Where to start... I had high expectations for Radisson Blu, but my stay was pretty disappointing. First off, check-in was delayed because the rooms weren’t ready, and even after waiting, they still weren’t properly cleaned. There was even an empty milk carton left on the desk, which didn’t inspire much confidence in their housekeeping. The room itself was pretty dull, aside from the great view. It also needed some serious maintenance—bits of wood were coming off, and the paint was peeling in places. The biggest issue was the water from the taps—it came out brown, which was a major red flag. Overall, for the price, I expected much better. I wouldn’t stay here again when there are likely better options out there.

Отель заслуживает самой высокой оценки. Мы чувствовали себя лучше, чем дома. Чистота, внимание персонала, уют и потрясающее гостеприимство со стороны хозяйки. Нина была очень внимательна ко всем нашим просьбам. Завтрак был изумительным. Отель находится в безопасном районе. Очень близко к побережью и поблизости есть несколько местечек для перекурса, а также супермаркет. Торговый центр с множеством магазинов в шаговой доступности. Место очень тихое, вы сможете хорошенько выспаться и порелаксировать днем при желании. В отеле есть бассейн, который спасет вас в жаркую погоду. Мы рекомендуем этот гостевой дом однозначно. Если еще раз судьба забросит в городок Порт Элизабет, то обязательно остановимся у Нины❣️❣️❣️

The Premiere ICC Hotel is a fantastic choice, boasting a perfect location and amazing views that truly elevate the experience. The stay was enjoyable, but there were a few areas for improvement: Missing Amenities: We had to call to request gowns and slippers, which should ideally be provided automatically. One of the robes was still moist, suggesting it hadn’t been dried properly. Heating Issues: The heating either wasn’t working or we couldn’t figure out how to operate it, which made the room uncomfortable at times. Despite these issues, the hotel’s strengths make it a solid option, and with a little attention to detail, it could be even better.
