Easily the best hotel I’ve stayed in Portugal. Super central in the historic center, the main street is just a few meters away.
The hotel itself is so amazing! Very clean, super fast wifi, great rain shower with very good pressure, spacious toilet & shower area, comfortable beds. All incredibly good amenities.
My visit to my most favorite small town in Portugal was complemented with my stay in my most favorite hotel in Portugal. Wish I had stayed longer!

快適でエレガントで、とても居心地の良いホテル、快適なベッド。朝食前に水が冷たくなり、2日後に何かが起こりました。
2泊、朝食の初日、すべてが静かに走り、翌日は日曜日でホテルが満員で、朝食の時間を与えず、混乱し、バーで待っている人が立っていました。それから、食べるものはほとんどなく、水もコップも、乱れ、走っている従業員たち、ついに、何も良くない。
それから、チェックアウト時間に、彼らは前日のバーアカウントに行きました、私たちは行ったことさえありませんでした、そして、彼らは行ったことがありません。つまり、彼らは部屋番号を指しているとき、彼らは彼らをだまして彼らに部屋を与えました。最後に、いくつかの不調が証明されました。

Três bien situé pour visiter la ville, très propre, très bonne literie.Très classe mais dans son jus depuis quelques années, quelques rénovations sont entreprises mais malheureusement bas de gamme par rapport au type d hôtel , avec le temps la qualité des prestations diminuent
Nous avons voulu boire un verre au bar mais avons été littéralement ignorés par le personnel, après plus de 30 minutes d attente nous sommes partis, dommage !!

The rooms are clean and the breakfast was surprisingly excellent. There is no tea or coffee in the room but all other basics are available. Perfect for a short stay in that area that’s very reasonably priced

Atendimento durante o Check-in , rápido e eficiente apesar de não terem informado qual a senha do WiFi.
Quarto simples mas satisfatório para o efeito, apesar do aparelho de ar condicionado não ter comando para permitir a regulação da temperatura e /ou outra qualquer função (Nos tempos que correm é inadmissível).
O pequeno almoço foi o melhor da estadia....muito bom.
Check-out, nem vi qualquer funcionário. Deixei o cartão do quarto em cima do balcão e saí.
Não pretendo voltar......

Hotel agradável, com ótimo atendimento... instalações impecáveis e quarto muito espaçoso. De salientar o cuidado em colocar recipientes para os clientes fazerem reciclagem, bravo por isso!.
Um ponto negativo foi não ter fruta laminada ao pequeno almoço, tinha apenas fruta inteira.
Apesar disso, recomendo!.

SSampaioWe just stayed there for a night with some friends. The room was clean and the location fantastic - close to everything and to Santuary of Fátima.
Found the service slightly slow, and the price of meals on the expensive side. Overall I recommend staying there and will stay again.

ゲゲストVery nice stay. The room had an unusual configuration more in tune for couples rather than a family. The bedroom is up some stairs and there is a bathtub in front of the bed that is open to below which has a pullout bed and TV. The service was great, the pullout bed was pre-made for our son who was traveling with us and the room was cleaned, tidied with the bed made every night. We paid extra for the morning breakfast which was great and it had a lot of food options beyond the usual continental breakfast offerings. It also had a very nice terrace which we visited in the evening. We were also there during a heat wave and the room was nice and cool with the air conditioning. I would definitely stay there again.

TThomas RxNice, modern hotel situated a few minutes walk to the sanctuary. The rooms are spacious and of modern design. The room and the bathroom were spotless clean. Wifi is working flawless in the entire hotel. The staff is courteous and eager to assist when needed. The breakfast is richly garnished with a good selection of fruits.
Free parking is offered in der underground garage. The entrance is tricky to manoeuvre. We tried once the hotel food in the evening but preferred to dine outside, as we were not impressed with it.

1. location: this hotel located in better place.Very close to the bus stops, and most attractions are reachable by foot(although there are many steep hills).
2. Breakfast: The breakfast was quite decent, as you would expect from a hotel of this class.
3. The room was a bit small, but overall OK, The bathroom was good size and also OK.

GGoldilocks and 3 bearsLocation is excellent , walk 3 minutes to bus station to Lisbon, 3 minutes walk to Basilica. Lots of restaurants around ,Hotel has restaurants for dinner price is reasonable.
Breakfast is good buffet style , room is big and very clean , supermarket just walk 5 minutes and got so many hot food like chicken and coffee and pastry combo under euro $2 .

ゲゲストVale a pena para quem está a viajar e precisa parar para descansar e tomar um duche. As instalações são antigas mas servem bem ao propósito. O único local próximo para almoçar/ jantar é a área de serviço da Brisa. Não há acessos a não ser pela A1 (nos dois sentidos). O pessoal é muito agradável e prestável e o pequeno almoço é muito bom.
