All over good but, restaurant food is not very nice and have not get the room which i booked online . I have payed for balcony room which have a sea view as well but ended up staying in a normal delux room. Washroom doesn’t have good supply of water.

場所は最高です。カンタベリー大聖堂と目抜き通りまでは徒歩わずか 5 分です。どこにでも便利に行くことができます。車で行く場合は、ホテルの近くに駐車場があり、料金は一晩 £16.5 です。部屋は清潔で整頓されています。ロビーはモダンでスタイリッシュな雰囲気。ロビーにはたくさんのスペースがあります。家族も私も朝食がとても気に入っており、選択肢がたくさんあります。

プールに失望し、汚れていて、水用のカップがなく、ドアのロックが壊れています。床が滑りやすい。
部屋は大丈夫ですが、ティーステーションの底はほこりっぽく、バスルームではファンが機能していません。
朝食はひどいものでした、オレンジジュースは本当に水っぽくて味がありませんでした、プレートは暑すぎ、保持するために提供されたサービットはありませんでした、シリアルは大丈夫でした、価格のための非常に貧しい選択はありませんでした、パンは安くて湿っていて、トーストされたときに燃えました... yuk!トマトにコショウが多すぎて、焼き豆は安くて嫌です。ソーセージはいいです。ベーコンはひどいです。塊で調理されたので、いくつかは調理されていません。いくつかは非常にカリカリで塩辛いです。
17ポンドの価格で、朝食は1/5だったと思います。女性のスタッフはとても親切で、礼儀正しく、親切でした5/5。
申し訳ありませんが、戻りません😞

Lovely hotel, stayed for a long weekend and used the spa facilities - they gave us a free upgrade which was a nice touch! Beautiful grounds, restaurant was lovely and only a short scenic walk to the town
Only critique was the pool was quite small without much seating available and the sauna was male or female only - but the rest of the stay and amenities more than made up for it!
Also recommend the afternoon tea :)

このホテルに数日間滞在しましたが、全体的にとても楽しい経験でした。ホテルの場所は非常に便利で、市内中心部や公共交通機関に近いので、市内のさまざまな場所に簡単に行くことができます。また、ホテルの周りにはレストランやお店もたくさんあるのでとても便利です。

Booked to stay here over half term with my daughter for a couple of nights - had a cosy room which was just right for the two of us.
Front reception staff were really kind and helpful.
Breakfast was lovely - the lady there was so nice and although was busy as she was on her own, she was always smiling.
We dined in the restaurant one of the evenings - food was delicious but the heating wasn’t working on that floor so the whole room was cold. Bar / restaurant staff were really nice.
Overall, we had a lovely stay and we would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Definitely highly recommended : tucked away and yet near amenities (large Tesco, Mc Donald’s and large selection of other food options from Uber). There is also a restaurant within the hotel - nice menu.
Hotel itself is spotless all around (smells nice). Effortless check in and check out. The reception staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was larger than expected. String WiFi signal throughout. Breakfast was delicious. Pet friendly (£30 per pet). Ample parking but not free (unless included in room).

Внешне красивое здание, похожее на замок. Внутри номер уже подуставший. Зубные щетки не дают опять же )
Завтрак вкусный.
До центра города 15 минут пешком. Если на машине то идеальное расположение, есть частная бесплатная парковка. Если на общественном транспорте, то не факт что это лучший вариант.

ゲゲストIt's been quite a while since i last stayed at the Kings Arms... and this trip reminded me why!
There is very little choice of Hotels in the area, and Kings Arms is centrally located in Westerham with many decent Pubs and Restaurants in close proximity.
The Hotel had undergone a lot of fairly recent External Renovation and looks amazing from the outside... maybe one day they can progress to modernising the interior.
Bar Area and Restaurant areas are absolutely fine, and you cannot fault the friendliness and helpfulness of the Staff.
However, the journey upstairs with the threadbare carpet kinda lets you know what is instore for you inside the room.
On this most recent stay, the room itself was HUGE! I booked a deluxe Double. Massive Bed, and ample furniture.
Carpet threadbare in places and the Central Heating Radiator didn't work. A small Electric heater had been placed in the room, but due to the enormity of the size, it was inadequate to produce any real warmth in the room. Poor quality lighting.. but i thinks that made me by design!
The Bathroom was equally large, but similar to the room (and others i've stayed in previous) i suspect maybe the 1980's was the last time it had a facelift. It was adequate to take a wee, and clean my teeth.. but i could only imagine my wife's reaction to the sheer thought of taking a Bath in there!
It's such a shame really... perfect location to stay for either Business while working at Biggin Hill Airport, or for a weekend getaway with the wife.
However, if the latter... i would seriously advise to take a look across the road. You'll have a much happier wife!!
This could be an amazing hotel - but it sure does need a lot of work on the inside.

