オーストラリアビクトリア州で、バーのあるホテル

空港から非常に近いホテルでしたが、一泊1100元以上しました。午前10時過ぎにチェックインし、追加料金として300元を支払いましたが、スリッパやアメニティは一切提供されませんでした。これらはまだ我慢できましたが、最も我慢できなかったのは騒音です！一晩中轟音が響き渡り、全く休めませんでした。Ctripに苦情を連絡したところ、宿泊料金の半日分にも満たない補償を提案されましたが、あまり意味があるとは思いませんでした。出張でゆっくり休めないのは本当に辛いですが、私も疲れ果てていたので、彼らと揉める気力もありませんでした。この騒音は本当に恐ろしいです。なぜCtripが監督しないのか理解できません。今回オーストラリアで一週間出張しましたが、Ctripで予約したホテルはどこも騒がしかったです！

清潔度、設備ともに新しく、スタッフの方々はとても親切でフレンドリーでした。ただ、残念ながらエアコンが故障しており、翌日も直らなかったため、その点だけは期待外れでした。

グレートオーシャンロードをドライブする際、ここに一泊するのはとても便利でした。朝食も美味しかったです。ただ、夜寝る際、掛け布団が3枚のバラバラの布で構成されており、それぞれを重ねて使う形でした。羽毛布団カバーに入っているタイプではないので、非常に使いづらく感じました。あと、部屋のドアの隙間がかなり大きく、少し怖かったので、すぐに鍵を二重にかけました。

ごく普通で、アメリカのモーテルのような古びたホテルでした。 設備は古く清潔感もなく、椅子は汚れていて座る気になりませんでした。ホリデイ・イン エクスプレスにも劣るレベルです。シャワーはバスタブの中で浴びるタイプで、使い捨てスリッパや歯ブラシもありませんでした。フロントのインド訛りの英語も聞き取れず、サービス態度も良くありません。空港に近いこと以外は何も良い点がありませんでした。可能であれば、サザンクロス駅周辺に宿泊し、スカイバスを利用した方が良いでしょう。たった30分程度の差しかありません。 道路工事のため、ターミナルから歩いて来るのはあまり便利ではありませんでした。また、空港へのシャトルバスは有料で3ドルかかり、時間も合わせにくいです。

Our room was quite reasonable, however we were disappointed that the fridge had no freezer compartment. We have medication that needs to be kept cold while travelling, so have freezable ice bricks with us. We had to take these to reception and request that they be placed in a hotel freezer - this wasn't very convenient. We asked the Receptionist about a major tourist attraction in town. She didn't seem interested in telling us.more about it, suggesting that we look it up on social media. She didn't think the hotel had any brochures on this attraction - we found one there and then followed up with the Visitor Information Centre in town. Probably the most disappointing aspect of the hotel was the condition of the grounds. We had to walk through them to get to Reception. The garden is very neglected and the ponds throughout the garden are full of dirty stagnant water. We.would.not stay there again.

Had a fantastic time at Docklands Marriott! Location was great, the room was lovely and the welcome drink on arrival was a nice touch 😊 staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooftop pool was relaxing and beautiful. Tho it had a fair bit of people, it didn't bother us as everyone just kept to their own spot. It has lots of eateries around, Woolies, Chemist and free tram stop are all right across from the hotel. Will definitely come back and recommend!

ベッドの下に汚れたティッシュが置いてあったことを除けば、部屋は素晴らしかったです。レストランのサービスは少し遅く、49ドルのスコッチフィレは半分が軟骨だったことを考えると非常に高価でした。 全体的に見て、料金も手頃で、必要な設備が整った素晴らしい立地なので、またマントラを選びます。

Excellent service provided at reception. We were provided with Shaving Kits, Toothbrushes and Toothpaste. We were allowed to check-in early since we arrived on an early morning flight. The breakfast in the morning was excellent with a buffet style breakfast including eggs cooked to order and a freshly squeezed vegetable/fruit juice from carrots, beetroot and green apple.
