Not centrally located but then you will be out of the chaos. Breakfast needs some improvement as it is not in line with a 4* hotel.

The Sanctuary Villa Battambang truly lives up to its name — a peaceful escape surrounded by nature. 🌿 The ambiance was relaxing and perfect for a restful getaway. We loved the cozy villa design and calm atmosphere throughout the property. What made the stay special was the amazing service. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. 😊 The pool and garden area were perfect for unwinding, and we felt completely recharged after our stay. This is definitely a place we’d love to return to for some quiet downtime. Highly recommended if you’re looking for comfort and tranquility.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The swimming pool was clean, beautiful, and very relaxing perfect for enjoying the day. The restaurant was excellent, with delicious food and a great atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was well organized and made our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back again.

我是連住二晚，酒店重新裝修，傢俱保留因為當初所用木頭非常好，酒店泳池漂亮，離中央市場不遠，租機車要過橋大概走15分鐘可到 行程安排：D1：騎自行車逛中央市場～白玫瑰餐廳甜品比正餐好吃～馬德望博物館 D2：租機車：埃克寺：城南10公里是著名的古蹟～玩竹火車（5刀/人）～下午6點到農沙帕山看日落（Phnom Sampeau）～6點半看蝙蝠洞Bat Cave Phnom Sampov（就在農沙帕山下）竹火車全程來回10公里，中間還會穿過一般公路，非常有趣，值得嘗試 D3：酒店泳池游泳

Good location. Walkable to the lake and some french bars.

The room is beautiful but I don't love the tiles. I wish they installed a ceiling fan at the balcony. Bathroom tiles are a bit tired. I don't like how they put the shower gel etc in a bottle. I wish they provided slippers as the room floor is fully tiled, not wooden flooring. The room also doesn't have phone, so for sny request, you have to go down. The staff were great, spoke good English and they recommended a great tuktuk driver and booked our bus ticket to Siem Reap. The hotel did not charge extra for the services.

The meals were authentic and tasty, and it was great to enjoy dinner without having to drive anywhere. The peaceful atmosphere was exactly what we needed. A perfect getaway!”
