OVerall a lovely hotel and super nice staff at reception. Rooms are very spacious and nice comfy beds. Slight communication error when we asked for a tuk tuk and he took us to somewhere we hadn't asked & good job I has my google maps to recognise we were headed to wrong place! Pool is lovely for a swim and nice to have complimentary drinks at 430pm too with a little snack, the games area upstairs was fun too but just very hot up there.

從入住到離店的3天，每個時刻都像回到家一般，被‘’親友‘’團隊關照呵護着。前台每個人都很熱情，即使入住當晚有婚禮也不會敷衍了事。早餐豐盛不説，服務的小夥和女孩們各個都英俊美麗，心地善良。自助晚餐也很好吃。泰餐廳（最後幾張照片）的設計實在令我驚艷。然而最驚喜的是保潔團隊！不但精心做到應該做的，更是用心為我準備花和花瓶，還留下温暖的文字。有幾次還聽到他們在工作間的歡笑聲。客服經理，一位美麗的女士也與我一見如故，知道要趕早上的飛機，還在我出發前準備了免費的茶送來。這麼多年的旅行，這次要數極致！高度讚賞管理層的領導力，下次如果再去克欽Kochin一定會再住

こんにちは、私たちは電車でコッタヤムに旅行に連れて行きました。降りるとすぐに。ウィンザー城に自動で乗りました。午前9時30分までにホテルにチェックインする追加の3kbcozを支払ったのは、私たちからの純粋な予約でした。それは巨大な財産です。良い部屋、良い設備、サポートスタッフですが、部屋内の軽食は高すぎます。水瓶も含めて。しかし、入浴用のトイレに取り付けられた椅子は適切に行われていませんでした。私の夫は怪我をしました。スタッフは救急箱をくれましたが、それでも気分が悪かった。ワットが起こったため。休憩室にはいくつかの変更が必要です。全体的にそれは良いホテルでした、食べ物はおいしかったです(2/10、しかし海賊島はとても良いです。それは良い感じを与えます。また、タワフライはあまりにも良いです。それは私が楽しんだ唯一の食べ物でした。ランドラインサービスが適切に機能していませんでした。窓の景色、夕日ポイント、すべてが良い感じを与えました。

I was weary about booking as the website photos looked quite tired. All of the photos are really old - it was an amazing stay and so much better than I expected. I enjoyed the complementary pottery making and the tea cart in the afternoons. The food à la carte was absolutely delicious. I avoided the buffet a bit as I do in all hotels. The pool is clean and there is excellent service, with staff helping you with towels, umbrellas, and drinks. The rooms are really pretty. Good air con. The gym is good and has air con although the air con is not as powerful as in the bedrooms. The gym has two treadmills, a static bike, basic leg press, weight rack and bench, and some of the arm/shoulder machines too. There were only a few downsides. 1) The beach that it backs onto is actually quite gross (there was nappy in the sand and gunk that looked like sewage), but it’s easy to avoid this. 2) The beach has a real drop from the sand into sea so it’s not very safe to swim in unless you want to be smacked against the bank. These two things don’t matter though as the hotel is lovely and there is enough to do that you don’t need to go on the beach. 3) I booked 2 nights in one booking and 1 night in another booking. I asked when I booked the single, third night, whether I can keep the same room. They said they’d let me know at check in.  They didn’t let me know at check in. They said they’d tell me on the second day in the day, but nothing. I kept asking at reception and I called them on the phone twice, and they kept saying they’d call me back. It was 9.30pm on the night before I’d have to move rooms before they told me I could stay. I’m not really sure why it took so long or they messed me around on this as 3 of my exact rooms were available on the website for those nights, so by that logic it would not have been a problem!

The hotel is in prime location and service is very good , breakfast and cleanliness is also good

Nice experience, good room facilities, very tasty breakfast. Easy access-able at the center of town. Car parking is large. Beautiful swimming pool with nice ambiance. Nice service. Need more bathroom matetials for a family.

比類のないスタッフ!誰もが快適で親切でした。アクティビティやレクリエーションスペースがたくさんあるので、子供連れの家族に最適です。スタッフは掃除を上手く行っていますが、湿度はかび臭い匂いをします。おそらくホテルが対処できるもの。空港の送迎は無料である必要があります(ただしそうではありません)。私たちは歓迎のスタッフと雰囲気のために戻ってきます。

I have seen the property from outside..property is good. not so new but well maintained. location is good MG road near mall ,shops etc food is really good. I had complimentary break fast as well as dinner .. breakfast has too many items . if you take 1 item for taste , then you are done. I preferred only veg on friday. you have non veg items too...
