「A very pleasant hotel with a quiet, intimate atmosphere. In mid-May, the nearby hotels and bars had not opened yet, so the area felt a bit deserted -but we actually enjoyed that. The beach was peaceful and beautiful, with a mix of sand and pebbles and a gentle entrance into the sea, though special water shoes are recommended.
Breakfasts are served on a terrace overlooking the sea. The hotel restaurant, located on the same terrace, has stunning views of the sea and Sveti Stefan island. The service was very good, the food was delicious, and the portions were generous. Prices are high- twice as expensive as restaurants nearby.
The hotel’s location is excellent: about a 5-minute walk to Miločer Park and the beaches of Sveti Stefan, Queen’s Beach, and King’s Beach, and around 25 minutes on foot to Pržno, a charming fishing village with many restaurants. If you walk up the stairs near Nobu, you can reach a street with many cafés and restaurants offering very good value for money within about 10 minutes.
The staff were excellent. When we had an issue with our room (in the mountain-view room, the restaurant ventilation becomes noisy from around 5 a.m.), the hotel provided us with a complimentary upgrade and also arranged a late check-out to match the timing of our transfer. On the beach, the staff help with sunbeds, towels, and umbrellas, and everyone -managers, waiters, and beach staff alike -was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Из минусов - проблема со сливом в душевой кабине. Вода стекала медленно, на полу образовывались лужи после принятия душа.

ゲゲストHotel Zeta is an amazing hotel, I felt so loved immediately I entered the hotel. Svetlana customer service is impeccable!!! Always willing to assist in anyway she can. She is WONDERFUL!!! My room was beautiful and the views were to die for❤️❤️❤️. Behind the hotel is very touristy….you can take so many amazing pictures also there are so many sea side restaurants close to the hotel.
The location of hotel zeta is spot on👌 . The breakfast was so so good. The environment was very clean it felt like home. I had access to the sauna , jacuzzi and steam room.
Mario was also amazingggg. I really enjoyed my stay and I will definitely visit again. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

У меня был улучшенный номер с частичным видом на море - с балкона потрясающий вид на бухту, каждое утро радовал глаз! В номере кофеварка и чайная станция, также мини-бар. Кофе с утра на балкончике с прекрасным видом на море- просто сказка! Завтраки великолепные - все очень вкусно, местные сыры - особенно понравились! Непременно остановлюсь в этом отеле снова, если появится такая возможность! Спасибо за приятный отдых!

AAleks BeigulVery nice and fresh boutique hotel. The receptionist was extremely helpful and polite. Everything is conveniently located nearby, including supermarkets if you need anything, and the old town is just a 20-minute walk along the shore.
The breakfast was fresh and enjoyable. The only downside is the noise from the road, as the hotel is located on one of Budva’s main streets. However, the windows provide good sound insulation, so we still had a very comfortable sleep on the excellent mattress.
Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider coming back if we visit again.

ゲゲストDas Hotel ist aus dem Jahr 2023 und leider immer noch nicht fertig gestellt. Alles wirkt noch wie im Bau. Die Wohnung roch stark nach Essen, jeden Tag. Als würde es aus der Lüftung kommen. Die Aufteilung der Räume ist gut, jedoch ist es lieblos eingerichtet. Der Blick vom Balkon ist zwar auf das Meer gerichtet, aber auch auf einen leeren Platz mit Bauschrott. Es ist relativ laut, da man direkt an der Hauptstraße ist.
An der Rezeption erhält man den Code auf einem Notizzettel um in die Wohnung zu gelangen, sehr unpraktisch.
Genügend Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung. Budvas Altstadt ist nicht weit entfernt, mit Auto (10min), zu Fuß (50min).

ゲゲストOh it was fabuloussssss! The staff were so nice in the restaurant and and on reception. They left a lovely note and a birthday cake for me in my room which was very nice and unexpected. The hotel is so close to the beach just a few steps down and they have sun beds and a table reserved free of charge for guests. There are lots and lots and lots of restaurants and small eatery’s on the beach with activities. Very nice hotel would go again.

יי「ホテル」と名乗るこの場所は、ひどいものの長いリストを持つ災害でした。ホテルの写真に見える屋上プールは、実際には別のホテルではなく、まったく言及されていませんでした!このプールがある別のホテルに到達するには、約200メートル登る必要があります(ただし、他のホテルにはカートも提供しています)。そこに着いたら、プールのベッドの2列目を「勝つ」ことができます。なぜなら、あなたはこの特定のホテルに属していないからです。つまり、彼らはあなたを2等級のゲストにしています。
また、バスルームにはシャンプーが全くなく、ボディソープのみが備わっていた。
