Room is cozy and central. Guarded by security and all in the peace nature. Beautiful and amazing!

スタッフの皆様がいつも笑顔で大変親切に色々とサポートして頂きました。チックアウトする時に２ヶ月前に済ませているのに支払いが、「支払われていない」と言う問題が発生しましたが、Theresaさんが辛抱強く色々と対処して頂き無事解決して頂きました。本当にありがとうございました。大変良い滞在となりました。

Nice and clean room for a one night stay. Close to attractions and feel safe.

Great place for an overnight stay in Windhoek. The room was lovely and the food in the restaurant was quite good. Reception was very helpful and helped us book a 4am airport transfer to meet our 7am flight. They also prepared a travel breakfast pack for us. A very comfortable and easy stay here.

All in all, it's a good place for a day or two. Location is not too far from everything of interest, security is good. They have a pool and sell beers when shops are closed. AC and fridge worked perfectly well. No issues with hot water as well. Staff was great. My only complaint is the twin bed in a room marked as a double - even though it was clearly stated that there are twin beds, a double should have a double bed. My sleep was not too comfy in a setup with two small beds posing as one king/queen one. But overall I had a pleasant stay. Can recommend.

Loved staying here. The hotel has been newly renovated. The pool area is delightful , the gym is well equipped, the rooms are spacious, and breakfast is excellent. Now is my preferred choice when visiting Windhoek

Standard facility. Great location. Near to the international airport road. Breakfast was disappointing. Not advisable to include breakfast when booking. Otherwise, all other facilities were okay.

これは私がナミビアに滞在した最初のホテルです。ウィントフックのダウンタウンにあります。にぎやかな通りではありませんが、国立博物館やルーテル福音教会からそう遠くありません。外出する方が便利です。ホテルは小さいですが、無料駐車スペースがあります。ホテルの家はバンガローで、部屋は中程度で、大きなベッドがあり、家具はシンプルですが実用的で、バスルームにはシャワー設備があります。ホテルのスタッフは親切で気配りがあり、部屋のさまざまな施設と朝食のサービス時間を辛抱強く説明します。フロントのホステスが、空港の外貨両替所でパスポートを紛失したことを知り、すぐに空港に連絡してパスポートを見つけてくれたことを心温まることにしました。本当に失われた場合、それは次の旅行に多くの問題を引き起こすでしょう。フロントデスクのホステスに再び感謝します、神はあなたを祝福します!
