アンドラエスカルデス＝エンゴルダニで、バーのあるホテル

I stayed in Room 333 and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The room was dirty, and the curtains were heavily stained and looked disgusting. The overall cleanliness was far below acceptable standards. Because of this, I decided to leave the hotel a day earlier than my planned checkout. What was even more disappointing was that no one at reception asked about my stay or why I was leaving early. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves their housekeeping and guest service standards.

Beyond 5 stars experience! The overall experience you get from this hotel is truly remarkable, and together with what Andorra’s amazing landscape has to offer - simply a match made in heaven if you ask me. I recommend this hotel in Andorra, the venue is impeccable, the staffs are really nice and friendly that willing to go above and beyond. I’ve the best time in Andorra and this amazing gem within the gem of a place, makes all the difference. Thank you with the bottom of my heart, Blackpine! 🖤

I stayed at this hotel with my parents only for one night. It had all the basics and the room was fine. The only issues that check-in took long time but the personal was very kind and helpful. On the check out day they also let us leave the bags till the evening. Regarding the room it was spacious enough but no ac or ventilation. The floor was a bit dirty and there were multiple hairs on the sheets. All in all for the price it was okayish and great location nesr the river and Caldea.

La ubicación y el desayuno están bien. La cena tiene poca variedad solo dos opciones de 1, 2 y postre. La habitación estaba bien, pero tenía muy mal olor y me dicen que es por qué es una zona de aguas termales cosa que no es por eso sino por problemas en los desagües, me dicen que me van a dar una solución y nada. Teniendo habitaciones disponibles cuando vuelvo sigo con el mismo problema ni un simple ambientador y cuándo hablo con el chico de la recepción que es otro entonces le ofrecen el cambio de habitación pero ya era tarde porque no me dieron esa opción y un hotel 4 estrellas no pueden dar ese servicio. No repetiremos.

私はこのホテルで素晴らしい経験をしています! 場所は素晴らしいです、メインストリートから2歩、すべてのショッピング場所、レストラン、食料品店の近く。 部屋はあまり新しくなく、軽食が必要かもしれませんが、ベッドは素晴らしく、良いシャワー、素敵なバルコニーです。 朝食は大丈夫です。このホテルに戻るのを本当に楽しみにしています

Muy buena estancia en el hotel Comtes d’Urgell, todo estuvo muy bien y lo pasamos genial. El chico de recepción que nos hizo el check-in fue muy amable, educado y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Como punto a mejorar, el desayuno no tenía mucha variedad para el precio que pagamos. Aun así, es un hotel muy recomendable en Andorra la Vella. 👍

レストランと受付のスタッフはとても魅力的でした。 ビュッフェと朝食はまずまずでしたが、特に目立つものではありませんでした。 駐車場は非常に狭いので、運転には注意が必要です。 設備は良いですが、少し古いです。プールは30℃、ジャグジーは35.5℃に温められており、リラックスするのに最適です。ただ、かび臭い匂いがします。 サウナは最高です。 夜のジムとフィットネスクラスも最高です。 ゲームルームも最高です。 小さな欠点は、このホテルにはテラスが一つしかないことです。屋上にあり、美しい景色が楽しめるのは素晴らしいのですが、午後8時以降は立ち入り禁止になっています（ホテルが10階建てなので、転落などの危険を避けるため、当然のことです）。座ってタバコや葉巻を吸いたい人には残念です。 部屋は私の好みには暑すぎました。寒がりの方には魅力的かもしれません。 バスルームは清潔ですが、設備は古いです。 部屋はとても広く、床は時代遅れで、劣化も見られます。 部屋のドアの防音対策は不十分です。 廊下は清潔で、カーペットも清潔でモダンです。 エレベーターは機能的で清潔です。 裏手から市内中心部へ歩いてアクセスできるのも魅力です。

La ubicación está muy bien, a una cuadra de la calle principal de negocios y cerca del paseo de donde están las aguas termales y museos. El desayuno buffet es muy espectacular con muchas opciones para servirse y probar. Lo único que recomiendo es llamar antes para reservar parking porque cuando llegamos estaba todo lleno y el parking en la ciudad es muy caro, 28 euros por día.

スターメイシーがオープンしたホテルと言われています。アンドラシティの歩行者専用道路では、買い物にとても便利です。ドアは少し小さいですが、設備は一流です。ホテルの裏手には蘭州ラーメン店があります。

非常に中心的な、約5-8分、ベッドとサドルは非常に快適で、15€の駐車オプションがあり、他のレビューを読んで、駐車場は非常に複雑で、私たちの車では問題ありません。
