We had nice stay. Hotel is closer to Chicago airport as well. Near by 7/11. Couldn’t try food there but over great experience. Will definitely visit again.

空港に近く、無料シャトルサービスも利用できる、非常に便利なロケーションにある素晴らしいホテルです。ホテル周辺は食事やショッピングに最適で、アウトレットモールも南へ徒歩数分です。朝食はボリュームたっぷりで美味しかったです。全体的に素晴らしいホテルで、またぜひ泊まりたいと思いました。

ホテルに郵送された商品は、12/16のチェックインから1/11の中国への帰国まで遅れており、基本的にはグローバルカスタマーサービス苦情システムを通じて解決されました（彼らは商品を見つけたと言いましたが、見つけることができませんでした）問題は、彼らが私の商品を受け取らなかったことによる損失について何も言及していないことであり、明らかな兆候があったことです。ホテル従業員はその過程で顧客の所持品を隠していたが、正式な説明はなかった。私の意見では、それは単にマリオットグループとシートリップに恥をもたらすブラックショップです。もう選ばないよ、怖いよ**。

Pool was saline and clean and warm enough to actually use. Breakfast was nice. Parking was $50 in the self park next door. Entrance houses 3 hotels which is confusing. Hotel had clean products and no terrible chemical or mold smells.

This place is excellent if you’re a stressed out business traveler, looking for a good rate, and if you’re willing to manage your own transportation from the airport and back, but the amenities after a long late night arrival waking up the next day, sitting in the hot tub having a swim in the pool and a steam and a sauna along with an icy cold shower afterwards just recharges you after a long business trip, especially if you international like me I wouldn’t necessarily call it family friendly, but it’s definitely good for entrepreneur business travel if you can get a good rate otherwise there are other hotels out there if you can’t get a good rate. The rooms are not specifically special compared to the competition, but it’s an a quieter area and the fitness and aquatic amenities are what makes the difference for me as I have back problems and after a long international flight all I wanna do is get in the hot tub or take a steam or sauna. I’m needing an airport shuttle. I would not recommend this hotel and if you aren’t willing to risk having to pay a premium for a car service or Uber then do not book here. I wish I could stay at this hotel long enough to enjoy all of their amenities as they are really good, but as breakfast is not included, it can be a pricey for what you get when you compare it to other hotels in the area and hotels closer to the airport. Yet as long as I can get a good rate on this hotel, I will keep going back as I frequently travel international for work and just having the peace of the secluded area and the steam room and sauna make it a huge selling feature for me as they really assist my rejuvenation after a long day or more of travel. 

1. チェックインを担当した人は、親切ではありませんでした。過去にもこのホテルに何度も宿泊し、素晴らしいサービスを受けました。しかし今回は違いました。チェックインを担当したスタッフのサービスは平均的で、あまりよく話を聞いてくれませんでした。ホテルを訪れる際は、笑顔で迎えられると嬉しくなりますし、旅行がしやすくなります。 2. シャワーを浴びたい時にお湯が出ませんでした。シャワーを浴びるためには、部屋に給水している階の貯湯タンクの温度を上げなければなりませんでした。ホテルの業務運営上、貯湯タンクの温度は定期的にチェックされるべきです。お湯の件で助けを求めて電話したとき、15分以上誰も来ませんでした。そのため、再度電話して、すぐにシャワーを浴びて寝なければならないことを説明する必要がありました。これは効率的なサービスではありませんでした。 3. 部屋の備品：部屋にはカフェインレスのコーヒーが3袋、普通のコーヒーが1袋しかありませんでした。午前1時30分に起きて準備したところ、この問題に気づきました。出発時間前にこの問題を解決する方法はありませんでした。清掃スタッフは、部屋に必要なものをきちんと用意するよう、もっと注意するべきです。4. 部屋の水で目や皮膚が焼けました。このホテルには何度も宿泊していますが、このような問題は一度もありませんでした。もしかしたら、今は水に何か問題があるのかもしれません。5. エアコン/ヒーターのファンが弱から強に切り替わりません。常に強で、うるさいです。問い合わせたところ、3階の部屋はすべてこの状態だと言われました。強風のファンの騒音で眠れませんでした。6. 旅の始まりは最悪でした。

酒店很乾凈，也很安靜（這點很難得），住客大多是白人，彬彬有禮，輕手輕腳。早飯中規中矩酒那幾樣能吃飽，難得都是有24小時提供的口味還不錯的咖啡，隨時能來一杯還是很令人愉快的

空港からは毎時0分と30分に無料シャトルバスが運行しており、大変便利です。ホテルはアウトレットモールから約800メートルです。ホテルを出て右手に歩いてください。アウトレットモールは通りを挟んで目の前です。私たちは午後3時40分頃にアウトレットモールに到着しましたが、午後8時には閉店してしまうのでとても便利でした。ホテルの設備は少し古めかしいですが、全体的には問題ありません。

Overall, I had a very good stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, and I really liked the filtered water station on our floor. It had several options and was very convenient. Guest services were excellent. Anytime we made a request, they handled it quickly and professionally. After the first night, housekeeping took our towels but didn’t replace them, so we had to call and ask for more. Thankfully, after that, we didn’t have any other towel issues. Housekeeping overall was a bit different than what I’m used to. They made the beds and handled the bathroom by emptying the trash, picking up dirty towels, and refilling tissues, but they didn’t take out the trash in the main room. Since we had a lot of takeout, that trash piled up pretty quickly. They also didn’t replenish items like used tea bags or glassware, which would’ve been helpful. We also had an issue with the fridge. It stayed warm for the first few days until we realized it hadn’t been turned on. Once we figured that out, it worked fine, but it would’ve been nice if it had been checked before we arrived. The hotel is in a beautiful location, which added to the overall experience. Despite the few small issues, the staff was friendly and responsive, and the positives definitely outweighed the negatives. I would absolutely book with them again!
