フロントでチェックインしたおじさんは平均的な態度で、いつも顔を向けていました!また、非常に筋肉質で、さまざまな問題があります。メッセージは完全な郵便番号を書く必要があります。自宅の住所と部屋番号は漏れてはいけません。特に嫌です!誰もがポイントを報告するために来なければなりません。それはより多くの人が滞在するのを恐れているようです!効率は非常に遅いです!スリッパなしでバスアメニティを時間内に充填しないのは不便です

とても素敵な場所

Love the hot jacuzzi and pool. Location wise is about 30mins walk to 'town' and attractions, 8mins to train station. Nearest restaurant is about 8-10mins walk. Everything was good, including my second night, the table lamp suddenly light up in the middle of the night around 1am. I called reception and the girl said technician needed an hour to come. However she came up to check and mange to off it after few attempts. I was not comfortable to stay in same room, she was kind to let me sleep in another room. Although I couldn't sleep well because of the incident, I still appreciate it. However when I check out the next morning, I expressed I wanted to feedback about the incident, the receptionist (a different lady) was very defensive and her attitude made me felt I was trying to creat problem. She said in harsh way that there is no *****, nothing happened before. In the first hand, I never say that there is *****, I just said I want to feedback about the light and I didn't get good sleep. The buffet breakfast and dinner are good. Overall I am happy with the hotel, except the final encounter with the receptionist during check out.

環境も良く、立地も良く、アトラクションに近い。サービススタッフの態度もとても良いです。

この城は特に古い城で、屋外スイミングプールが2つあり、夕食と朝食は特に美味しく、毎回驚きを提供することができます。
