イギリスウェスト･ミッドランズの3つ星ホテル

After reading reviews and seeing images of the hotel I was apprehensive about staying at The Britainnia. The lobby wasn't the most welcoming. It seemed dark and probably hasn't been upgraded since the hotel was built in the early 70's. My Room 330 greeted me with the smell of fresh paint, new carpet, furniture and a recently upgraded bathroom. For the price I paid, it was good value for money.

It's a good choice if you want thr budgetarian hotel for short stay and leave during day time because you have nothing can do in that hotel. Sheets, blanket, pillows are pearly white clean but surprisingly no complimentary water, and incomplete toiletries. Only soap. Room is good anyway even if you're just alone. Receptionist was helpful but the room service staff will knock at your door during your checkout like there's fire. It is located near everywhere. Still good deal.

本当に素敵なホテルのようです。チェックインは部屋の変更を除けば大丈夫でした。スタッフは丁寧で、素晴らしいカスタマーサービスでした。部屋は素敵でした。唯一私が言いたいのは、受付とチェックインを別々にして、もう少し目立つようにすることです。なぜなら、中に入ると、受付とチェックインがどこにあるか最初はわかりません。特に付け加える点や悪い点はありません。間違いなくまた泊まりたいです。

Generally good for short trip over the weekend, great location with access to public parking and car parks. However the lift wasn’t working properly leading to delays. In room facilities get dated and so can tailor just basic needs, cleanliness just ok barely borderline 3 stars. Staffs are friendly and helpful, many staffs at the canteen during breakfast times, responsive and friendly. Passed for the money spent increasing overall cleanliness and better quality towels etc. would help increase rating.

Firstly, the staff we encountered were lovely, very accommodating and helpful. The reception entrance was promising, being bright and modern with a very pleasant receptionist and smooth check in. However, our room lacked appeal, comfort or anything that made one wish to stay in it for longer than a night. To be fair, we were asked twice on check in, if we would like to move to a different floor. I jokingly asked if there was a problem with the room we'd been allocated but was told no. We were allocated Room 7. Whilst it appeared clean to the best the facilities allowed, it was unpleasant. The bottom of the bathroom door appeared water damaged and rotten. The sink was cracked. The radiator was rusted by urine splashes as situated beside the toilet and the shower was situated in a recess with no curtain or screen, so quickly spilled on to the floor making the bath mat soaked. The lock on the bathroom door didn't work. There was no hair dryer. Only one USB point within the very small TV which only charged if it was on. Being on the ground floor, our window opened out on to the narrow walk way and one poor man walked into it on his way to reception. SatNav instructions take you to a dead end further down the road and several attempts at finding our way around the God awful roundabout eventually led us to a very small parking area at the front of the hotel. Breakfast at 9.00 pm was initially disappointing. One plate was available, no bread for the toaster, no milk for the cereals. One sausage, no beans, no bacon. More food did eventually appear, as did plates, and it was very nice. The croissants and pastries were lovely too. The coffee machine was good. As mentioned, the staff were very good and we requested an iron which was bought to us quickly with a board by a lovely young man. The bed was awful. Rock hard and not much comfort from a meagre duvet that was so thin that initially we thought it had been forgotten. Anyway, one night, cheap and basic. Served its purpose but would look elsewhere and pay more. Think we were just unlucky.

5 stars. Exceptionally clean room, outstanding staff and an unbeatable location. Everything you need is within walking distance and the surrounding shops and amenities make it the perfect spot. Friendly people throughout and an altogether excellent stay. Highly recommended.

Really unsatisfied with the cleanliness of the room, there was a huge amount of dust anywhere that I was sneezing continuously. Also, the most disgusting thing were the bedsheets, stained with yellow spots! I asked for a new set of bedsheets and the reception gave them to me and I had to put them on, because there was no one of the cleaning team to do it. Very very very unsatisfied.

Staff very friendly and welcoming. Hotel room was alright considering we stayed for couple nights only. Me and my daughter came back to hotel late in the evening. It is only 10 minutes walk from the railway station but we took a taxi as one area near hotel didn't feel completely safe as there is a spot where some homeless people spend their time. I wouldn't expect anything extra from budget hotel.

バーミンガム・プレミア・イン（ニューストリート駅）は、バーミンガム・ニューストリート駅の2階、マクドナルドの隣にあります。 駅に着いた際にホテルを見つけるのは少し難しいかもしれません。 バーミンガム・ニューストリート駅の構内を出てすぐのところにあるエスカレーターを進むと、チケット売り場の前にエスカレーターがあります。 エスカレーターを上がると、ジョーマローン、テスコ・エクスプレスなどのショップや、フォー、ミセス・チュー・キッチンなどのレストランが並んでいます。 2階（ニューストリート駅）に着いたら、ジョーマローンのショップを見つけてください。ジョーマローンのショップの外には、ファットフェイスという洋服店があります。ファットフェイスに向かって歩くと、左手に外へ続く通路があります。通路に向かって歩くと、右手にミニスーがあります。建物の外に出ると、右手にマクドナルドがあります。プレミア・イン・ホテルの入り口はマクドナルドの入り口のすぐ隣にあります。 バーミンガム・プレミア・イン（ニューストリート）の立地は最高です。物乞いがいるかもしれないというレビューもありましたが、私が滞在した時は特に気にはなりませんでした。 タクシーは少し見つけにくく、ホテルのすぐ外にトラムの乗り場があるため、その周辺には車がほとんど走っていません。タクシーを拾うには、ブルリング・バーミンガムなど、主要なデパートが並ぶメインストリートまで歩く必要があります。 バーミンガムエリアに滞在する機会があれば、またプレミア・インに泊まりたいと思っています。

ホテルの場所はとても便利です。近くには他の有名なホテルもあります。ホテルに到着するとすぐに多くのバーやレストランがあります。ホテルの駐車場は 12/24 ポンドです。時間。予約には朝食が含まれており、選択肢は多くありませんが、ワッフルマシンで遊べるので楽しいです😛。フロントのスタッフの態度は非常に悪く、ゲストを歓迎する態度や礼儀正しさはまったくありませんでした。それどころか、朝食のテーブルのスタッフは素敵な笑顔でした。 しかし！ 2日目はチェックアウト前に火災警報器が鳴ったので、何人かをホテルから急いで外に出しましたが、ホテルはずっと火災警報器を鳴らしているようでした😅
