ゲゲストExcelente hotel , gran ubicación , hay supermercados , restaurantes etc cerca .
El hotel es limpio , las habitaciones amplias, cómodas , tengo unas vistas excelentes. Además de la piscina que es fenomenal.
No puedo olvidar que el personal desde la recepción, vigilancia y limpieza son muy amables y cordiales .
Perfecto la verdad , lo recomiendo.

ゲゲストThe view from the hotel was amazing and was definitely the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, several issues took away from the overall experience. There is no phone in the room, so every time we needed assistance we had to go up and down three flights of stairs to reception. When we went down to get the Wi-Fi code, the handwritten note was so unclear that we couldn’t connect and eventually gave up trying.
The toilet seat was completely loose, which was very uncomfortable and not ideal at all. We also had no hot water for our shower. Breakfast was extremely limited, with virtually no options available. We travel around the world and have stayed in many different places, and in our opinion this hotel is very overpriced for what it offers. The staff did try to make it up to us the next day, but since we were only staying one night, it didn’t really help. For the price we paid, we were expecting a true 5-star experience.

ゲゲストVery well appointed aparthotel with almost everything needed for a comfortable stay. Checking in was easy. They could not accommodate early check in but held bags until my apartment was ready. Very spacious and clean apartment with kitchenette, living space, bedroom, large bathroom and closet. The bed and pillows were very firm, could have been a little more softer. No cutlery provided in the kitchen. The fridge and kitchen were stocked with mostly paid bar items. The walk in shower only has a rain head attachment and not a handheld device which I did not find convenient. Most of the staff were very nice. The rooftop bar and pool area were cosy. Easy to get an uber to and from the Medellin hotspots. Overall, I had a good stay but a few things could be improved for an extra comfortable luxury experience. For the price, it was just okay value considering breakfast was not included.

ゲゲストサービスは温かくて効率的で、すぐにチェックインしてから部屋に案内し、部屋のすべてがどのように機能するかを時間をかけて説明してくれました。近くの活気あるエリアを探索したいのであれば、場所は素晴らしいので、それは私にとって大きなプラスでした。公共交通機関も近いので、総合的にはとても便利な場所にあると思います。早く寝たい場合は屋上バーに注意してください。本当によく眠りたい場合は、低層階の部屋をリクエストすることをお勧めします。

匿匿名ユーザーDas Hotel ist neu. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und sehr komfortabel. Die Ausstattung ist bescheiden: Balkon aber keine Stühle. Einbauelement für Minibar aber kein Schrank. Tisch für Laptop aber kein Stuhl/Hocker. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist minimal und nicht sehr lecker. Die Angestellten sind alle jung und ständig am Handy. Ausnahme Miguel vom Café, er macht einen tollen Job. Die anderen sind geistig abwesend.

The food at the breakfast wasn’t fresh except fruits.
The gym and spa was incomplete.
You have to pay for the coffee at the breakfast
The worse part was very very loud music at the bar next to the lobby. It didn’t feel home at all. We changed our hotel for the rest of our holiday in Medellin.
The good part was the cleaness. It was 5 of 5!
The design of the room itself was nice.
It had friendly staff as well.

- Extremely loud, doors and walls are super thin, you can hear everything outside your room. In the first night we had a room directly in the lobby, it was so loud that we asked for a change in rooms. This was gladly accommodated; however, the next room was also loud (although not as much)
- To get in and out of the hotel you need staff sitting at the reception, but during the night you have to ring a bell which is super loud and wakes up the whole hotel
- Some rooms don’t have proper windows

ゲゲストエル ポブラドにある美しい新しいホテル。プロベンサの喧騒からタクシーですぐです。3 階にはハイドロセラピー プールと赤外線サウナがあり、素晴らしいです。リスニング ルームとヨガ ルームもあります。
スタッフはとても丁寧で、本当に温かい人でした。テイクアウトできるノンアルコール飲料とアルコール飲料の質は高かったです。
コーヒーは最高でした。
朝食のオプションは完璧です。冷たいスクランブル エッグや朝食ビュッフェで食べ過ぎてしまう心配はありません。
シャクシューカとベニーの両方を楽しみました。
洗濯もしてもらい、翌日までに仕上げると言われましたが、当日中に仕上げられました。
絶対にここに泊まります!!
