The hotel was amazing! The room as very clean and with great space! Breakfast was good but not amazing as well as the spa area. The only bad thing was the bathroom as every time we had a shower, it would create a pool inside the bathroom! We had to put the towels on the floor to avoid the water to spread to the room and we had to call the housekeeping 3 times to clean all the water.

The whole experience of staying in this hotel was very good. All staff is incredibly nice and helpful. The room was nice and clean and had a small balcony with ocean view which we liked. The gardens of the hotel make the surroundings even nicer. The indoors swimming pool experience was very good, especially after a few hours drive. We watched the football match from the roof top bar, which had amazing views and a really cool vibe. The breakfast was delicious and probably one of the best ones of our whole road trip, a lot of variety and all very tasty.
We definitely enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it, either if you are just passing by or to stay for a few days, quality value is really worth it.

Elegant hotel with villa type rooms. Helpful staff, nice breakfast, on site parking. Comfortable beds. 20 minutes drive from Comporta. Rooms on the small side. Can rent e-bikes from the hotel.

Apesar de não ser o hotel mais recente, a sua localização privilegiada faz toda a diferença. Grande parte do hotel tem vistas fantásticas para o mar. O nosso quarto era um desses e tinha uma simpática varanda. Excelente piscina interior e banho turco. Gostámos também bastante do pequeno almoço, muito completo e variado.

NNylsa De Brito”Heerlijk verblijf in Crowne Plaza Caparica Lisbon”
Wij hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf in Crowne Plaza Caparica. Het hotel is modern, schoon en sfeervol ingericht. De kamers zijn ruim, comfortabel en goed uitgerust, ideaal om tot rust te komen na een dagje strand of een uitstapje naar Lissabon.
Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, altijd met een glimlach en bereid om mee te denken. Voor gezinnen is dit hotel een echte aanrader: de kidsclub is geweldig! Onze dochter voelde zich er helemaal thuis dankzij de lieve en enthousiaste juffen die met veel aandacht en plezier activiteiten organiseerden. Ook het zwembad en de kinderspeelruimte waren een groot succes.
Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en lekker, met veel keuze en verse producten. Elke ochtend was het weer een goede start van de dag.
Het strand ligt niet direct op loopafstand, maar er rijdt een handige shuttlebus vanuit het hotel waardoor je er toch makkelijk en snel kunt komen.
Kortom: een fantastisch hotel waar gastvrijheid, comfort en kindvriendelijkheid voorop staan. Wij hebben een topvakantie gehad en komen zeker nog eens terug naar Crowne Plaza Caparica!

What really made our stay special was the people. The staff here are seriously amazing; genuinely friendly, warm, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and looked after. I need to give a massive thank you to everyone:
Front Desk Crew: You guys were superstars, always helpful and smiling. Seriously, everyone we met was lovely.
The Drivers: So helpful getting us to the beach and shops. Thank you for the restaurant recommendations and happy conversations. My son and daughter really loved you guys.
Kitchen and Restaurant Team:The food was great, and the hospitality was top-notch.
It felt like everyone, no matter their role, was happy to help with anything we needed. Need info? Done. Extra towels? Here you are. Special kid meal delivered in the night? No problem. Just a friendly chat? Absolutely!
Plus, the amenities are awesome!We tried to take advantage of as much as we could (that pool! the grounds! the beach nearby!), and it was all super easy to access.
Honestly, it was just a really smooth, fun, and welcoming experience from start to finish. Big thumbs up from the whole family, especially the kids! We'll definitely be back when we're next near Lisbon. Highly recommend!👍

オフシーズンの滞在は2月だと気づいたのですが、ルームサービスがあるかどうか聞いてみましたが、ノーと言われましたが、広告を出していますか??
したがって、朝食と夕食だけでなく、昼と夜にコーヒー/ホットドリンクマシンが合理的な時間に利用可能であれば、非常に歓迎されます
それが不可能だったら、1泊70ポンドで、ミルク、紅茶、コーヒーを喜んで提供してくれたので、部屋に小さな旅行ケトルを用意してくれたと思いますが、こんにちは

AAugusto H.A localização do apartamento é perfeita, em frente ao mar, com acesso direto à praia e à piscina, ideal para uns dias de descanso. No entanto, os serviços deixam muito a desejar. O apartamento não dispõe de qualquer tipo de amenities, como, garrafa de água, café ou outros produtos habitualmente disponibilizados em alojamentos 4 estrelas.
Apesar de ter uma máquina de café e uma máquina de lavar loiça, não havia sequer uma cápsula de café ou detergente para a loiça. Também não existia um escorredor para secar a loiça lavada à mão. Solicitei por duas vezes, tanto por telefone como presencialmente, um par de chinelos e detergente para a máquina, mas nunca chegaram a ser entregues. Cheguei mesmo a deslocar-me à receção (que fica noutra estrutura) durante a noite, onde me garantiram que seriam entregues na manhã seguinte, o que não aconteceu.
Em resumo, o apartamento é amplo e bem localizado, mas a ausência total de serviços e a falta de atenção aos pedidos dos hóspedes tornam a experiência bastante desapontante. Uma pena, pois o espaço tem muito potencial.

MMarta MestreA experiência no Praia do Sal Resort foi excelente. O ambiente é acolhedor, moderno e muito agradável, o restaurante Omaggio é perfeito para desfrutar de uma refeição super agradável para quem gosta de uma boa massa e de uma boa pizza com valores super razoáveis. O atendimento do hotel foi atencioso e simpático, disponibilizaram até o WhatsApp para um atendimento ainda mais próximo dos clientes, sempre prestáveis e com atenção aos detalhes.
Os quartos muito cheirosos e também super acolhedores, destaco também a vista e o espaço envolvente, que tornam esta experiência ainda mais especial. As piscinas exteriores são excelentes para relaxar bem como o espaço todo a volta, que é maravilhoso! O SPA também merece destaque, piscina aquecida, sauna e banho turco são excelente para um dia relaxante. E ainda se preferir ainda mais relaxamento, o atendimento de massagens faz ainda os teus dias de estadia serem mais relaxantes. O pequeno-almoço também é um ponto excelente a referir, tudo super bem confecionado e ambiente super agradável. Este Resort é sem dúvida um excelente para uma escapadinha em casal,uma experiência que recomendo e voltarei a repetir.
