スペインアラゴン州で、プールのあるホテル

このホテルは大丈夫です、私たちはホテルを選びました、部屋はあります、部屋はとてもきれいです、私たちは一晩滞在しました、私たちは通り過ぎました、私たちは歩き回るのを聞くのが好きではありません他の部屋のすべて、残念ながら、7時から歩き始めます。音の女の子も家にいます、私のボーイフレンドは彼らに静かに頼まなければなりませんでした。朝食ビュッフェ:9

Personal muy educado y ayuda en todo lo que puede y más. Las habitaciones amplias y tranquilas,lo único que podría poner malo es que son dos camas pequeñas en una grande y eso se nota un poco. Pero por lo demás genial. La cafetería,las cocineras y camareras majisimas. Precios que están muy bien. Volvería sin duda. Lo único que las peticiones antes de ir, las envié días antes de ir al hotel y nunca fueron respondidas. Es lo único malo que podría poner.

Enjoyed our one night stay. The room is cozy and matched our expectations with this price. The view outside the window is not bad as well. We also paid 25 euro per person more to enjoy the spa facilities for one hour which we find worth the money if you are looking for a relaxing session after a day of hiking. The spa is not the biggest or grandest but it does its job with hamman, sauna, jacuzzi, etc. It's quiet during our visit with no one else so basically we had a private experience. Remember to bring your flipflops and swim cap which are mandatory.

Lo que no nos gustó es que la cafetería no está abierta por la mañana y te obligan a hacer un desayuno de 20 € cuando yo en realidad solo quiero un café con leche. La camas solo tienen enchufe a un lado, por lo tanto lo representa no puede cargar su móvil ni nada .

Un lugar estupendo, naturaleza , tranquilidad, donde se logra estar tan agosto como en casa .

The staff felt unfriendly from the start. Their attitude was cold and rigid. There was no sense of warmth or welcome. Interactions felt uncomfortable. I couldn’t wait to leave. Booking anything was overly strict. The pool and restaurant required rigid time slots. It didn’t feel like a vacation. It felt controlled instead of relaxing. The rules took away the enjoyment. At the restaurant, I wanted to look around and admire the design, but I was told to stay seated. It felt patronizing and unnecessary, like being treated as a child. I’ve never felt this uncomfortable before. Only at checkout, I was told the pool cost extra. This was never clearly mentioned before, but regardless of this ”misunderstanding”, for a five-star hotel to charge extra for using the pool is very disappointing. It felt cheap and not what you expect at this premium level. The hotel is beautiful and the food was delicious. Unfortunately, the staff ruins the experience, and their attitude overshadows everything else. I recommend to visit it if you're passing by the area, but I wouldn’t recommend sleeping here at all.

Zimmer sind außerordentlich sauber und angenehm. Sämtliche Mitarbeiter sind sehr professionell. Bei meinem Besuch hatte es an nichts gefehlt. Komme sehr gerne wieder!

El hotel no está nada mal, todos los empleados fueron encantadores.  La habitación era amplia y la cama cómoda.

Buenos la habitación que nos tocó tenia vigas de madera en el techo y parecía que esa habitación hacia tiempo no la miraban xq todo el techo está lleno de telarañas al día siguiente lo comentamos y las quitaron adjunto fotos .No sé si en las fotos se ve. Tenía un ventilador pequeñito en el techo al ser el tercer piso pues esa planta última pues la verdad es que se pasa calor hasta mitad de noche.. Por lo demás todo correcto

Algemeen goed hotel. eerder verouderd aan het worden en geen airco op de kamers. Service en hulp was goed en vriendelijk. Doordat we op een morgen vroeg voor het ontbijt al kozen om een trektocht te starten kregen we in de plaats een lunchpakket mee. Tof dat ze dit voorstelden. Eten ter plaatse 's avonds was minder waardoor we eerder kozen om in het stadje in de buurt te eten. Ontbijt was echter wel verzorgd en uitgebreid. Zwembad erbij is niet verwarmd maar dat deed ook wel deugd na een hele dag wandelen.
