Four nights. One of four, July 28, room AC stopped around 2am and room was 76F. But other days were ok. Breakfast depends on the day, sometimes very good and the others like motel level. People were nice.

彼らの部屋はいつも清潔で素敵で、旅行者が必要とする以上のものもそれ以下のものもありません!!
バーは生演奏で素晴らしかったが、実質的に空のバーで約15分間待った後、バーメイドの注意を払わなければならなかった.マルガリータは大丈夫でした。彼らは1種類しか提供しませんでした。

朝食はいまいちでした。食べ物がどんどん足りなくなり、毎朝補充されるまで列に並ばなければなりませんでした。食べ物を補充し続けるための明確なシステムがなかったので、新しい*を10分待ち、ハッシュブラウンを15分待ちました。30分後、朝食用ブリトーを持っている人に気づきました。いつ出されたのかはわかりません。新鮮な食べ物が出てくる頃には列が長すぎて、列に並んでいた人たちは全部食べてしまいました。切り分けられた「新鮮なフルーツ」は、半分凍ったパイナップルの塊でした。
洗濯をしようとしたら、洗濯機が2台と乾燥機が1台を除いてすべて故障していました。表示には3ドルと書いてあったのに、洗濯に7ドルも請求されました。待ち時間のため、乾かす時間さえありませんでした。

ここに初めて滞在し、間違いなくまたここに滞在します。チェックインはそよ風で、場所は便利で無敵です。そして、付随的な費用はわずか50ドルです。

It’s a great hotel, the personnel is very kind and the breakfast is very good. Excellent location and great views, very clean and I would definitely stay there again if I ever return to Denver.

We had a nice stay in Hampton,walkable to City center.rAlso good breakfast and unlimited coffee and drinks anytime you want.Tnx to Mr.Herman,for being so accommodating and helpful during our check-in.He was so kind and that he even he gave us a bag of goodies us a welcome gift.Tnx so mch Mr.Herman,you made our stay in Hampton memorable.

ゲゲストGood things were location, cleanliness, and modern (flipped) updates, big kitchen with all needed cooking appliances. Bad things were: room wasn’t ready upon arrival two hours after checkin (same for several other people waiting); noise - window A/C units kept in during winter created only a thin sheet of plastic separating outdoors. Lots of stomping, carts rolling, yelling at night, and traffic noise right outside bedrooms; poor responsiveness for missing items (no coffee maker - took three calls over several hours), no soap or shampoo in showers (delivered on last day), not enough coffee packets (never delivered despite multiple calls). Shuttle service very iffy. Sometimes only one running during high volume times. Advertisement on trip.com did not reveal that place was under major construction so no pool or hot tub or ski lockers available. Sidewalks and entry extremely icy and dangerous to walk on. Makeshift second floor check in room (due to construction) required walking on icy walkways and staircases to get to. Surprised they could get away with this from an insurance perspective.

ゲゲスト立地は最高。新しいホテルは清潔でスタイリッシュ。見た目も美しい。とても清潔。快適。トイレタリーも気に入りました。以上です。チェックインは快適でしたが、温かい歓迎ではありませんでした。まるで迷惑をかけているようでした。また、コミュニケーションが悪く、女性がコンピューターで何かを調べていたのですが、私に知らせてくれず、ただそこに立って答えを待っているだけです。部屋の Atwell カードには「何か必要な場合はお知らせください」とありました。シャワーキャップが必要でしたが、ありませんでした。ダイニングルームの椅子は 1 つしかなく、もっと欲しいと頼んだのですが、受付係は「誰にも連絡が取れないので、これがすべてだと思います」と言いました。最後に頼んだのは、食事制限のため朝食を持参したのでボウルを頼んだのですが、もちろん「ボウルはありませんが、朝食に降りてきなさい」と言われました。アドバイス: アイテムを頼むことはできますが、それで終わりです。ほとんどのホテルには旅行者向けの基本的なアメニティがありますが、ここはそうではありません。この地域には旅行者向けにもっと準備の整ったホテルがたくさんあるので、私たちがここに戻ってくることはないと思います。

SSarah B85The staff were super nice and helpful, rooms were clean and the atmosphere was pretty cool. Our biggest complaint is the giant see-through window in the shower that anyone in the bedroom could pretty much see you naked, that frosted glass was not blocking anything out. Probably fine if you’re in the room alone or with a partner, but if you maybe have friends for acquaintances stop by while you’re still getting ready or if you share a room with your kid… It’s just kind of weird.  There also was not an exhaust fan in the bathroom, which I think was needed. Also water from the shower door soaked the ground every time, but that’s pretty common in most hotel rooms with a glass door. It also would’ve been nice to have had more than two towels in the room.
I will still stay here again because I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the location was perfect for what I needed.

CCristobal AndresI stayed one night at the Hilton in Fort Collins for a business trip and it was a really good experience. The location made things easy since it’s close to downtown and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Check-in was simple and the staff were friendly and welcoming right from the start.
The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The bed was great and I slept well, which is always important when you’re traveling for work. I also liked that there was a good desk setup and the Wi-Fi worked without any issues, so I was able to catch up on emails without stress.
I didn’t get a chance to try the gym or restaurant, but the hotel itself felt well taken care of and the lobby had a nice vibe for sitting down or taking a call.
Overall, it was exactly what I needed for a quick business trip. Comfortable, efficient, and easy. I’d be happy to stay here again.

GGOAL NGUYENThis is my favorite hotel during my 28-day journey exploring the United States. The location is fantastic — behind the hotel there is a small creek that leads directly to Main Street, and the walkway is beautiful. My family loved it. The hotel is spacious, very professional, and fully equipped. The room has everything we needed: a microwave, refrigerator, dishes, and even a sink. The bathroom even provides natural skincare products, which we really appreciated.
What impressed us the most is that the room has so many power outlets — such thoughtful design!
But the best part of our stay was the front desk staff. She was incredibly sweet, kind, and patient when helping us. My family truly had relaxing and wonderful days here.
If we come back to Breckenridge in the future, we will definitely stay here again

ゲゲストHave been coming to the Mountain Chalet for years. This ”homey” place is in the perfect location for ski in/ski out, as well as walking to restaurants and easy access to the gondola that takes you to the lower Snowmass Village. During winter months, breakfast and lunch are included and they are great to get your day started and take a ski lunch break. Very cozy living room area with real fireplace; free hot chocolate & they even had daily fresh cookies in the afternoon. If fancy high-rise hotel is your choice, this place is not for you. However, it exceeds expectations for a ski chalet resort. Rooms have been renovated over the years and are very comfy and some have great mountain views. They also have hot tub & outside heated pool. Our only choice while in Snowmass!

ゲゲストThe stay was excellent. The hotel had a very fast and efficient check in process. The room was a lot larger than expected which was definitely a welcome surprise. The place was very quiet and the staff were a big help.
We accidentally misread the checkout time for our room while we were out for brunch. When we got to the hotel and our key cards stopped working, one of the staff members went out of her way to get us into our room so we could collect our belongings.
I would also like to mention the greeting card that the staff left for us in the room at check in. Those little touches are the things that really elevate the experience. Highly recommend, would love to stay again!
