Mooi luxe hotel. Onthaal en service zijn uitstekend. De kamers zijn ruim en heel schoon. Ook het personeel is goed en erg klantvriendelijk. Het ontbijt was goed maar mag gevarieerder. Ik zou er zeker terugkomen.

It was a very pleasant experience in Kinshasa. The place is new, and everything is amazing. Very clean, very friendly staff, and the service is outstanding.

Staying at the Novotel was a fascinating experience in terms of the location of the hotel, friendliness of the staff and the quality of the services provided by staff across the board, starting from the cleaners, technical staff, bar and restaurant staff and the reception personnel. I had a pleasant stay at Sheraton Kinshasa. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered a relaxing atmosphere after a busy day. I also enjoyed the food and the overall ambiance of the hotel. It was a great experience and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Kinshasa.

Melling is nice hotel in Kinshasa. But, there is gangs close to the motel. Need to be careful as they are stolen everything.
