Excellent, hearty and warm service. The airport skybus stop is right in front of the hotel (frequency 40 mins, whole ride 25 mins from or to airport). Room and bed very comfy. Free bottle water and welcome cookies. The trash bins inside the room are too small however. Buffet breakfast is decent too. Locationwise, not the best. No restaurants or groceries nearby (just restaurants inside hotels). Need a bit of walk (5-10 mins) to reach the very centre where the shops are.

What were all the experience was very good and we enjoyed it a lot and it was a nice place to live in an entire Hobart and view was amazing

ベッドは大きく、とても快適でした。バスルームもとても広かったです。全体的に清潔でした。ほとんどの客室は別館にあり、レセプションとダイニングは古い建物（オーストラリアでは古い建物ですが）にあり、少しおしゃれです。朝食はかなり美味しかったのですが、ベーコンやスクランブルエッグなどはビュッフェの中ではあまり温かくありませんでした。サワードウは美味しかったです。レセプションの対応は迅速でプロフェッショナルでした。さて、ちょっとした不満点を一つ。中心街やウォーターフロントからは30分ほど歩き、ずっと少し坂を上る必要があります（途中にバーなどがたくさんあるエリアがあります）。私は1日に数回歩きましたが、問題ありませんでした。とはいえ、ほとんどの宿泊客は車を持っているでしょう。部屋のリビングエリアにはテレビが欲しかったです。もし1部屋にテレビを1台しか置けないのであれば、ベッドの前よりもリビングエリアの方が良いと思います。最後に、2つあるワードローブのうち1つは鍵がかかっています。おそらくリネンなどを収納するためでしょう。もう1つはハンガーをかけるスペースしかなく、棚はありませんでした。 「私の」潜在的なワードローブスペースの半分も使えなかったのは、少し残念でした！ 街から少し離れていますが、総合的に見て、また泊まりたいと思いました。全体的に広く、清潔で、快適で、少しスタイリッシュさも感じました。

Clean, nice and good location. I lost AirPod at check out, checked with hotel and they found and replied me quickly so I can get back again. Recommend to person who travel to Hobart.

唯一良かったのは、フロントデスクのサービスが素晴らしかったことだけです。それ以外はすべて欠点でした。部屋の設備は古く、防音も不十分でした。1つの部屋が2つに仕切られていて、照明は暗く、チェックインすると真ん中にドアがあるのです！これで何かがおかしいと気づきました。調べてみると、隣の部屋の男は深夜0時過ぎまでインドのニュースを見ていて、廊下を挟んだ向かいの男たちは午前4時までパーティーをして踊っていて、外の交通騒音は耳をつんざくほどでした。部屋は全く防音されていませんでした！歯ブラシやスリッパも用意されていませんでした（フロントデスクに頼まなければなりませんでした）。洗面台の水圧は非常に低く、トイレは非常に古く、節水型だと謳って節水マークまで貼っていました。

If you’re lucky, you might encounter their grandchildren swimming and playing, hearing their laughter. 3. The room's amenities are quite high quality, and the space is ample. 4. Breakfast is provided early in the room, including bread, various types of jams and butter, milk, orange juice, and a variety of cereal options. Tea bags are also available. 5. There’s a free washing machine and laundry powder, but no dryer. 6. The location is within a 20-minute drive from Launceston. 7. If you want a quiet and comfortable space, this is a great choice.

Eastcoaster Tasmania was a fantastic choice for our Maria Island adventure—it’s just a shortdrive to Triabunna, the main ferry port. Rooms were cozy and spotless, with unbeatable water views that set a relaxing tone before our island hike. Perfect for nature lovers; the peaceful coastal vibe recharges you after a day exploring Maria Island’s trails and wildlife. Parking was plentiful, and the on-site dining hit the spot. Highly recommend for a laid-back base on Tasmania’s east coast.
