CCRodOk so first let me just say for the price we paid on the days we went. It wasn't horrible. I would go back BUT YMMV so this was my experience.
Location was great. Right on the boardwalk and an easy walk to Hard Rock when we went to the concert.
Service was meh. The only time I had a friendly anyone in the establishment was the woman who checked us out. Everyone else that we interacted with were either disinterested or perfunctory. No help on where to find our rooms, no help on any services offered. We didn't even get the annoying (did you want to sign up for our card?) that you get in ****** hotels. I guess that was a plus.
From my understanding we were on the ”older side” of the establishment. But regardless, staying on an entire floor that says non smoking it smelled of smoke. both cigarettes and ****. I don't care if you do either but I do care to smell either in my room or right outside my door (defeats the whole purpose of non smoking). Everything is dated which is whatever. but the blinds didn't work the coffee maker wire was too short for the ”dresser” so you had to keep moving it to the nightstand to use it. The room itself was relatively clean although the back of the nightstands hadn't been touched in a long time with all that accumulation of dust. Its design is just...weird. like so much random open area. I guess you can dance there lol. The ”dresser” didn't have drawers it had...like cubby holes. We didn't use them seemed pointless. I didn't even bother with the tv it was too far away and faced away from any sitting area (again weird layout).
The ****** itself was ok. Nothing crazy although I did like that rotating bar they had. But again. EVERYWHERE just reeked of smoke. To use a comparison, at Hard Rock when you were on the ****** side sure people smoked there (i get it) but the hotel side of things smelled clean refreshing and airy.
In the end, manage expectations and you'll be fine. If you are a smoker I am sure you will be fine too. If all you plan to do is sleep there its fine (although we were on the 7th floor and could still hear the music bumping below but the music was good so w/e lol) It works, again its not horrible. Its definitely 2.5-3 star range.

ゲゲストFor being such an expensive high end hotel I did expect things to be cleaner in the hotel room. You could see the basic easy perimeter of cleaning in the bathroom especially. There were some stains on the bedding as well that instantly gave my face a look. Arrived on a Friday evening and checked out for a late departure and no one was ever in our room to restock so we had to call and ask for more towels which wasn’t that big of a deal we just had a lot of garbage in our room from the weekend and a mound of dirty towels. It was an extremely busy weekend there as we were there for volleyball tournament and everything was pretty much booked up! I think the “resort fees” were really unnecessary as we didn’t even get to do much and my kids just all walked around and people watched and paying $1000 just for the regular hotel price is enough. It was a stay to play event so we had no other options in staying elsewhere. Restaurants inside were mediocre and outrageously expensive!! I just felt like it was a money pit and that’s the only intention it had. We were on the 15th floor and did get a great view of the sunrise/sunset right around the corner from our hotel door and I think that was the only thing we actually enjoyed there.

Breakfast was a daily treat! The buffet had everything from fresh tropical fruits and artisan pastries to made-to-order omelets and local delicacies. We dined twice at the in-house restaurant, and both meals were five-star quality — beautifully presented and incredibly flavorful.

CClarisa624It was helpful that they were able to accommodate connecting rooms. We were in the Havana Tower. We booked run of the house, which was a king bed in the hold tower. To upgrade to 2 beds and for connecting option it was an additional $29 fee.

ゲゲストこのホテルは少し古く、内装もかなり年季が入っています。ニューアーク空港から2〜3kmの距離なので、乗り継ぎや一時滞在には良いでしょう。清潔さについては、一部に髪の毛が落ちていたのが不満点です。
朝食は利用しませんでしたが、電子レンジがあり、1階には有料の小さなカフェバーがあります。
スリッパや使い捨ての歯ブラシ、歯磨き粉はありませんでした。フロントのスタッフはとても親切で、黒人の若い男性が使い捨ての歯ブラシを2本探してくれました。

SSummerlovex3私は約1ヶ月間オンオフに滞在し、浮き沈みがありました。場所は素晴らしいですハウスキーピングスタッフは素晴らしいです。彼が私を選んだほど管理は良くありません。カビと水漏れについて彼らに知らせた彼は、シャワーを浴びて水を流したと非難したので、実際には壁の後ろに漏れがあったため、タオルを使って浸しました。タオルのデポジットを紛失し、ジャグジースイートを予約したときに言われました。犬はスーツを着ることはできません。その後、部屋を格下げした場合、差額の払い戻しはなく、犬や家族が白い毛布に1つの仕様を取得した場合、再び保証金を失うため、赤いキルトを手に入れることができると言われました。私に赤い毛布をくれたことはありませんでしたが、仕様と白いもの🙀 idk管理が私に何を持っていなかったかを知りませんでしたが、無料のペットポリシーやジャグジースイートを得られなかったような他の恐ろしい瞬間でさえ、利用可能な唯一の部屋は私がカビの匂いがして漏水の問題があったため、ジャグジースイートを予約しました。だから奇跡的に、彼らは私がすでにチェックアウトしたばかりの部屋にジャグジーを見ると、ジャグジーの予約が表示されません。他の人にジャグジースイートは私を白いシーツスーツにダウングレードしました。最初の夜の私の犬は眠れませんでしたが、奇跡的に私たちが言ったようにすぐに予約を引っ張ってキャンセルするだけで、スーツが利用可能でしたそこから休憩を取る必要がありました。
