと思っていました。ところがそうではありませんでした。受付の女性は私がカウンターに立っているのに気付いたようで、待合室で個人的な会話をしていて、私を無視していました。ようやく彼女が来たと思ったら、早すぎるとかなり失礼な態度で言われ、20分後に戻ってくるように言われました。私たちはコーヒーを飲んでから戻ると、サービスデスクでとても丁寧な男性が待っていて、チェックイン手続きをしてくれましたが、部屋への行き方は曖昧でした。 部屋に着いて、引き戸から外に出ようとした時、段差が約24cmもあることに気づき（私のような背の低い人間にとっては、誰にとっても大きな段差です）、足首を捻挫してしまいました。足が腫れてしまいました。チェックアウト時にそのことを伝えたのですが、ドアに注意書きと何が起こったのかを掲示しておくべきだったと思います。対応してくれた女性（別の女性）は私の足のことなど気にも留めていませんでした。 それ以外は、部屋は快適で、街の中心部や美味しいレストランにもとても近かったです。 デメリットもあったけれど、また泊まりたい。

We stayed for one night before starting our North Island trip. I liked that we could park right in front of the room, which was convenient. However, the overall facilities were just average. The bathroom fan was quite noisy, and the sound continued for a while even after the light was turned off.

Such a beautiful location right on the waters edge. I stayed in one of the four standalone cabins. Each had their own covered outdoor seating area facing the water which was great when it was both sunny and raining. The cabin was clean and had all the equipment I needed. I was impressed that they provided washing up liquid, scrubbing brushes etc as often these sorts of things are not provided. There was no air con but fans were provided which helped and the bed was comfortable. The shower/kitchen block was close by with plenty of toilets and two showers. Both showers were hot and powerful, although one was so powerful it was painful! The other was much better. The kitchen /laundry area was well equipped although the oven was missing the shelves inside. Again it was all very clean.

I didn't know what to expect when I booked this establishment. It looked OK though I thought I might find it a bit further from the main Paihia town than I liked, but it turned out that I really enjoyed the walk to and from the town. We've booked ourselves in the cruise to Hole in the Rock the next day and talking to the helpful staff, we booked the spa followed by dinner at The Glass House on that day and we really enjoyed our day. The massage and facial was really relaxing, and the dinner was superb. On top of that, I love the room we had which was just by the pool. We are able to enjoy the hot tub which was really relaxing too. Everything was just fantastic. Overall the hotel was just a joy to stay in and I was glad I booked 3 nights.

Absolutely fantastic place. The staff are amazing & so helpful. Food was spectacular, menu is small but that makes choosing so much easier. Will definitely be back 

スタッフはとてもフレンドリーでした。ビーチ、レストランなどから徒歩圏内にあり、良い宿泊施設には良い価格でした。私たちの枕は少し平らだったので、小さなものは余分な枕など、完全な5つ星の評価を得ることができました。5日間の旅行で4人用の3ロールのシングルプレーリーとしてトイレットペーパーが追加されましたが、全体的には良い経験でした。洗濯物は少し時代遅れだったので、私たちは道路の下のランドリーマットを使用しました、そして、私たちがチェックインしたときに知らされたらジムやレストランがどこにあるかわかりませんでした。

Stayed for 2 nights with wife and 8 year old son. The staff was super kind and welcoming. Our suite had amazing wraparound views of the bay. Parking spot was free and right next to our suite. WiFi was a bit spotty. Comfy bed. Walk to the beach was 10 min. Wonderful cafe in 2-3 min walk. The town was beautiful as well. Short drive north to the hot water beach was fun. I really liked this place. We made sure to clean up and do our dishes as note said extra fee if you left dirty dishes. Would highly recommend.

仕事が遅れたので、再び滞在を延長しました。しかし、それはここで楽しい滞在だったことも理由でした!! この場所のオーナーはとてもフレンドリーでした。ここで楽しい滞在でした。夜は平和で静かで、おそらくケリケリの名物の一部です。 プールとランドリーサービスが提供されている(有料)が、まだ便利で、ここでの滞在を楽しんだ。 部屋は印象的で広としていて、良い設備と必要なアイテムが提供されました。 ベッドは本当に快適でした....は間違いなく再び戻ってきます!!!

Lovely villas sitting up a hill with stunning and unparalleled views of the Pacific Ocean in the quaint Cable Bay, which is one of a few towns that make up Doubtless Bay. A great place to escape the hustle and bustle of city life and just relax and chill while listening to the sound of the waves. If you book the one- or two-bedroom units, you’ll have access to a living area, kitchen and laundry facilities. Our family really loved our stay! Highly recommended to all!

私たちは、目の予約のためにワンガレイに旅行するカップルとしてここに一晩滞在しました。場所は絶対に素晴らしいです、そして眼科医はモーテルから歩いてすぐの便利な場所でした。敷地内の設備はかなり良かったが、残念ながらカスタマーサービスは貧弱で、場所の全体的な清潔さは平均的だった。場所は医療訪問に非常に便利ですが、サービスとメンテナンスは間違いなく改善が必要です。
