A newly opened hotel perched high on the hill — just 4 or 5 months old — where you can proudly say you were among its very first guests. Communication can be quite a challenge here, but the lovely lady at the front desk makes everything easier with her kindness and warm smile. She’s truly a gem. Not to forget the resourceful concierge lady as well. So sorry I never got your name! On the less pleasant side — I was charged for something I didn’t have. The hotel insists they didn’t, but my credit card statement clearly says otherwise. Hopefully, my money is being put to good use somewhere! :) Now, if you’re seeking an unforgettable experience — of the not-so-relaxing kind — head to the front desk and look for the younger guy with curly hair. If he tells you, “I got you a good room,” don’t believe it. And if it gets noisy outside and you can hear people talking, just close the window… except it’s already closed! :) Should you dare to raise an issue, you might be met with this gem of customer service wisdom: “This is a 5-star hotel. Do you know? You don’t know what 5-star hotels are like.” The outdoor pool opens to a beautiful sky and ocean view, though it’s partially blocked by wires and glass panels. Still, it’s a peaceful spot to unwind with 18 degree water - cold plunge truly! Thankfully, the Spa saves the story — it’s genuinely fantastic. The indoor pool is heated and beautifully designed, the private sauna and hamam are divine, and the massages are absolutely worth it. “Hassan” at the spa is wonderful and sweet. So yes, the hamam is five-star. The design and interior of the hotel, I get where it’s going too. The rest… I guess I haven’t been to too many 5 stars to speak.

The place is on TOP of a hill which means the views of the ocean are stunning, no doubt Personal in the hotel is very kind and professional. They speak English and Turkish. Breakfast is an extra (400 TL per person) and is kind of “buffet” options although they used Nescafé as coffee Room is very big (more like an apartment) and very clean with balcony and window and in the salon there’s a couch and it can be converted in a single bed 500 ml water and powder coffee as an amenity the first day Contras On top of a hill means you have to go up 20% inclination streets and reaching the place out of breath after 18 min climbing up (or take a taxi per 300 TL each way) although there’s a dolmus (mini bus) passing by I wouldn’t be able to reach one nor one of the days Water in the hotel is de-salt water which makes no possible to use it other than shower Internet is very weak and unstable (if you’re a nomad worker or use your laptop/phone as a tool this is not your place. It took me ages to upload videos (one while night and part of the morning) to be able to do that as the connection breakdown every 20/30 minutes

The rooms are thoughtfully designed with both comfort and scenic views in mind. Most accommodations feature either direct pool access or stunning sea views, ensuring a memorable and picturesque stay. The staff, from reception to bellboys and valets, are exceptionally friendly and attentive, creating a warm atmosphere throughout the property. Even the security staff at the front gate are very nice and welcoming, adding to the sense of comfort and hospitality from the very moment you arrive.

One of the best hotels that we have stayed in. I really wished I had booked the sea facing room as the property has great balcony space for people to enjoy. The lounge is awesome and they have happy hours twice in a day. It's also close to first part of the markets with many restaurants easily accessible by foot. There is also an awesome Gym with a beautiful Hamam. We enjoyed the Hamam space that is so beautifully done. The breakfast spread is humongous and they have multiple fresh hot counters. They also have Starbucks onsite. I would come back for sure

新しいホテルはトルコのホテルの99%以上を占めています。車は道路脇に駐車され、周囲は比較的荒れ果てています。しかし、ホテルはターキッシュエアラインの特定のホテルなので、非常に人目を引くもので、フロントデスクにはサービススタッフが非常に遅いです。周りで食べるのは難しいです。ホテルの朝食は、長い間スターホテルの感覚を見つけました。

このホテルは5つ星に値しません。 2019年に建設され、2023年に改装予定であるにもかかわらずです。 バルコニーの家具は古く、部屋からはどこから見えるのかわからない景色が広がっていました。 - ベッドはキングサイズベッド1台ではなく、シングルベッド2台が繋がったものでした。 - 夏用のブランケットではなく、いわゆる「タオル」のようなもので、エアコンの下は冷えてしまい、体を温めるものがありませんでした。 - ホテルの裏に宿泊客用の小さな駐車場があります。 - 朝食はまあまあで、標準的なトルコ料理です。自家製チーズ、キュウリ、トマト、ハーブ、パン、3種類のフルーツ（リンゴ、スイカ、小梨）、出来合いのオムレツ、あまり美味しくない豆乳ソーセージとソーセージ。普通のジュースはなく、自動販売機で作ってくれるジュースが数種類ありました。自動販売機で淹れてくれるコーヒーも美味しくありませんでした。 - なぜ冷蔵庫はカードを挿入しないと動かないのですか？冷蔵庫に食べ物を入れっぱなしにできないんです!!! 最悪!!! + フェンスで囲まれたビーチクラブ「Nix by Seven for Life」があり、ビーチまで3.5km、車で7分です。3km以上続く長く伸びた砂浜で、水は濁っていて汚れていて、海藻も少し生えています。ビーチのサンラウンジャーは20時半には閉まってしまいましたが、バーでは音楽が流れていて、ほとんど人がいませんでした。 ホテルは港とバードアイランドがあるクシャダス中心部の反対側にあるので、ご注意ください。 バードアイランドからこのホテルまでは、日中に車で35～40分かかりました。ゼウス洞窟（Zeus Cave）とミリ公園（Milli Park）のすぐ隣です。5km圏内です。 このホテルは数泊程度なら十分でしょう。それ以上は無理です。 ウェブサイト上の1泊料金がなぜこんなにも高騰するのか分かりません。138ドルだったり、1200ドルだったり、90ドルだったり…こんなに価格に幅があるのはおかしいです。このホテルは最高でも100ドルです。
