It was a nice place but the problem was the lock of our room

The room was spacious. We had a great stay! The only problem was that my son couldn’t use the television because of low internet connection. Tried the local channel but only 1 channel is available.

The condotel itself is nice, and the location is very convenient. It’s in a busy area with lots of food options and establishments nearby, so there’s no shortage of places to eat. However, there are a few downsides. The hotel is right beside the highway, so it can be really noisy, especially at night. We woke up several times because of the loud motorcycles passing by. If you’re a light sleeper, this is definitely something to consider. For the breakfast, I had read in a prior booking review that they only provide breakfast from Jollibee, which is why we didn’t get a breakfast inclusion when we booked. I also asked the reception directly during our stay if they offer breakfast, and they confirmed that they do not have their own breakfast service and that breakfast is sourced from Jollibee. The housekeeping staff was also not very friendly. Whenever we asked for something, they seemed annoyed, and they didn’t really smile or show much warmth when interacting with guests. This was one area where we felt the service could definitely be improved. On the other hand, the reception staff and manager were accommodating. They were willing to help whenever we asked for suggestions, especially regarding transportation and places to visit. Overall, the condotel itself and the location are good, but the road noise and our experience with some of the housekeeping staff affected our stay. With better soundproofing and more welcoming housekeeping service, the overall experience could be much better.

The hotel and the staff were wonderful. The staff saw to your ever need, they constantly greeted you with a smile and a kins word. The breakfast service was the most disappointing aspect of the hotel. The meal choices were so odd. We stayed for two 3 day stints (a total of six days), the breakfast was some sort of soup, either a sunny side up egg or a hard boiled egg; steamed rice; then what seemed like leftovers from dinner the night before - one morning it was chop suey (vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower; and carrots); another morning it was sardines, fish on cabbage; the only item that i would consider a breakfast food was their beef chorizo (but the beef chorizo was not tasty or seemingly fully cooked). I was surprised that there were no Filipino breakfast staples - tocino, longanisa, or even spam. I would say the breakfast menu needs to be reviewed.

The room size is okay for its prize. The service was not that good.

Очень понравилось это место! Персонал невероятно дружелюбный и всегда готов помочь в любой ситуации — отдельное спасибо за отзывчивость и тёплое отношение. Завтраки были очень вкусные, а еда в столовой — недорогая и качественная, поэтому почти всегда питались именно там. Также удобно, что всё находится рядом. Из минусов — на всей территории отеля не работал Wi-Fi, поэтому приходилось пользоваться своими сим-картами. В остальном отдых оставил только приятные впечатления)) спасибо

good accommodation, near markets. safe and the staff are all accommodating.

The staff at the hotel were very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable environment. Our first room had issues with the AC, but the staff promptly addressed the problem by moving us to another room, which we appreciated. The location, however, is not very convenient as it is a bit far from the city center. Dining options nearby are limited, with no decent restaurants within walking distance. On the positive side, motorbike and car rentals are available, and the companies will deliver the vehicles directly to the hotel. The staff also assist in contacting these rental providers.

I travelled with my husband and our toddler. The room is spacious enough for a family of 3. The hotel staff was kind enough to allow early check-in since we arrived at Ozamis City earlier than expected and are just expecting to stay for the night to catch an early flight the following day. I could say this hotel is good for budget travelers and perfect if you want to stroll around the city, there are also many food choices in the surrounding blocks. The room's cleanliness is not superb, though we already managed our expectations since it is a budget hotel. It's just 10mins away from Ozamis airport by the way. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. 🥰
