以前予約していたホテルに問題があったため、急遽市内のホテルを予約することになりました。Ctripポイントのおかげで、このホテルをリーズナブルな価格で予約することができました。市内中心部からは少し離れていますが、徒歩圏内です。バス停がすぐ目の前にあるのでとても便利です。部屋は広くて清潔で、ベッドも快適でした。電気ケトルも備え付けられており、お湯とティーバッグも用意されていました。バスルームのデザインが少し変わっている点を除けば、すべてにおいて満足でした。チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってもらえます。空港まではタクシーで15分、料金は約22ユーロです。

Le personnel est très sympathique. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec tout le nécessaire. Les différents espaces piscines sont top. Parcours mini golf , billard, beach volley, vraiment tout le nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances. Proche du centre, à 5mins à pieds. Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel pour un très bon service sans avoir à dépenser un budget faramineux.

Honestly, we were very excited before arriving at this hotel, but after checking in, we found that the facilities were not what we had expected. The entertainment options were very limited. Apart from the children’s water slides and having a drink at the bar in the evening, there was very little else to do. We booked the All Inclusive package, but unfortunately the food quality was quite average. Many dishes lacked flavour and were rather bland. Although the food looked appealing and well presented at first glance, the actual taste was very disappointing. Most dishes were flavourless and lacked proper seasoning. The cooking quality was poor, and many items seemed badly prepared. For example, the French fries and hash browns were consistently soggy and soft rather than crispy, making them unpleasant to eat. The food may look good on display, but unfortunately it did not match the taste or quality we expected from an All Inclusive hotel. What disappointed us most was the restaurant service. During a meal of approximately one hour, not a single staff member came to clear our plates. We constantly had to rearrange our table ourselves in order to make space for the next course. The children’s pool area is also misleading. The pool with the slides is extremely shallow and not suitable for adults who want to swim. To use another swimming pool, guests are required to pay an additional €30. As a result, our family could not really enjoy the pool facilities together, as only the children could use the slides while the adults had nowhere suitable to swim. The reception service was also disappointing. In particular, one staff member named Andrew (or a similar name) never once smiled or appeared welcoming during our three-day stay. We passed through reception many times and asked for information on several occasions, yet he always seemed unfriendly and uninterested. This significantly affected our overall impression of the hotel. On a positive note, the room cleanliness was acceptable. However, we were surprised that no proper duvet or blanket was provided. Even though we travelled in June, the nights were still quite cool, and it was difficult to sleep comfortably with only a thin bedsheet. A proper blanket should be a basic amenity for guests. Overall, this hotel did not meet our expectations, especially considering the price paid for an All Inclusive stay. There is certainly room for improvement in the food quality, restaurant service, facilities, and customer service.

The staff was also more than accommodating in helping me find suitable spots to work comfortably. Dining & Service: The buffet and à la carte dining options were impressive, offering healthy and diverse choices to keep me energized throughout the day. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile – whether it was arranging early breakfast or helping with printing documents. Wellness & Location: After long working hours, the resort’s spa, gym, and pool facilities were an absolute highlight. Being able to unwind with a swim or a sauna session made a huge difference in managing stress during the trip. The location, set between the bay and natural park, added an extra level of peace and beauty. Overall: PortBlue Pollentia isn’t just a leisure destination – it’s also an ideal base for business travelers seeking comfort, efficiency, and a touch of luxury. I wouldn’t hesitate to return for either work or leisure and highly recommend it to professionals looking for a productive yet restorative environment in Mallorca.

Location: The area is very quiet, which was lovely for relaxing. There's a bus stop just a minute's walk away, and buses run frequently, making it easy to get around. There are also a few local shops and restaurants nearby, which was convenient. Hotel Staff: The receptionists were absolutely lovely warm, welcoming, and caring from the moment I arrived. The cleaners were also friendly and did a great job. However, my room was located right opposite the cleaners’ cabinet on floor 4, and they would start slamming doors around 7 AM, which disturbed my sleep. Room Experience: My air conditioning wasn’t working when I first arrived, but it was fixed within 30 minutes by the generator technician, which I appreciated. Restaurant & Food: The restaurant staff on the last floor level especially the waitresses, were sometimes a bit too pushy, and a few would finish their personal conversations before serving( a bit unprofessional.) The restaurant food was a letdown. I ordered a pizza for €10, but it looked nothing like the photo and was highly disappointing. On the flip side, breakfast was a standout plentiful, delicious, and beautifully presented. I’ve never had such a generous breakfast at a hotel. The breakfast staff were also amazing and attentive. Well done to them! Facilities: The swimming pool was great, and if you love swimming in the sea, this is the place for you beautiful access and views. Solo Travel Notes: I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you're a solo traveler looking to meet people. Most of the guests seemed a bit unfriendly, and as an ethnic minority, I experienced a few uncomfortable stares. This isn't the hotel's fault necessarily,.

空港から10分、パルマシティにも近いので、ロケーションはとても素晴らしかったです。目の前の海なので、朝食も海を見ながら食べられます。毎朝テラスで日の出を見ながらヨガをしましたが、とても幸せで、夕方もテラスで波の音を聞きながらワインを飲むことができてよかったです。プールは非常に小さく、周囲のビーチはとても美しいので使用しませんでした。古い建物のようでしたが清潔で食べ物も美味しかったです。ベッド、寝具は素晴らしく、何よりも広としていて、クローゼットも2つ用意されているので、友達と一緒に使うには十分でした。ベッドに横になって海をすぐに見ることができた。しかし、隣の部屋とテラスは本当に近く、お互いに見えて注意する必要があります。 駐車場はありませんが、フロントスタッフが親切に案内してくれて、無料駐車場によく駐車できました。 Googleナビゲーションに移動すると、間違った道(車が通らなければいけないビーチ道)を教えてくれるので、必ずビーチから1ブロック外の道に入る必要があります。無料駐車場はホテル周辺で簡単に見つけることができます。 旅行直前に急いで見つけたホテルですが、とても満足のいく宿泊でした。

Das Frühstücksbufet war sehr reichhaltig und qualitativ gut. Die Mitarbeiter haben das sehr gut gemacht. Trotz viel Arbeit keine Hektik, sehr freundlich, professionell. Toll. In dem Frühstücksraum hat es auch viel Platz und die Gäste verteilen sich gut. Kein Anstehen.
