房間很大 設施有點舊，店裡早餐很一般，但是員工的服務都很好。定房間很大。看海房不錯。 走下去海灘幾分鐘就到了 luwuk sea food 非常好吃 海邊還有夜市我們沒吃。 Luwuk海邊的水就很清澈kio. 5海灘酒店有幾分鐘就到了。樓上餐廳的飲料很好喝 出餐口味一般。 離機場也很近15分鐘車程

I stayed here for a business trip and had such a pleasant experience. I was lucky to get a sea-view room and the scenery was absolutely gorgeous. The room was clean, the facilities were complete, and everything felt very comfortable. What I appreciated the most was the service. Every staff member was genuinely warm and helpful. Even when I accidentally got spicy soup in my eye, they responded quickly and took great care of me. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

I had a very pleasant stay at Swiss-Belhotel Luwuk as a solo traveller. The receptionists were warm and welcoming, which instantly made me feel comfortable. The room was clean and well-maintained, and housekeeping did a great job cleaning the room every time I went out. i also tried the hotel spa and it was amazing. the massage therapist, Nonie, has great skills and the massage was truly relaxing. Overall, the hotel has a cozy and calming atmosphere, perfect for rest after exploring Luwuk. If I ever return to Luwuk, I will definitely stay at Swiss-Belhotel again.

今回の旅行は出張で、ホテルの部屋は短期出張には十分快適でした。新しいホテルで、早朝便に乗ったため朝食は取りませんでした。全体的に清潔で設備も新しく、滞在するには良い場所でした。

Best Western plus coco palu terletak di tengah kota. Meskipun begitu suasana tenang tetap terjaga. Di lobi hotel ada yang unik yaitu kolam ikan di depan sofa. Kamarnya bagus bersih. Ada kolam renang dan sauna serta gym. Makanan cukup banyak variasinya. Ada menu kue tradisional yang enak hingga bubur manado. AC sangat dingin water Heater juga berfungsi baik. TV banyak channel yng tersedia. Ada kursi dan meja di kamar untuk bersantai. Tersedia teko untuk membuat kopi dan teh. Sungguh menyenangkan bisa mencoba hotel ini.

Coffee, thea, sugar and water cooker free available in the room. Beautiful panoramic location of lake Poso. Good Asian breakfast with rice, noodles, meat, fish, vegetables, tofu, fruit and even white bread with jam.
