ホテルは鳳凰古城に近く、とても静かでした。良かったです！衛生状態も良く、サービスも親切でした。ハウスキーパーも気の利いたサービスで部屋をアップグレードしてくれました。最高でした！チェックアウトの際、マネージャーがちょっとしたプレゼントをくれて、高速鉄道駅まで直接送ってくれました。長年旅行していますが、こんなことは初めてです。本当に感動しました！

期待をはるかに超えました！ホテルのデザインは斬新でユニーク、そしてスマートで便利でした。スタッフの方々もとても親切で、フロント、レストラン、客室清掃の方、さらには共用エリアのトイレを清掃していた方にランドリーの場所を尋ねた際も、皆さん非常に丁寧に教えてくださり、大変良い滞在となりました！旅行者にとってランドリーがあるのは本当に助かりますね！

ホテルはとても美しく清潔でした。川を見下ろす部屋に泊まりました。素敵なバスタブとビデ付きのバスルームがありました。人里離れた静かな場所で、バルコニーからは一日中川のせせらぎを楽しむことができました。本当に特別な体験でした。ロビーから客室、そしてレストランまでゴルフカートの送迎サービスもありました。到着から出発まで、チェリーさんと連絡を取り続けましたが、彼女は24時間いつでもメッセージに返信してくれました。彼女は本当に素晴らしく、ゴルフカートの運転手との調整もしてくれました（運転手の写真は後ほど投稿します）。運転手は妻と私にリゾート内を案内してくれ、素晴らしい体験となりました。妻と私は一部の料理が食べられなかったのですが、朝食時にレストランでウェイトレスをしてくれたHq.Duさんはとても親切で、必要なものはすべて用意してくれました。チェリーさんは滞在後、運転手に別の場所へ送ってもらう手配もしてくれました。残念ながら妻が車の中で携帯電話をなくしてしまいましたが、チェリーさんに連絡したところ、彼女は携帯電話を見つけて返してくれると言ってくれました。 このホテルでの滞在は一生忘れられない思い出となり、必ずまた近いうちに訪れたいと思っています。この美しい街を訪れるすべての人におすすめします。

The cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in. You can immediately see how they maintain such high standards, as guests are asked to remove their shoes before entering the accommodation area. It's a great system, with secure shoe storage near reception and slippers provided for guests. Maybe the most tasteful as well - wonderful soul music playing, exquisitely decorated, hosts that love animals and have a wonderful sense of humor - all on entry. The room was well appointed and comfortable, although ours felt a little stuffy as there was no window that could be opened for fresh air. The shampoo and conditioner provided were quite basic, but this was more than compensated for by the impressive range of other guest amenities. One standout service was the complimentary laundry. We were able to have a basket of washing done free of charge, and it was returned beautifully cleaned and neatly folded. As travellers, we really appreciated this thoughtful touch. The staff were incredibly accommodating and eager to help—perhaps a little too attentive at times—but their hospitality was genuine and well intentioned. There was a kettle and cups in the room, although tea and coffee were not provided. Overall, an exceptionally clean and well-run hotel with thoughtful guest services and outstanding attention to detail.

立地がよく、部屋も広くて清潔で快適でした。 中国語が話せませんが、翻訳アプリやwechatを使ってとても親切に対応してくださりました。 ホテルの周りにスーパーや飲食店もあり、楽しむことができます。 空港や72奇楼、天門山が近く、また张家界国家森林公园もそれほど遠くありませんでしたので、観光での利用におすすめです。

My parents' favorite hotel during our trip, although it is the cheapest. The hotel area is big. Room is big and proper. Hot spring is included. Service is amazing. The view from the room is great. The food is organic.

ホテルは翔江のほとりに位置し、観光スポットを訪れるのに非常に便利です。隣にはジョイシティがあり、買い物に便利です。翔江🚶に沿って散歩することもできますし、ホテルの朝食はとてもおいしいです！フロントデスクはとてもテキパキしていて、チェックインはとても便利でした。ホテルの部屋もタイムリーに掃除してくれました。メーデー中はたくさんのゲストが来られましたが、すべて順調でした！

I stayed for 3 nights in mid Dec 2025. 1st of all, the hotel provides shuttle service, picking me and my wife up from Zhang Jia Jie West HSR Station to the hotel. This is wonderful. I connected with the hotel management wechat group a few days prior, linked up with the driver, so the pick up was as smooth as it could get. The hotel is also very kind in providing us an upgrade to a larger room with Balcony. EXCELLENT. The room is clean, the smart room control makes it convenient when controling lights, and / or curtain & TV. The front desk personnels are very friendly, thoughful and helpful. The laundary facility is definitely a plus, such that I can do daily laundry. The only shortcoming associated with the stay is the following: The shower room class door bottom rubber seal is failing. Water would get out and wet the floor in front of the sink basin. And due to imperfect floor gradient, water would not flow towards the drain, and this resulted water ponding. Water even flowed and ponded into the toilet cubical as well. If using the floor towel to dry it up, then the towel would become cold and wet, rendered it useless. On the day of checkout, I informed the front desk of the water ieaking out issue. Breakfast selection is limited, but tolerable. In conclusion, if I were to go to Zhang Jia Jie Wulingyuan again, I will most likely return and stay at this hotel again.

長沙Wホテルのサービスは本当に素晴らしいです。「いつでも、必要な時に」という対応が非常に迅速で、記念日を特別に楽しく過ごすことができました。特に6階のレセプションの女性（8日の正午に私が相談に行ったとき）には感謝しています。プロフェッショナルで親切で、サービス態度は本当に素晴らしかったです。全体的に素晴らしい体験でした。次回もぜひ利用したいと思います！

ホテルの装飾は本当に素敵でした。伝統的な中国風でした。特に印象的なのは、公共エリアの自然な花の展示でした。朝食ルームは、天井のランタンがたくさんあり、とても素敵でした。私たちが泊まったエグゼクティブルームは広としていて設備が整っていました。高速鉄道駅に近いため、ためらうことなくここで再び予約します。
