Had a wonderful stay for 6 nights. We got upgraded to room with backwaters view. Thanks to the staff who were always welcoming with smile. Buffet was good with widespread options. Their Bangalore dosa and cheese omelette are a must try. Also their inhouse restaurant Meen by Chef pillai must not be missed. Tried their signature dishes suggested by the staff and it was finger licking good.

This establishment is very convenient to the airport. They also provide a free shuttle service. The room was big and comfortable although the choice of tv channels was restrictive. Particularly the international ones. Staff were attentive. Slight drawback. The hotel does not have a bar nor does it serve any alcohol.

I stayed at the hotel for 7 nights and they made my stay very comfortable. Good location, cleanliness, food and service. Jithin from the F&B team at the restaurant always had high energy and was willing to support in any way he could. Renjitha and Shyla from the hotel team were keen listeners and understood the requirements that we had for a workshop we were conducting, and co-worked with the Banquets and Service Teams, as well as the Chefs, to deliver a wonderful experience. Even during check-in, the staff member at the reception, Anoop, understood my request for a quiet room and gave me a room that was comfortable for me. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Ginger has become my regular hotel when I go to Kochi. The location is great at Kalamassery. The front desk staff and the staff at the restaurant are very helpful and customer friendly. The housekeeping could improve . Unless we specify the rooms are not cleaned daily. Sometimes even after a request the rooms are not done . I’m sure that’s something that can be rectified.

The entire experience was a memorable one. We reached early morning as we had to visit the temple. The staff was courteous enough to provide us the spa area to freshen up. Once we checked in, we were welcomed by anniversary decor and cake which was well appreciated. The best part of the entire stay was the view from the room where we could see the entire island with ships passing by, first of its kind experience for us. The evening cruise was well arranged. All in all, an experience that will be in our memories for a long long time.

The check-in experience with one of the staff members called as Mr.Jinu was extremely unpleasant. He asked whether I wanted to do advance or full payment to which I replied that I would prefer doing that during checkout as I would order food and other services and would pay combined for that. And the same is followed by many other hotels including 4 star hotels in the city. Even though this was a corporate booking done via Yatra for business, the staff person didn't know that and was asking for amount higher than what was mentioned on the tax invoice hotel voucher. He had to call another staff to recheck the amount and finally admitted that the amount on the hotel voucher with me was correct. After this the staff person suddenly changed and insisted that I pay the full payment only. The treatment I received was as if I would run away without payment. He kept on repeating - ”it's hotel rule”. Upon asking where the hotel rule is written or documented in your hotel policy, he had no answer and suddenly insisted that I cancel the booking. I was appalled at this kind of behaviour and treatment by a staff who works in a hospitality industry who treats customer in a hostile manner. Please do your research about the rules here. If anything is declared as a ”rule” or a policy, do ask for proof of its document. When I insisted on calling the manager, the manager said I could do payment in parts which was fine. But staff people treating people like theives is NOT OKAY. If hotel people are reading this review, kindly check the recording of the camera at your reception. Treating people like thieves when you are in hospitality industry is not at all okay. Hotel people should really pay attention to the reviews on Google page regarding treatment by staff. The lowest rating for this hotel have been mostly given for staff behaviour. They should train the staff to be more professional.

My family had a pleasant stay. My room was upgraded to deluxe room and top floor. The breakfast served was delicious. They had a great ambience. It is situated in the center of city with all many attraction very nearby. We have a small babu he was given special treatment

I had great stay here and was very much impressed by the neatness and location advantages. The staffs where very polite and the total ambience of the room was top class. Highly recommend for family and couples.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with every corner of the hotel well-maintained and spotless. The location was perfect, offering easy access to nearby attractions and conveniences. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

The location was excellent. The rooms are quite OK although would have expected much more cleanliness for a 4 star hotel. The fragrant smell was too strong. I booked hotel for few hours stay although I paid for a day. The main purpose was to take rest and have some sleep before my long flight Unfortunately I couldn't get sleep because of an ongoing renovation work and disturbed my sleep. Although the receptionist agreed to stop the work but it was too late. Rest all is OK. Just check whether they are doing renovation work before you book

The property was clean and had a great view. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The food and amenities were good. This is a good place to stay with family and friends. The property is centrally located and close to the beach. Overall a good experience.
