We arrived before 9am and could check into our room straightaway. Very grateful to be able to do so and focus on getting to Iguazu Falls. We had no idea how to get there and the receptionist swiftly settled for us by helping us book return transport. The room was spacious and had good views. Nothing luxurious but serves it's purpose well. See pic. The breakfast was nothing fancy but decent. There are 2 swimming pools. One at ground level, one at 9th floor. You can fill up your bottles at the gym, basically all I needed.

ホテルのスタッフはとても温かく迎えてくれ、まるで自分の家にいるかのようにくつろげました。チェックインの際、割引料金で滝の見える部屋に変更してもらえたので、24時間滝を眺めることができ、旅程がさらに豪華になりました。スパでマッサージを受けた後、とても気持ちよく、力強くなったと感じました。毎晩、とてもエキサイティングな文化芸術のパフォーマンスがあります。ただ、レストランには改善の余地がある従業員がいます。例えば、夕食のテーブルを予約したのですが、ルームメイトがレストランにテーブルを取りに行ったところ、私の予約が見つからないと言われました！朝食の料理は種類が豊富で質も高かったのですが、カットフルーツにミバエが数匹飛んでいて、食欲が減退しました！

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Great location with good access to good restaurants nearby. Appreciate the availability of shower room after visit to iguazu falls

Hotel ligt prachtig langs een rivier, zwembad met prachtig uitzicht. Ontbijt gewoon goed, avondeten niet bijzonder en aan dure kant. Neem een taxi en ga naar centrum daar zijn veel leuke goede restaurants.

Всё отлично. Единственные замечания - это: 1. При заезде на 2 человек была только одна бесплатная бутылка воды 0.5. На второй день и ее не положили. При такой цене отеля и отсутствия магазинов в шаговой доступности - очень странный подход. 2. Не было геля для душа. Шампунь, кондиционер, даже лосьон для тела были, а геля - нет. Тоже очень странно.

Our stay at this hotel was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, the staff claimed we hadn’t paid for our stay, despite presenting both the Trip.com invoice and credit card statement. Thankfully, Trip.com’s customer service responded quickly to resolve the issue, but we were still hassled until the morning. The rooms lacked basic amenities and were uncomfortably humid with mold. There was no complimentary water provided, which was inconvenient. The food at the hotel was overpriced and did not meet expectations in terms of quality. Overall, this experience fell short of what we expected.

El hotel está muy venido a menos con respecto al mantenimiento. El spa atiende solo 5 horas al día y es difícil conseguir turnos para la cantidad de huéspedes del hotel, y si reservamos a las 15, podemos ingresar a las 16 porque tardan 1 hora en llenar el hidromasaje y el personal no llega hasta las 15. El restaurante no abre de noche, por lo que hay que ir a cenar al hotel de al lado, a unos 150 metros de noche y sobre la ruta. Lo mejor del hotel, el servicio del restaurante y la atención de altura y rocio.

Странно, что над главным входом нет вывески и фасад выглядит очень грустно. Очень медленный лифт, Хороший бассейн.

場所は美しく、中心部ではありませんが、徒歩20分ほどで快適に過ごせます。歩きたくない場合は、近くに公共交通機関の停留所があります。滝行きのバスはホテルの敷地のすぐ出口から出発します。 部屋は広々としていますが、設備は少し古いです。 バルコニーの椅子が足りません。 こんなに素晴らしい空間なのに、スタッフの丁寧な対応と顧客重視の姿勢がもっと欲しいです。 部屋は準備ができているのに、チェックインに非常に長い時間がかかりました。 朝食は4つ星には及ばず、腐ったフルーツが多く、野菜はありませんでした。オムレツはいつも出来上がっているわけではなく、その場で調理してくれることを期待していましたが、そうではありませんでした。 でも、ホテルの敷地はとても美しく、緑豊かです！
