とても綺麗。毎時30分に空港へのシャトルバスが走っている。深夜早朝でもシャトルバスあり。夜ご飯のビュッフェがかなり美味しかった。飲み物込みで80BRL程度。

部屋はとても清潔で、雰囲気も良かったです。フロントのスタッフは英語が堪能で、コミュニケーションもスムーズでした。何より空港へのアクセスが抜群で、移動時間を大幅に短縮でき、焦らずに過ごせました。

部屋はとてもきれいで、後ろにはショッピングモールがあり、買い物に便利です。廊下のカーペットの匂いは非常に重く刺激的で、この匂いは部屋に伝わり、不快で嫌です。後で、私はフロントデスクに部屋を変えて建物を変えました。味が同じで言葉が出ないことがわかりました😓
ホテルの正面玄関からそう遠くないところにもあります。多くのホームレスはあまり安全ではありません。外出するときは安全に注意してください。

Excellent location, bar and restaurant available (which is great as I met a local business partner there). Fully stocked minibar and 24 hour room service with a full menu, which I find a big plus especially as I find a lot of hotels don’t do it.
The location deserves another big plus, it has everything you need within walking distance.

I made a reservation to stay after the marriage ceremony and fortunately, the hotel upgraded our room.
During the check-in, they served a glass of champagne and provided us with a bottle of free champagne as well.
The room was very spacious with a city view and we could enjoy the club lounge having some finger food and drinks there.
In the morning, we enjoyed various breakfast and the place was really beautiful. It feels like we were in the garden!
The other facilities like sauna and swimming pool were also good enough to relax.
I highly recommend this hotel to stay in and would like to choose again next time!!

Confesso que estava um pouco apreensivo devido a alguns comentários não tão legais sobre as acomodações, porém, foi tudo muito perfeito.
A decoração do hotel é linda, fomos super bem atendidos desde a entrada até a saída. Os recepcionistas são muito gente boa e atenciosos.
O quarto é magnífico, muito aconchegante, camas espaçosas além do banheiro grande e chuveiro quente e com água forte para relaxar.
Passamos a virada do ano no décimo primeiro andar do próprio hotel: maravilhoso !!
Meus parabéns a todos os funcionários, com toda certeza eu voltarei e também SUPER RECOMENDO !

MM298940****酒店位置還行，周圍很多餐飲，美國大使館也在旁邊，算安全。但是兩個路口挨在一起，中間有護欄，叫Uber，司機經常走錯，容易浪費時間。房間設施還行，也安靜乾淨，就是早餐太差了，諾富特也算連鎖品牌，這個酒店早餐品種少，質量差，讓人詫異。不建議買帶早餐的房型，直接出去吃

ゲゲスト這件酒店我必須狠狠的贊！巴西住了三家酒店 Fairmont，Grand Hyatt，還有就是這個！這家是性價比最高的！含早1200+，房間也很不錯！洗護是歐舒丹，還有提供轉換插頭！！！最主要離Avinida Paulista特別近，走路30秒，出門右轉就是Paulista大街！！商場距離2分鐘，MASP聖保羅藝術館只有5分鐘！！強烈建議入住！比2000塊的Grand Hyatt強太多太多太多了！！！

ゲゲストA nice and well-appointed hotel with very friendly and helpful service, comfortable rooms, and a quite good breakfast. The spa was nice and offered a solid massage at a reasonable price. The location is better for business than the more trendy eating and shopping areas but there are still a good range of restaurants nearby. The former Four Seasons, the design shares an aesthetic with what was the Four Seasons Shanghai Pudong. I would happily stay again.

There obviously was a room available of a higher category for a couple $ extra but this was only suggested after 2h of waiting in the lobby (had also contacted in advance weeks prior). Also no room amenities available that you'd expect like toothbrushes, razors, shower caps etc.
