ゲゲスト空港から無料シャトルバスがあるので乗り換え時の宿泊に便利。朝食は7時からでした。ホテル内で夕食も食べられるようです。部屋の設備はタオル、シャワージェル、電気ケトルと必要最低限。空港が近いので飛行機の音が聞こえますが、寝るのには気にならない程度でした。敷地内に猫がたくさんいて癒されます。

ゲゲストUpon arrival, check-in at reception was smooth. We were provided with our room key and directed to our accommodation, which required us to drive to the other side of the estate. However, when we reached the room, the key did not work. We walked back to reception, where we were informed that a network issue had prevented the key from being properly programmed. The receptionist, who was very helpful, offered to accompany us to the room and opened it using a master key. She assured us that a functioning key would be delivered as soon as the network was restored. Upon entering the room, we immediately noticed that it had not been cleaned. The window sill was sticky with what appeared to be beverage spills, the floor was dirty, the bathroom mats were not fresh, and most concerning, there were rat droppings on the window sill, on the floor behind the curtains, and behind the door. I contacted reception to request housekeeping and asked to speak with a manager, as the condition of the room was unacceptable. A housekeeping staff member arrived, but I requested that cleaning not proceed until the housekeeping manager assessed the situation. The manager quickly confirmed that the room had indeed not been cleaned and that there were clear signs of rodent activity. She apologised sincerely, asked us to wait while the room was cleaned, and said she would escalate the matter to the rooms division. While waiting on the terrace outside, we noticed a mouse in the bushes, which explained the droppings found inside. After the room was cleaned, the manager returned, apologised again, and informed us that a complimentary bottle of wine had been arranged for us. We told her about the mouse we had seen and expressed that we did not feel comfortable staying in that room. She went back to speak with the rooms division, and we waited in the bar. An hour later, she returned with keys to a new room and directed us there. The replacement room was clean, though the entire experience made for a rocky start to our stay. The following day, after breakfast, we returned to our room to find that the terrace doors had been removed and two maintenance staff were working. This came as an unexpected surprise, as no one had informed us that repairs would be taking place. We decided to return to the bar to allow the work to be completed. As we were celebrating a birthday that day, the housekeeping manager kindly arranged for our room to be decorated with a birthday message. From that point onward, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay thanks to the exceptional customer service at the restaurants, bars, and spa. In particular, we would like to recognise Moses, Regal, and Tebogo at Kingsley Restaurant; Sibongile at Granatas; and Mandy at the spa for their outstanding hospitality. They truly made our stay memorable. Overall, despite the challenges we experienced upon arrival, we had a lovely stay. Thank you to everyone who contributed to making my mother’s birthday special.

ゲゲストシャトルは空港のバスターミナルから30分毎に出発します。飛行機をテーマにしています。連泊しましたが、朝食は違う物もあって、嬉しいです。近くに買い物が出来るような店は無いので、何か買いたければシャトルで空港に行くといいです。

The corridor had some slight smell of cigarette but not inside the room. I wish they could provide drinking water instead of selling it. I am heading back there in 2 days, wonderful place

Wwuhanwolfホテル自体は少し古さを感じますが、スタッフのサービスが素晴らしいので、その古さは全く気になりません。チェックインからチェックアウトまで、スタッフ全員が温かく、気配りが行き届いていて、心から歓迎してくれたので、滞在全体がとても快適でした。無料の空港シャトルバスは15分間隔で運行しており、時間通りに運行していたので、ORタンボ国際空港への送迎もストレスフリーでした。そして朝食は…本当に素晴らしかったです。間違いなく滞在のハイライトの一つでした。種類豊富で、丁寧に調理され、新鮮で、まさに絶品でした。全体的に、サービス、利便性、食事といった最も重要な点において、期待を裏切らない、本当にしっかりとした快適なホテルです。また必ず利用したいと思います。

Every detail from the plush furnishings to the serene garden views contributed to a sense of effortless relaxation. It truly felt like a private sanctuary. The service throughout my stay was impeccable. Staff members were warm, attentive, and intuitive without ever being intrusive. Whether it was assistance with luggage, dining recommendations, or simply a friendly check‑in to ensure everything was perfect, the team consistently delivered with professionalism and charm. The hotel grounds are equally impressive. Lush, tranquil, and meticulously maintained, they create a peaceful escape that feels worlds away from the bustle of the city. It’s the ideal setting for unwinding, whether by the pool, in the spa, or simply strolling through the gardens. Dining at Fairlawns was another highlight. The food was beautifully presented and full of flavour, with a menu that balances creativity and comfort. Every meal felt like a treat. AAndiswaA⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Beautiful, spacious and perfect for a relaxing stay I had such a lovely stay at Weston Guest House Krugersdorp. The property is in Noordheuwel, Krugersdorp, and the whole place has such a peaceful, private atmosphere. My room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. I especially loved the bedroom and the big comfortable bed, but the highlight for me was definitely the spa bath/Jacuzzi. 😍 It made the stay feel like a proper little getaway rather than just somewhere to sleep. I also loved how much space I had. There was a separate living area with a large TV and comfortable seating, a dining/work area, and a proper kitchen with a large fridge, microwave, stove, kettle, toaster and plenty of cupboard space. If you’re staying for a few days and don’t want to eat out all the time, having a full kitchen makes such a difference. The room gets beautiful natural light, and I loved sitting by the large windows in the morning. The property itself is in a quiet area and is known for its views, which adds to that peaceful, away-from-everything feeling. Everything felt comfortable and homely while still giving that romantic getaway feeling. There’s also free Wi-Fi and private parking, and the guest house has a pool and other facilities on the property. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Weston Guest House and would definitely stay here again. I’d especially recommend it for couples, a relaxing weekend away, or even a solo stay when you just want somewhere peaceful, spacious and comfortable. ⭐️ 5/5 — and that Jacuzzi was definitely my favourite part! 🛁😍

It’s conveniently situated close to Sandton City, Nelson Mandela Square, and the Gautrain, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travellers. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh, delicious options, and every meal I had at the restaurant was of excellent quality. The facilities, including the gym, pool, and spa, are well maintained and add tremendous value to the overall experience. What truly sets The Catalyst apart is the exceptional customer service. Every member of staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, always greeting guests with a smile and a willingness to help. If you’re looking for a modern, comfortable, and well-located hotel in Johannesburg, I highly recommend The Catalyst Hotel.
