great hospitality and wonderful hotel,would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the city

The Hotel was a positive experience for me and my family. I lived the suite offered for 3 people. Separated areas and 2 bathrooms to accommodate better, if you come with more than one child. Good for enjoy, but not so much if you want to eat there… Chefs looks like only apprentices working there, and not everything is on the menu. The staff was 50/50 nice, the two small incidents that we had, One was mostly with a young male receptionist that works during the day until the evening time, one time I forgot my keycard and I went nicely to him to ask for another one, and well, he gave me the keycard without not even looking me to my face, or saying something to me, but instead he kept talking with his co-worker, he didn’t even gave me some eye contact! Just extended the card and give it to me…which for me was a gesture of bad attitude without me knowing why he was having a contemptuous treatment against a female guest of the hotel! Lol it was a little irrespective in my opinion. The funny second incident was that we called early like afternoon time at the reception for 2 toothbrushes… well, at midnight when we were sleeping, someone knocked on the door bringing the toothbrushes that we had to get by our own, cuz it took hours for the hotel service to deliver them at the door at time!! So We decided to buy them in the nearest pharmacy from the hotel. But it was just testing the service to see How long would they take to get the damn toothbrushes at time?? Lol Lol Anyway… But don’t worry, I would come back and enjoy the hotel still… I think, That the admin should train better their staff to provide more highly customer service for all guests 👍🏼 My son was very happy enjoying the pool and the jacuzzi. Fine, Anything for my boy :)

Teníamos una competencia internacional en el estadio que queda a 5 min caminando, así que la ubicación fue perfecta para ese torneo. El Poblado queda a 20 min en taxi. Las habitaciones estaban pequeñas pero limpias y la cama genial, ya que es firme, y es muy buena para la espalda. Los desayunos lamentablemente muy repetitivos y faltaba fruta más a menudo.

長所:素晴らしいソーシャルホステル。イベントは、ほとんどの日(ダンスクラス、サッカーゲーム、カクテル作り)に開催されます。屋上で行われる大きな音楽とパーティーは騒がしい(そして楽しい)ですが、部屋(私たちは5階の3階にいました)では聞こえませんでした。おいしい料理のオプションと地下鉄から徒歩10分の絶好のロケーション。階下には、小さな便利なキッチン付きの快適な座席と良い共同作業エリアがありました。 欠点:ベッドシーツはきれいではなく、ベッドには小さなバグがたくさんありました。バグでいっぱいのベッドに入るのは非常に不快です。部屋の他のベッドの場合のようには見えなかったので、大きな問題ではないかもしれません。多分私たちは運が悪かったでしょう。

Un buen hotel céntrico, pero la tele no funciona, están algo costosos los precio en el restaurante, llegue antes de la hora ami hotel y aun con reserva no me dejaron entrar 2 horas antes de mi check in , algo grosera una señora de ahí que te atiende en recepcion, limpieza 10/10 me dieron una recamara más pequeña de la que reserve

環境は良く、ホテルは清潔で、フロントデスクの英語はとても良く、朝食はとても豊富です。唯一の問題は、ホテルが毎日水を供給していないことです。

Excellent would Stay again Good breakfast Nice rooms Close to the town

便利なロケーション、フレンドリーなスタッフ、おいしい朝食、全体的にお勧めします。

The hotel was cute and very efficient. The food is great. I like it there. Will come back again if given a chance.
