設施：那麼那麼好，公共部分温泉~無邊泳池~健身房雖小到主流設備齊全，有室外大烤箱。 衞生：太贊啦。 環境：每一個部分都能出大片 服務：恰到好處！！ 第一天晚上9點左右入住的，一位小夥子接待的我，手續辦的很快，逛了一天，買了一堆喜歡的不喜歡的東西，小夥子很熱情的開着電瓶車送我到住宿樓，雖然沒聊幾句，但是他很會聊天，還特細緻，我走的那天又碰上他在餐廳，又熱情的幫我拎了行李出來，不知道怎麼稱呼，衹知道姓張。第二天我回酒店依然很晚，頭一天房卡不能用了，一個帥氣的小哥哥在門外迎了我，給我換了一張新的房卡，我都沒注意過他，他卻能知道我是誰。 管家娜娜很負責的，出行給孩子帶了飲料水果，給我買了隱形眼鏡護理液。 服務員翔翔，性格特別温和，做事特別細緻，還很利索，話不多，但是句句説到點兒上。晚上酒店送小甜品，他發現我閨女喜歡吃酒店的小零食和水果，第二天特意多送了兩份。收洗衣服也很耐心。 保潔大姐也好贊，幹活特別利索，院子裏的遮陽傘三下五除二就撐起來了，我出去時她收拾房間，簡單跟她説了怎麼弄，回來時發現弄的特好，還幫我收了衣服。 好的酒店很多，像這個酒店這麼好的服務團隊真的不多見，不會過分熱情，又處處很細緻到位。

立地は抜群で、泉順広場と開元湖のすぐそばなので、移動にとても便利です。エグゼクティブツインルームを3泊予約したところ、ホテル側からエグゼクティブレイクビューツインルームにアップグレードしていただき、素晴らしい滞在となりました！👍 フロントデスクのマギーさんには、親切で丁寧な対応、私たちのリクエストへの迅速な対応、そしてまるで自宅にいるかのようなくつろぎを与えていただき、心から感謝いたします。エグゼクティブラウンジでのディナーには、温かい料理8品、揚げ物3品、温かいスープ、前菜、デザート、そして豊富な種類のドリンクが含まれていました。サービスは素晴らしかったです。🫶 また洛陽を訪れる機会があれば、ぜひ洛陽マリオットホテルに泊まりたいです。

A Perfect Stay – Truly Exceptional in Every Way! From the moment we arrived, our experience at Huanghe yingbinguan was nothing short of extraordinary. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and impeccable service, setting the tone for what turned out to be a truly unforgettable stay. The room was beautifully appointed—spotless and thoughtfully designed with every comfort in mind. Plush bedding, a stunning view, and amenities made it feel like a true home away from home. Housekeeping maintained everything to the highest standard each day. What really sets this hotel apart is the attention to detail. From the personalized welcome note to the turn-down service, every touch made us feel genuinely valued. The concierge team was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us plan our excursions and restaurant reservations. Dining at the hotel’s restaurant was a highlight—Breakfasts were abundant and delicious, with a variety of options to suit every taste. Great breakfast !!! The location was ideal—peaceful and quiet, the free golf car transportation offering easy access to nearby attractions while still feeling like a tranquil retreat. We’ve stayed at many hotels around the world, but Huanghe Guest hotel stands out as one of the very best. It’s the rare kind of place that leaves you planning your return before you’ve even checked out. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, beauty and quite place to stay on vacation.

別の場所から出張でここに来ました。フロントの男性はとても歓迎してくれました。部屋にはウェルカムフルーツがありました。部屋全体が清潔で整頓されていて快適でした。テイクアウトをたくさん注文しましたが、ロボットが配達してくれたのでとても便利で安全でした。ここに滞在した経験は良く、価格とパフォーマンスの比率が非常に高かったです。2日目にもう1泊滞在を延長しました。お勧めです。

I visited this hotel approximately 10 years ago, and to my surprise, everything remains unchanged, just as it was a decade ago. The hotel is in dire need of an upgrade, as the rooms are outdated, featuring old televisions, and the carpets require replacement, among other issues. The breakfast offered meets the expectations for local cuisine; however, I have observed that they have eliminated the Western-style breakfast that was previously available. In terms of location, it is quite central, making it convenient for exploring the city. Given all of this, I would choose to stay here again. The reception staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist you.

Great homestay with friendly and serviceminded hosts The Dengfeng Youlu Homestay was a very nice experience and can be highly recommended. The rooms were very clean and modern. Spacious and with comfortable beds. The bathroom was also modern with nice amenities. The location is a little outside the city, but closer to the main attractions to Mount Song. So easy to reach with taxi. We found the location very good and convenient since we wanted to go to the scenic areas. We had breakfast included and found it very tasty and nice. It was plain and fresh and a nice selection of nutritious food before starting the day. The service was very good. The hosts didn’t speak much English, but we used translator apps so absolutely no problem for foreigners. The Dengfeng Youlu honestly has a nice compound with a Chinese garden. They also have a pool. It looks very comfy and cosy to sit and enjoy the garden, but we were there in beginning January so it was wintertime. The room we got had nice view of the garden and the mountains. We can for sure recommend this homestay and we think the reviews written so fare are very correct.

We had the absolute best time here! The hosts were incredibly kind and made sure we felt truly taken care of throughout our stay. Breakfast was always delicious — and vegetarian, which was a huge plus for my husband since he doesn’t eat meat. Before our trip, I had asked if they could help me arrange a small birthday surprise for my husband, and they went above and beyond. They got us the cutest cake, and it made the day extra special — we were so touched. The room was spacious, spotless, and had plenty of storage, so it never felt cluttered. We also appreciated the room service and bottled water, which made everything even more comfortable. The room was so spacious we were able to practice yoga in the room at the same time! The location couldn’t be better — just a one-minute walk to the geopark bus stop and ticket office, and equally close to snack street and local shops. Truly perfect! Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This lovely family really goes the extra mile to care for their guests. I’ll be recommending this place to everyone I know! 全体的に、私たちはこの短い滞在にとても満足しています。プールやレストランなどのホテルの設備は利用していないので、それらについてコメントすることは不可能です。しかし、いつでも利用できるものにはお礼を申し上げたいと思います。蛇口の 1 つが正常に機能していないことが判明し、午後 11 時頃に初めてそれに気付きました。サービス番号に電話したところ、問題は 10 分以内に解決されました。もう 1 つ嬉しいのは枕メニューです。ベッドは総じて非常に快適ですが (他の多くの中国のホテルとは異なり)、好みに合わせて整形外科用枕を選ぶことができます。これは非常に良かったです! 立地は良いです (山岳公園の入り口とバス停まで約 15 分)。 残念ながら、景色にはあまり満足できませんでした (山の見える部屋でした)。確かに、塔と山々は見えましたが、窓の真下の建設現場も見えました。作業員は午前 7 時頃に一日を開始し、その音が私たちの部屋にははっきりと聞こえました。さらに、廊下では常に静かな音楽が流れています。余分な音に敏感な方には絶対におすすめできません。
