At first, we worried because we read the reviews, but when we saw the room, it's small, but nice, clean, comfortable for cooking, we felt warm, as same as the second home. We had to walk upstairs to the third floor: the reception, we could. The hot and cold water and the refridgerator was good near the reception. The maid were OK, cleaned every day if we wanted, but we didn't. Near the road, the bus stop in front of the hotel, No.5 buses go to the city Center for 5 stops. On the right, there is a supermarket we could buy fresh food. On the left, there are Fix Price Shop, Mini shop and Phamarcy, we liked this hotel a lot. (Very clean) The hairdryer is at the reception you can tell them. Thank you very much everyone there.

Really close to the meeting point for my tour guide, which made it easy for my Teriberka and Aurora tours. beautiful snow covering the roads and streets right in front of the hotel. There’s also a mini market within walking distance, which was very convenient. A nice bonus was being able to buy souvenir fridge magnets directly at the hotel reception. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They assisted me with carrying my luggage from the ground floor to my room, which I truly appreciated since the hotel doesn’t have a lift. Their hospitality made my stay even more comfortable. The breakfast provided was delicious, the room was very clean, and the heater worked perfectly during the cold winter days. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Murmansk.

They arranged the room by roadside for me. Since the hotel is located just by the road and my room iwas on the 2nd floor, the room was very noisy. If you want to stay at this hotel, you have to require to stay at the opposite side to the road.

Берите теплые подштаники) Почти на постоянном режиме включали кондей на тепло, на ночь выключили, так как шумный, под утро замерзли адски. Важно учитывать, что образуется на потолке конденсат, который капает на тебя постоянно. Тоже так себе история. Но! Очень симпатичная ванная с сауной, есть купель на улице. Администратор помогала как могла, спасибо ей большое! Отличные завтраки и ужины.
