Nothing to complain about. Friendly staff and even shops inside the building. Breakfast buffet is amazing, so is the gym. The area around the hotel is a bit worn down.

Service is not bad not good but staff was good room was clean but reception service quality was too poor I already paid before 4 months ago by credit card but when I checked out that time was too longer But over all not bad

Having traveled extensively, we were particularly impressed with the hotel's services. Our room was immaculate, with excellent bed comfort and cleanliness. The staff was well-mannered and proficient in English, making communication effortless. The lobby was also well-presented and inviting. We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to the following staff members who made our stay exceptional: Ms. Fatima, Mr. Salim (the shuttle bus driver), the customer service team at the reception, the staff at the restaurants on levels 2 and 12, the chefs, floor staff, housekeeping, security personnel, and the porters. Everyone contributed to making our stay truly memorable. We highly recommend Ramada in Cox's Bazar to anyone looking for a remarkable hotel experience.
