きれいなビーチとレバンタド島の素晴らしい景色を持つ美しいホテル。

Generally ok and I did extend my trip a couple of days. The food was good and the entertainment team were great. The front desk however are a bit full of themselves. When I arrived at 14h30 they told me the room would be ready by 15h15. When I went back at 15h30 they said 16h30… it was because they were still painting it! When I went in the room I lent against the wall and got covered in paint. I contacted the front desk who seemed very inconvenienced by the issue and said ‘I suppose you will want to change room’. Well yes… did they offer to help me clean off the paint, move my luggage to the new room, bring the new keys to me? No No No - had to do it all myself. So service recovery skills there non existent. They also messed up the new keys when I extended the stay so I had to go back. There is a club area on the beach but it is so badly signposted that people would drift in there and sit down and then get into a fight (literally) with the club guests. The signage needs to be made a lot clearer. I don’t really want to listen to that on my vacation and I expect people who go in there by accident want to be humiliated either. But I did like the hotel and particularly the beach was great for swimming.

Excelente servicio de 5 estrellas un personal muy atento desde el que limpia hasta el gerente. La comida y bebida primium es un oasis de relajación y compartir con tu pareja.

Nos encanto el lugar, es afrodisíaco y exclusivo. El restaunrante no se puede comer muy caro la comida y no optima. Pero todo lo demás excelente.

El hotel estaba bien, aceptable. Buen parking en su interior con su seguridad . La habitación bien limpia. Desayuno estaba bien si te queda pocos días. No varía mucho. Arriba hay una piscina que está bien para relajarse. Volvería a ir sin si gana duda.