AAkki_M13Overall the hotel was pretty decent. Good location and great views fron the room. But you know the building is a but old one some dont expect 5star model. You want some thing vintage and good you are in the right place. I loved it . And the staff was so lovely and friendly. I will suggest this one.

私たちは早く到着し、美しく風変わりなバーで飲み物を飲みました。歓迎の丸太の火が燃え、さまざまな飲み物がありました。
私たちは「Niddy」を予約しました。屋根裏部屋にはたくさんの人がいて、快適なベッド、ロールトップバス、そしてたくさんのキャラクターがあります。
私が部屋に持っていた唯一の******は、W.Cが屋根のスペースに絞り込まれていたことで、立ち上がって少しぎこちなかったが、そのような素晴らしい部屋になるとそれは小さなことです。
夕食に静かなテーブルを頼んだところ、サイドエリアに1つ与えられましたが、もう一度信じられませんでした。とてもロマンチックで、部屋全体が私たち自身でした。私たちのウェイターのムリはとても素晴らしく、気配りがありましたが、邪魔にならず、とても面白かったです。外食はあまりなく、彼は本当に夜を作りました。
食べ物は素晴らしく、ビーガンバーガーは私が食べた中で最高のものの一つでした.
散歩、サイクリング、バードウォッチング、地元のサイトを訪れたい場合は、場所は素晴らしかったです(ライ麦は車でわずか20分でした)
残りのスタッフも素晴らしく、私たちのために十分にできませんでした。
必ず戻ります。

GGaryGreat hotel .large well equipped rooms . A bath in shower. Had 2 fans.ironn hairdryer and a fridge. 2 double beds in room. Plenty of tea and coffees. Large open reception area and reasonably priced restaurant. Great pool . jacuzzi.steam room and sauna with free towels.hotel was clean and tidy . Staff were friendly

ゲゲストIt’s in a great location for all you want in a town. It has a cool vibe & a nice buzz.
I was welcomed warmly, but disappointed to discover at check-in my room was on the 5th floor & no lift! A disability prevents me from doing many stairs. I was offered an upgrade for an extra £20, so I paid. (In hindsight feel this is a common practice & felt a bit conned). I then found out I still had 2 flights of stairs to the first floor!! 😩
The room was spacious & tastefully decorated as you will see by the photos. A spare bed in the room, great for families. Nice coffee & tea facilities.
I found the room very cold, so told a member of staff & asked if the heating was coming on or what could they do, I never heard from anyone in response, so was very cold in the evening.
If you don’t like to be cold & lots of stairs are a problem don’t book.
If those are not a problem then it’s a characterful hotel, with a great restaurant. Just avoid being talked into an upgrade!!!

ゲゲストPerfect sized room, lovely set up, the hotel itself is huge and so well presented. Gorgeous swimming pool. Lots of places to sit down and eat if you would like too. There is a gym and a spa also (we didn't use these but we know they are there) there are phones in the rooms so you can order room service if you wish. The staff knocked on our door on the second evening and asked if we would like any refills on teabags coffee or sugar or any fresh towels. So well mannered and polite. Just an over all lovely place to go and its literally beside Brands Hatch where we needed to be. Cannot fault this place..

The hotel was lovely but the spa was dirty and lacking in spa experience facilities. I feel this should be sold as a hotel with a pool.
Disappointing spa experience for a 4* hotel and feel like this hotel has miss advertised the facilities.
The shutter to the spa was down before 6pm on Valentine’s day.
At check in we were told that you will get towels and robes at the spa and last entry to the spa was 8:30pm.
When we arrived at the spa area reception we were only given a towel and told robes are only for guests on a spa package, contradiction to what we were told at checking in at the hotel.
The pool area and changing rooms was very dirty. The pool side showers were out of order and looked like they had been for a while.
The area where the jacuzzi used to be had been boarded up and looked like it’s had been for a long time.
The pool was cold and also dirty.
