Location is okay but very busy traffic on the street.
Front counter staff member was not friendly because at the time of check in he asked me what time I will be checking out which was not relevant at that time. Then I got a phone call at 9.50pm asked me again what time I will check out.
Secondly the room cleaner left two large rubbish bags in front of my room which was not acceptable.
ゲゲストThe hotel is conveniently located very close to the airport. The garden, swimming pool, and other outdoor areas are well maintained, making it nice for a walk, and the playground is great for kids—perfect for family travelers. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. However, some of the facilities felt a bit outdated, and there was a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke in the room. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety, but I did see a cockroach in the breakfast area, which was disappointing. Overall, I understand that this is considered a good hotel by Bangladeshi standards, but from an international traveler's perspective, it's not quite perfect.
SSHOHAGMy stay at the Renaissance Dhaka Gulshan Hotel was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered stunning views of the city. The amenities were top-notch, and the attention to detail made me feel truly pampered. The breakfast spread was delicious with a wide variety of options, and the rooftop pool was the perfect place to unwind. The hotel’s location in Gulshan made it easy to explore the city. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and exceptional service!
