イギリスレスターシャーで、スパのあるホテル

The rooms were spacious and well-lit, with a simple yet elegant decor. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep without any disturbances.

The hotel was clean as was our room. The only thing was when we arrived and went to our room it was very cold. On phoning reception they told us how to put the heating on, when I asked about why it wasn’t on they said because of safety concerns. As it was we went out leaving the heater on, but if we had been a few hours later then we would have had to go to bed in a very cold room.  So that wasn’t good! We didn’t use any of the facilities, so can’t really comment on this.

このような美しいホテル。スタッフはとても親切です。誰もが助ける準備ができています。ホテル自体は非常にきれいに保たれています。私たちは間違いなく非常に快適なぐっすり眠りました。朝食は良かった。レジャー施設が大好きでした。 ジャグジーは私たちのお気に入りでした、水温は素敵な非常に熱いお風呂を持っているようなものです!それは素晴らしかった。それは私が今まで見た中で最高でした。また、とても良いサイズでした..スイミングプールは寒すぎて入ることができませんでした。私はがん患者で、冷たい水に入ることができません。それは私の唯一のマイナスポイントでした.biは泳ぎに行きたかったでしょう。スチームルームとサウナは良かった。また、良いジムがあることに気づきましたが、そこには行きませんでした。 リラックスしたり仕事したりするためのソファやコーヒーテーブルがたくさんある素敵な家具付きの静かな部屋がありました。また、インターネットと私たちの使用用のプリンタを備えたコンピューターがあり、働くゲストに本当に良かったです。私はこのホテルを母と私のために少しリラックスした休暇として一晩予約しましたが、完璧でした。駐車場はまったく問題ありません。 私たちは本当に楽しんだので、将来的には家族全員でこれを予約するでしょう。

Check in was easy and the lady on reception was very friendly and helpful. Our room was large and cool. Lovely bathroom with quality shower gel and shampoo provided. I had several hours to myself so I made use of the gym, great equipment and all very clean.  Good swimming area, very busy on a Saturday afternoon. Enjoyed the sauna and steam room. Had curry in the bar which I thought was overpriced. We had a great, comfortable night’s sleep followed by a delicious breakfast with lots of choice.

Great stay, food was terrible
