クラウン プラザ カパリカ リスボアのレビュー 最近、クラウン プラザ カパリカ リスボアに宿泊しました。全体的には良い経験でしたが、今後のゲストの滞在をより充実したものにするために改善できる点があると感じました。 良い点: • ロケーション: ホテルは静かな場所にあり、美しい海の景色、鳥のさえずりが聞こえる穏やかな朝、息をのむような夕日を楽しめます。リスボンから車で約 30 分ですが、静かな環境のため、街から離れて休暇を過ごすのに価値があります。 • デザイン: ホテルは美しくデザインされており、豪華な公共エリアと快適な客室があります。私の部屋にはゴルフ コースを見渡す快適なバルコニーがあり、リラックスした雰囲気がさらに増していました。 改善点: • ハウスキーピング: 部屋の清潔さを大幅に改善できます。到着時に、ほこり、髪の毛、汚れたカーペットに気づきましたが、よく見ると明らかでした。バスルームは、特に備品やシールに蓄積したものを取り除くなど、より徹底した清掃が必要です。これらの詳細に対処すると、目に見える違いが生まれます。 • メンテナンス: ちょっとした修理が必要です。たとえば、ドアハンガーの 1 つが壊れていました。シャワーの水圧は十分でしたが、シールをリフレッシュしたほうがよいでしょう。こうした小さな更新により、客室全体の質が向上します。 • アメニティ: ホテルでは毎日 2 本のボトル入り飲料水を提供していますが、1 日だけ提供されなかったことがありました。それについて尋ねたところ、水道水を飲むようにと言われただけで、驚きました。こうしたアメニティに対するより一貫したアプローチが望まれます。 • 朝食の体験: 朝食の品揃えは概ね良かったのですが、ペストリーはもっと質が高くてもいいでしょう。さらに、オムレツ ステーションやハチミツなどの一部のアイテムは、メインの朝食エリアから離れた場所に置かれていました。スタッフがゲストにこれらのステーションについて知らせて、アクセシビリティを向上させると良いでしょう。 • 公共エリアの細部への配慮: ロビー バーのウォーター ディスペンサーは、汚れが蓄積している兆候が見られたため、もっと頻繁に清掃する必要があることにも気付きました。 全体的な推奨事項: クラウン プラザ カパリカ リスボアは、美しい環境、快適な客室、穏やかな雰囲気など、多くの魅力を備えています。ハウスキーピング、メンテナンス、ゲストのニーズへの配慮を改善すれば、本当に思い出に残る体験を提供できる可能性があります。経営陣がこれらの提案を考慮し、ホテルが最大限の可能性を発揮することを願っています。

Just got back from a fantastic stay at the Aroeira Lisbon Hotel - Sea & Golf, and honestly, we had a blast! 😊 What really made our stay special was the people. The staff here are seriously amazing; genuinely friendly, warm, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and looked after. I need to give a massive thank you to everyone: Front Desk Crew: You guys were superstars, always helpful and smiling. Seriously, everyone we met was lovely. The Drivers: So helpful getting us to the beach and shops. Thank you for the restaurant recommendations and happy conversations. My son and daughter really loved you guys. Kitchen and Restaurant Team:The food was great, and the hospitality was top-notch. It felt like everyone, no matter their role, was happy to help with anything we needed. Need info? Done. Extra towels? Here you are. Special kid meal delivered in the night? No problem. Just a friendly chat? Absolutely! Plus, the amenities are awesome!We tried to take advantage of as much as we could (that pool! the grounds! the beach nearby!), and it was all super easy to access. Honestly, it was just a really smooth, fun, and welcoming experience from start to finish. Big thumbs up from the whole family, especially the kids! We'll definitely be back when we're next near Lisbon. Highly recommend!👍 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Drove 600kms from Malaga to stay here whilst doing some business in the locale, which was very quiet, like an ex-workers community... so wasn't anticipating or expecting anything 5* I'm sure they did their best but being told no soap is available, although toiletries are listed as free, and to use the pump dispensers, even when the bidet is too far to operate a pump in situ, and to have suggested to fill a cup with liquid soap first....really?? Both the bidet and bath plug leaked, the extractor fan wasn't operating and also the fridge was missing the door shelf retainers, not helpful!! I realise my off-season stay was in February, but I asked if there was room service but was told no, and yet they advertise it?? therefore it would be very welcoming if the coffea/hot drink machine was available for a reasonable time during the day and evening, not just at breakfast and evening meal If that wasn't possible, then for £70 per night I would have appreciated a small travel kettle in my room, as I was happy to supply milk, tea and coffee, but hey ho Probably wouldn't recommend this place or stay here again, staff looked bored during meal service and honestly couldn't blame them, maybe some music, ever?

A localização do apartamento é perfeita, em frente ao mar, com acesso direto à praia e à piscina, ideal para uns dias de descanso. No entanto, os serviços deixam muito a desejar. O apartamento não dispõe de qualquer tipo de amenities, como, garrafa de água, café ou outros produtos habitualmente disponibilizados em alojamentos 4 estrelas. Apesar de ter uma máquina de café e uma máquina de lavar loiça, não havia sequer uma cápsula de café ou detergente para a loiça. Também não existia um escorredor para secar a loiça lavada à mão. Solicitei por duas vezes, tanto por telefone como presencialmente, um par de chinelos e detergente para a máquina, mas nunca chegaram a ser entregues. Cheguei mesmo a deslocar-me à receção (que fica noutra estrutura) durante a noite, onde me garantiram que seriam entregues na manhã seguinte, o que não aconteceu. Em resumo, o apartamento é amplo e bem localizado, mas a ausência total de serviços e a falta de atenção aos pedidos dos hóspedes tornam a experiência bastante desapontante. Uma pena, pois o espaço tem muito potencial.

Moderne, saubere Zimmer, reichhaltiges Frühstück. Nur mit dem landestypischen Café und Cappuccino habe ich so meine Probleme, schmeckt einfach nur bitter. Großzügiger Spa mit Schwimmbad, Whirlpool, Sauna und Dampfbad im Keller, Tiefgarage inklusive, beste Zimmerdusche ever mit herrlichem Rainshower, den man auch Waterfall nennen könnte, dazu feinste Frottee-Handtücher. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr schöner, ruhiger Strand mit Duschen mit Auto gut zu erreichen. Ohne Auto etwas  beschwerlich einige 100 Meter und mit Stufen abwärts. Fazit: absolut empfehlenswert 100%

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere which is great if you are looking for peace and quiet but sadly a long way from the nearest restaurant.  The 3 bed villa was nicely decorated but the gardens were a mess and full of weeds and long grass.  The villa smelt damp and unlived in.   I was told before I booked it that there was a washing machine but was told on arrival I could not use it as it was the owners.  I would not have booked had I known this   

The hotel is very comfortable and nice, give a resort feel! But it’s a bit rundown, for example the back of the building looking towards the pool could use a paint because it looks old and needing it badly! I also requested an iron and there isn’t one neither in the rooms not in the whole hotel! The rest is great! Indoors pool and sauna, room looks like 80s but comfortable, views and birds around are great, next to the beach. Breakfast was good
