I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a very positive experience, rating it 4 out of 5 stars. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and helpful, making check-in quick and easy. The room was clean, well-presented, and comfortable, with all the basic amenities you would expect for a relaxing stay. The bed was particularly comfortable, and I had no trouble getting a good night’s sleep. The hotel’s location was convenient, with easy access to nearby shops, restaurants, and transport options. I also appreciated the facilities available, which added to the overall comfort and enjoyment of my stay. While most aspects were great, there were a few minor areas that could be improved, such as slightly slow service at times and small maintenance details that could be addressed. Overall, the hotel provides good value for money and delivers a comfortable and enjoyable experience. It strikes a nice balance between quality and affordability, making it a solid choice for both short and longer stays. I stayed here for a business trip and had such a pleasant experience. I was lucky to get a sea-view room and the scenery was absolutely gorgeous. The room was clean, the facilities were complete, and everything felt very comfortable. What I appreciated the most was the service. Every staff member was genuinely warm and helpful. Even when I accidentally got spicy soup in my eye, they responded quickly and took great care of me. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

what can I say about this hotel... the first one, there is very polite reception, they can give you good advice and show the best rooms they have to choose. the second one, really pretty sweeming pool inside, it's looks no so big, but it has a very nice view to the sea and warm water, where you can relax and enjoy the surroundings. the third, what I really enjoy....full inclusive barbecue dinners only for 7 usd, the waiters looking for you and try to help you with everything they come to you to ask and suggest the best dishes or just bring fruits or juice. It's the place where the staff really try to take care of you. after long trip, I really enjoyed the place and got energy for the future steps in my trip to sulawesi Island.

ベストウェスタン プラス ココパルは市内中心部に位置しながらも、落ち着いた雰囲気が保たれています。ロビーには、ソファの前にユニークな池があります。客室は清潔で設備も整っており、プール、サウナ、ジムも完備されています。食事も、美味しい伝統的なケーキからマナド風のお粥まで、種類豊富です。エアコンは冷房が効き、給湯器も問題なく作動します。テレビは様々なチャンネルに対応しています。客室には椅子とテーブルが用意されており、ゆったりとくつろげます。コーヒーや紅茶を淹れるためのケトルも用意されています。このホテルに泊まって本当に良かったです。

Very helpful people who will be eager to help you with local transportation to the waterfall, beach and other destinations in Sulawesi. Coffee, thea, sugar and water cooker free available in the room. Beautiful panoramic location of lake Poso. Good Asian breakfast with rice, noodles, meat, fish, vegetables, tofu, fruit and even white bread with jam.
