The Sanctuary Villa Battambang truly lives up to its name — a peaceful escape surrounded by nature. 🌿 The ambiance was relaxing and perfect for a restful getaway. We loved the cozy villa design and calm atmosphere throughout the property. What made the stay special was the amazing service. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. 😊 The pool and garden area were perfect for unwinding, and we felt completely recharged after our stay. This is definitely a place we’d love to return to for some quiet downtime. Highly recommended if you’re looking for comfort and tranquility.

We had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing, friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed, which made a big difference to our experience. The hotel itself is modern and very clean, with well-maintained rooms. A standout feature was the full-size fridge freezer in the room, which was a great addition and something you don’t often find, it made a longer stay much more convenient. Breakfast offered a great variety, with a good mix of Asian and Western options, so there was something for everyone each morning. There were just a couple of small downsides. The pool water was a bit murky during our stay, which took away slightly from the experience. Also, the bathroom could be improved with somewhere to hang towels, as this was a bit inconvenient. Overall, a comfortable and well-run hotel with excellent staff, just a few minor improvements would make it even better.

さて、私たちは戻ってくると言ってから始めます!私たちはプノンペンでCNDセミ/引退しています。大都市の喧騒から休憩が必要で、このリゾートを試してみました。私たちは、私たちの世話をしてくれた、彼女の名前を逃した、最も甘くて親切な若い女性で迎えられました。プールエリアとレストランを通り過ぎて湖畔のキャビンに歩いていくと、これが私たちが必要としていたことを知っていました。ゴージャスで、清潔で、フレンドリーで、庭師はそれをすべてきれいに保つのに忙しいですが、常に慎重です。それは完璧だった!脱出場所を見つけてとても嬉しいです!部屋 4 湖畔はとてもプライベートで、池の端にあるデッキにはユリが咲いています。ロマンチックな映画のシーンのように。美しい休暇をしてくれたレセプションのスタッフとレストランのスタッフに感謝します。これ以上要求することはできませんでした。ああ、そして食べ物!!トップノッチ。

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The swimming pool was clean, beautiful, and very relaxing perfect for enjoying the day. The restaurant was excellent, with delicious food and a great atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was well organized and made our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back again.

The Ramchang Guest House... is a bit of a way outside the ”city.” Battambang feels like a large, overgrown village. The hotel itself reminded me of country guest houses in Mexico. The hotel is in the midst of rice-paddies. Easy to get to the town by TukTuk. The room was not large, but was comfortable. AC worked well. Comfortable beds, with good linens. The dining room serves delicious and affordable meals. They have a good laundry service. The sweet lady even ironed my clothes. (I haven't had an ironed shirt in over 20 years!) There is a swimming pool in the lush, tropical garden. Frangipani flowers under foot scented our meanders through the garden. Over-all a great place. Note: Very little English spoken.

センハウトホテルは大幅に拡張され、現在は2つの建物があります。多くの部屋の窓に沿って屋外通路があり、これらの窓の中には完全に閉じたりロックしたりすることができないものもありますが、滞在中に実際の安全事故はありませんでした。アメニティと清潔さは最小限ですが、機能的です。トイレットペーパーの補充や追加の毛布などの簡単な要求に多少苦労している(毛布はベッドよりも小さいので、ダブルベッドで共有するのは難しいかもしれませんが、追加は利用できません)。それにもかかわらず、価格の機能的で快適な滞在。

This was a very pleasant stay, it's a well maintained guest house with large spacious rooms. The staff were helpful and sold water by the reception. It is located well in the town with plenty of access to cafes and restaurants. The pool is situated a short walk from the guest house which is a very lovely space to hang out and cool off. The bathroom functioned well with a good shower, however there was some mould on the ceiling. The room had yellow curtains which did allow for a fair amount of light through in the morning which some may find disturbing. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The room is beautiful but I don't love the tiles. I wish they installed a ceiling fan at the balcony. Bathroom tiles are a bit tired. I don't like how they put the shower gel etc in a bottle. I wish they provided slippers as the room floor is fully tiled, not wooden flooring. The room also doesn't have phone, so for sny request, you have to go down. The staff were great, spoke good English and they recommended a great tuktuk driver and booked our bus ticket to Siem Reap. The hotel did not charge extra for the services.

夕方7時にバッタンバンに到着し、白いバラの夕食を楽しんだ後、ホテルに直接歩いた。ホテルの入り口の通路は「かなり特別」と表現することができます。ぶら下がっている装飾的なストリップは、アメリカのホラーストーリーの感覚を持っています。かっこいい蛍光灯の色であるフロントに足を踏み入れてください。ウェイターとウェイターの笑顔が「人肉焼包」のような気持ちになり、急いで部屋に入った。部屋の面積は本当に大きかった。空の部屋の真ん中にベッドがありました。四方に窓のある部屋は、すべてをチェックせざるを得ません。窓、ベッドの底さえ...それから私達二人はそれを打ち、ホテルを直接変えることに決めました！ ！ ！この少しのお金を喜んで使う観光客は他のホテルを選ぶことをお勧めします...

The kids had a blast in the swimming pool while we relaxed nearby. Having the restaurant on-site was so convenient. The meals were authentic and tasty, and it was great to enjoy dinner without having to drive anywhere. The peaceful atmosphere was exactly what we needed. A perfect getaway!”
