これはこの施設での2回目の滞在です。私は最初の滞在を本当に楽しんだが、これは私が1週間以上予約できる場所かもしれない。
前回ダブルルームを予約し、今回はシングルルームを予約しましたが、戻りません。
シングルルームはダブルルームよりもはるかに小さく、前回と同じ価格を支払ったので、これのお金の価値はそれほど大きくありませんでした。
眺めは素晴らしく、設備も良く、ACはなく、部屋で暑くなります。まともな朝食とフレンドリーなスタッフ。
最後の2泊で私にとって大きな問題は、通りの下のクラブが音楽を演奏するので、ベースが10階上に感じることができ、これは午前4時まで続きました. これは月曜日と火曜日の夜でした!
音楽で窓を開けられないほど暑い部屋、ファンがいっぱい、テレビの白い騒音がいっぱいで、耳栓が私が探しているものではありません。
バーがそのまま続けば戻れませんでした。以前の滞在は問題なく、最初の5泊は問題ありませんでしたが、これは私にとって大きな問題です。考えていた月を予約せず、1週間後に出発してくれてとても感謝しています。
騒音のないダブルルームは、私が戻るのに適した価格です。

Die Lage in Malina/El Poblado ist selbstverständlich für jede Location top. Abgesehen davon hatte ich vom Hotel in dieser Preislage den Eindruck von mehr Schein als Sein. Es ist zwar alles modern eingerichtet und auf elegant gemacht. Insgesamt wirkt alles relativ eng.
Der Pool auf der Dachterrasse z.B. ist sehr eng. Wenn da 10 Leute sind, fängt es an ungemütlich zu werden, es sei denn, man will Party - aber dafür gibt es bessere Hotels.
Das Zimmer war sehr eng, die Ablageflächen waren knapp und es fehlte an Stauraum. Immerhin gab es Warmwasser :-) Es war extrem ringhörig. Man hörte den TV, Musik, Stimmen und Gesang aus den anderen Zimmern. Und im Gang heulte die Belüftung, als würde dauernd jemand mit dem Staubsauger durch die Gänge gehen.

Teníamos una competencia internacional en el estadio que queda a 5 min caminando, así que la ubicación fue perfecta para ese torneo. El Poblado queda a 20 min en taxi. Las habitaciones estaban pequeñas pero limpias y la cama genial, ya que es firme, y es muy buena para la espalda. Los desayunos lamentablemente muy repetitivos y faltaba fruta más a menudo.

Firstly , the staff are great. Really friendly and helpful with anything you may need. I arrived really early and they were able to accommodate an early check-in for me. The facilities are great, calm shared space downstairs, well equipped gym and free laundry. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable.

スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切で、場所は素晴らしく清潔です。欠点は騒音です。特に人がドアをノックして午前3時に大声で会話をしているときに、文字通りすべてを聞くことができます。エアコンは機能しましたが、残念ながら温度を調整せずに冷却するだけで機能しました。

AAna BalcarThe Hotel was a positive experience for me and my family. I lived the suite offered for 3 people. Separated areas and 2 bathrooms to accommodate better, if you come with more than one child. Good for enjoy, but not so much if you want to eat there… Chefs looks like only apprentices working there, and not everything is on the menu. The staff was 50/50 nice, the two small incidents that we had, One was mostly with a young male receptionist that works during the day until the evening time, one time I forgot my keycard and I went nicely to him to ask for another one, and well, he gave me the keycard without not even looking me to my face, or saying something to me, but instead he kept talking with his co-worker, he didn’t even gave me some eye contact! Just extended the card and give it to me…which for me was a gesture of bad attitude without me knowing why he was having a contemptuous treatment against a female guest of the hotel! Lol it was a little irrespective in my opinion. The funny second incident was that we called early like afternoon time at the reception for 2 toothbrushes… well, at midnight when we were sleeping, someone knocked on the door bringing the toothbrushes that we had to get by our own, cuz it took hours for the hotel service to deliver them at the door at time!! So We decided to buy them in the nearest pharmacy from the hotel. But it was just testing the service to see How long would they take to get the damn toothbrushes at time?? Lol Lol Anyway… But don’t worry, I would come back and enjoy the hotel still… I think, That the admin should train better their staff to provide more highly customer service for all guests 👍🏼 My son was very happy enjoying the pool and the jacuzzi. Fine, Anything for my boy :)

ゲゲストThe view from the hotel was amazing and was definitely the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, several issues took away from the overall experience. There is no phone in the room, so every time we needed assistance we had to go up and down three flights of stairs to reception. When we went down to get the Wi-Fi code, the handwritten note was so unclear that we couldn’t connect and eventually gave up trying.
The toilet seat was completely loose, which was very uncomfortable and not ideal at all. We also had no hot water for our shower. Breakfast was extremely limited, with virtually no options available. We travel around the world and have stayed in many different places, and in our opinion this hotel is very overpriced for what it offers. The staff did try to make it up to us the next day, but since we were only staying one night, it didn’t really help. For the price we paid, we were expecting a true 5-star experience.

ゲゲストVery well appointed aparthotel with almost everything needed for a comfortable stay. Checking in was easy. They could not accommodate early check in but held bags until my apartment was ready. Very spacious and clean apartment with kitchenette, living space, bedroom, large bathroom and closet. The bed and pillows were very firm, could have been a little more softer. No cutlery provided in the kitchen. The fridge and kitchen were stocked with mostly paid bar items. The walk in shower only has a rain head attachment and not a handheld device which I did not find convenient. Most of the staff were very nice. The rooftop bar and pool area were cosy. Easy to get an uber to and from the Medellin hotspots. Overall, I had a good stay but a few things could be improved for an extra comfortable luxury experience. For the price, it was just okay value considering breakfast was not included.

- Extremely loud, doors and walls are super thin, you can hear everything outside your room. In the first night we had a room directly in the lobby, it was so loud that we asked for a change in rooms. This was gladly accommodated; however, the next room was also loud (although not as much)
- To get in and out of the hotel you need staff sitting at the reception, but during the night you have to ring a bell which is super loud and wakes up the whole hotel
- Some rooms don’t have proper windows

ゲゲスト長所:素晴らしいソーシャルホステル。イベントは、ほとんどの日(ダンスクラス、サッカーゲーム、カクテル作り)に開催されます。屋上で行われる大きな音楽とパーティーは騒がしい(そして楽しい)ですが、部屋(私たちは5階の3階にいました)では聞こえませんでした。おいしい料理のオプションと地下鉄から徒歩10分の絶好のロケーション。階下には、小さな便利なキッチン付きの快適な座席と良い共同作業エリアがありました。
欠点:ベッドシーツはきれいではなく、ベッドには小さなバグがたくさんありました。バグでいっぱいのベッドに入るのは非常に不快です。部屋の他のベッドの場合のようには見えなかったので、大きな問題ではないかもしれません。多分私たちは運が悪かったでしょう。
